Hi There!

We have several personal training programs including:

1-1 personal training: work in a private setting with a personal trainer.

Small group personal training: work in a semi-private setting with a personal trainer.
Personal training plans: meet with a personal trainer to develop a personal fitness and nutrition plan.

Open gym: whether you're working with one of our personal trainers or not, you're welcome to use the gym on your own.

We work with clients looking to lose weight, exercise safely, get toned, get motivated, feel good, build muscle, or watch out for injuries.

My wife and I have been going to RSC for over a year. We are in our early 70's and were looking for a gym that would work with us. Our trainers, Rob and Lauren, fit the bill! They are professional, friendly and thoughtful, yet demanding, and provide the right balance of strength and cardio exercises tailored for each of us. We are very pleased with our progress and look forward to the next year! There are closer gyms, but a slightly longer drive is well worth it. We highly recommend RSC!

I highly recommend working with trainer Rob. I've trained with him virtually for over a year and have increased so much stamina, muscle and balance since a Lyme diagnosis. He always makes sure we are doing the exercise properly, explaining body placement, position and which muscles we are working. He also has a great sense of humor and makes the class fun as we work hard. He is amazing and through his training and encouragement I was able to run my first road race in over a year. This is the best gym I have been to! Coach Rob and Coach Lauren are both amazing in helping you with your goals and making sure you are comfortable in your workouts, but will definitely encourage you when you need that little extra motivation! The group classes are super helpful if you don’t know where to start or to just help you stay on a consistent schedule, and the classes are awesome, fun, and you walk away having done a very good and thorough workout. They even show you different variations for each exercise to help with each person’s ability and comfort level. Every member at the gym is so welcoming to new members and Rob and Lauren are always coming up with fun theme weeks and challenges. It’s definitely a fun place and somewhere you know you’ll reach your goals!

I found Rob in January 2024. I had specific goals for hiking/skiing, weight training and overall cardio endurance. 8 months (and counting) with Rob and I have lost weight, learned to eat better and exceeded my physical fitness expectations. There is a significant increase in my muscle strength which is noticeable DAILY, when performing every day tasks and other physical activities. I have been in a group class with Rob Maybruch, focusing on stretching, strengthening, and cardio for about three years.
He is an experienced teacher, in person and over Zoom. Some members of my Zoom group class also see him in person
and have raved about his commitment and openness to each student. Rob observes each student's
form and instructs each participant to adjust.
For the past year, I have had intermittent one-on-one sessions with Rob, which have been excellent. When I told him I seemed to be losing strength in my arms, evidenced by my inability to open heavy doors with ease (as I was able to do previously), he mindfully tailored a series of exercises targeting those areas with the right amount of encouragement, rigor, inspiring tunes, and fun!
I am so grateful for Rob and his time.

I have to say, Rob, Lauren, and all the other trainers at Revolution Sports Club really make this a fun and enjoyable workout experience. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and absolutely committed to making sure you get the most out of your exercises. Need a modification? No problem. Need to take a second to catch your breath? No judgement. Personally I love the small group classes where you're all doing rotations of exercises and pushing yourself (and others) to really dig deep and do their best. Absolutely great place to work on bettering yourself!

This place is such a gem, it's one of those spots you almost don't want to tell people about. Such amazing space and plenty of equipment. Rob the owner is super chill and always friendly, which definitely sets the tone. This is a super friendly place that does a great job at not being intimidating. Highly recommend you book a session with Rob for personal training- he's just got great energy and insight! Key feature for me in terms of membership is fob access honestly--- it really allows me to get a good workout in with my hectic schedule, really quite the privilege for this kind of gym and much appreciated! I’ve been training with Rob since July of this year and I’m beyond lucky to have found a trainer who not only great at what he does, but TRULY CARES about his clients. Rob is super supportive of your goals and is 100% committed to help you get there! I appreciate his style of training and the “slow and steady wins the race” approach, creating good form, challenges you every time but in small victories. Rob trains with Grace and keeps you balanced with not falling victim to set backs. If your looking for a trainer, have realistic goals, Rob’s your guy! I used to be a yo-yo dieter and want instant results. I’ve lost 7lbs since July and although that’s roughly a pound a month, I’m stronger, physically and mentally and feel great!

I started going to this gym in June of 2022. I was looking for a place where someone would guide me, motivate me, develop an exercise program to strengthen and help me lose weight without injurying myself. My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! As a mom of two the priority of my health has been on the back burner while I juggled toddler life. I joined this gym at my highest weight and unsure if i’d be able to keep up with strength training. Coach rob and his team are awesome! Rob takes an approach to fitness that makes it fun and enjoyable. He created a fitness escape room that worked your brain and muscles! I didn’t even know I was working out! You can find your typical gym equipment but you can also find a VR system, ping pong table and other yard games. A great spot to bring family and get healthy together.

Sitting at my home office set up during Covid for a year just magnified some existing issues I already had and developed some new ones. Coach Rob listened to what I had to say, evaluated my conditions and put me on a plan which quickly helped clear my aches, reset my posture and balance and put me on the road to feeling like my old (younger) self again.

The gym is welcoming, clean and complete, but Rob is the heart of it. You couldn't ask for a better and more personable personal trainer. He's there to work with you on your goals rather than to tell you what you're doing right or wrong like some drill instructor. Highly recommended.

Rob is an absolutely fantastic trainer. I recommend him highly. When I started with him I had never before lifted weights or used strength-training machines. He's taken me from being pretty weak to pretty darn strong, in less than a year. I lost about 15 pounds and I gained muscles that I haven't seen in many years. He also makes it fun. I feel really comfortable with him. He's very kind and encouraging and non-judgmental. And he's super knowledgeable. I have an issue with my lower back and he knows how to work with me so I don't damage it.

This is a beautiful brand new gym - equipment is top notch and plenty of space to work out. They’ve got three power racks, a sled, two ergs, two airdynes, and a whole lot of machines!

They’ve also got ping pong and a VR exercise room. Between the friendly staff and top of the line (and unique!) fitness equipment, I cannot recommend this place enough!
