Went here for a trial class. The waiting area is small but very clean. Instructors were very nice, helpful and the class was fun and challenging. Will take more classes in the future.

Row House is awesome! They use Concept 2 rowers - so resistance is based on how hard you pull. If you feel like rowing lightly one day, you totally can. Or you can push yourself to the max.

The instructors are all great! They make awesome playlists so the whole time you're rowing to the beat of the music which makes it so much easier and more fun. I used to row on my own at the gym, but it's so much better (and I push myself so much harder) with an encouraging instructor, a group of people, plus the music and lighting.

Bonus - the app is really great. Super easy to book classes, and it keeps track of your stats which is super motivating. There are 6 types of classes, some with weights and body weight exercises, so it's a really great all-body workout.

The pricing is totally fair. Don't be intimidated! Maybe just watch a YouTube video beforehand and you'll be even more ready. But there's really no need to do any research beforehand. Come early and someone will help you out. You'll get the hang of it in just a few minutes!
