Went to Sandras strength training class and I had a great time. Sandra knows how to make working out an exciting environment with the dim colorful lights and the variety of exercises she plans for the class; its amazing!!!!

Sandra has the best Zumba class. It was very fun, easy to learn and not overly complex for beginners. The class was a full hour and she has so much energy.
Her training both one on one and group lifting classes are a great and affordable way to learn the gym and to get In shape.
She is very passionate and Enthusiastic about what she does. She has kept me in shape and also works with my nutrition plans and needs.
