I enrolled in the beginners promo. Booked the beginners class. They canceled the beginners class. I attempted to reschedule a beginners class for a different day but the same day as cancellation and was prompted to purchase classes. I emailed soul cycle, it took them 3 days to get back to me. At that point I was frustrated and moved on.

Maddie was an incredible coach! She brought amazing energy, gave super clear instructions, and made sure everyone was pushing themselves while feeling supported. The class flowed seamlessly, and her cues were spot on. Can’t wait to take another class with her!

Took Intro class taught by Patty. She was welcoming, thorough, and mindful. Challenging, focused workout. Plenty of classes to choose from for all fitness levels.

This Solidcore location is great! They have a good variety of selection of classes, early morning, late afternoon and evening available. The waitlist works pretty well too if you can’t get in right away. I’ve taken classes by 5/6 instructors and all were good, although I do have some favorites they all are motivating and upbeat. It’s located in the commons which is great and easy to get to.

It's very much an in/out sort of studio. No community or group moral. Do not value members. They are very strict on company policy/rules and have very little compassion/empathy for my situation. They will not cancel my membership, and I am now stuck with them until my membership ends.
I would never consider coming back even if I was in the area.
I would recommend sticking to singles classes or going to Greenwich solidcore. It's the worst location by far. Take your money elsewhere.

Of the maybe 10 solidcore studios I've been to in the last 8 years this is definitely the worst. Least friendly instructors (although Remi is a great coach, 5 stars for her), who don't know basic solidcore policies/processes (e.g., one explained to me that packages can't be used to bring guests, until I showed her the app feature called "Use your package to bring a friend"). Patty, the lead coach, is unintelligible . . . seems to think the less articulate and less she is understood the more intense she's being. I couldn't even understand her weight change instructions, and most of the room kept looking around confused, too. She also berated me three times for modifying my stance AFTER I told her I was dizzy and needed to lower my center of gravity. #liabilityqueen.

Great workout in a convenient location. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking and dining options for after class.

Location is in a beautiful plaza in Darien, classes are amazing, I have taken at least 2 classes with each instructor and they are all wonderful. Highly recommend!

I started my solid core experience in July 2023. Let me preface with that this is not a bad review for any of the instructors or staff, it’s for the company policies. I did the two week beginners program and really enjoyed my experience overall. As a beginner they are pretty accommodating, but I did find it difficult to keep up in class and felt that some of the movements were dangerous for someone who was just starting. Anyway, I decided to sign up for the 4 class a month pass in August. Around late July, I got injured and tore a muscle in my side. The only thing my doctor recommended is light activity such as walking, meaning I could not do this class. I called this location to cancel my membership and they told me membership cancellation is not done through the location but only through corporate. I received an email from corporate telling me that I could only cancel 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. Here I am, in November, still being charged for classes I cannot USE because I am still injured and cannot do high intensity workouts. No one expressed sympathy or understanding towards my situation. I am a college student and dealing with these bills when I am not even benefiting from the classes is just insane, and I think this company handles situations like mine horribly. I never leave reviews but really, take your money elsewhere

I will start off by saying that I really like solidcore and I think the workout and instructors are great. However, the cancellation policy SUCKS (and so does the customer service). I guess I have to show up to class sick - and get everyone else in class sick - since I can't cancel without being charged. It is absolutely ridiculous.
