I’ve been training with Riley for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing me to work hard and reining me in when I try to do too much too fast. She knows I’m someone who will push myself, and she does a great job keeping me focused, safe, and progressing the right way.

What I appreciate most is how thoughtful and intentional she is with every workout. Riley listens to my goals and builds programs that are challenging, effective, and genuinely rewarding. She brings a ton of energy and heart to what she does, and it’s clear she gives 100% to every client.

Beyond being an excellent trainer, she’s also a great coach and motivator—someone who helps you show up as your best self. I look forward to our sessions, and highly recommend her to anyone serious about improving their fitness in a supportive and professional environment.

I’m not one for words, but this seriously kickstarted the process for me. If it wasn’t for Tyler constantly checking in, keeping track of my progress, and most importantly helping me figure out ways to keep *myself* on track, I don’t know where I’d be. I can’t say enough great things about Stable Strength. Working with Tyler on nutrition has been a lifesaver. Tyler has helped me find ways around my health related food restrictions . I look forward to my check-ins every single week. He comes up with new recipes that work for my macros as well as my restrictions. The best part is he also works my nutrition around my training with Riley also at Stable. I have 20+ years of lifting experience and when I say she kicks my but, that’s an understatement. Highly recommend Islam! I started working with him in 2023. Like many others, I avoided the gym due to prior injuries and the fear of re-injury. throughout high school and most of my life, i've always been known as the fat gay kid. now, thanks to tyler, im only known as the gay kid. which i guess is the lesser of the 2 evils. after over a year of hard work and self discipline since to his training plan/attitude, i managed to drop over 50 pounds, and i went from a men's xtra large to a men's small. i know i still have more ways to go, but if it weren't for him, i definitely wouldn't be where im at now. great trainer, and a great guy!

Tyler is an exceptional personal trainer! I have never met nor trained with anyone who is more knowledgeable or who has more certifications than Tyler! Of note, I have many cervical and structural issues and a chronic history of herniated discs. Tyler’s expertise in corrective exercise has not only kept me injury free, but I am stronger than I have ever been due to the very specific exercises he has me doing to help me feel stronger and healthier than I ever have before. When I traumatically dislocated my shoulder senior year of high school, I was told I needed surgery, yet the following year I would be heading into my first season at a Division I soccer program. I opted to strengthen my shoulder, rather than getting surgery and possibly never being the same. With Tyler by my side, not only did I fully rehab my shoulder but I become the strongest that I had ever been. I would not have been ready to play in college without the help of Tyler, both in and out the gym, motivating me to be the best player and person I could be. Since then, I have played every minute and been the starting goalkeeper at Sacred Heart University. This past year I was named NEC Goalkeeper of the Year, as well as Defensive Player of the year, which no player has ever gotten both. I also have been pursuing my masters degree in Exercise and Sport Science, and Tyler definitely played a role in inspiring me to enter this field and take a holistic approach to exercise.

I started working with Tyler in 2015, I was in the mist of a difficult recovery from my 4th knee surgery. Tyler took the time to study up on the best method for my recovery and had me playing tennis in less the 9 months. Tyler is knowledgeable, resourceful and patient. Since then, he has seen me thru multiple injuries, most recently, knee replacement surgery. Both my Dr and physical therapist were impressed with my quick progress and recovery, all thanks to Tyler. He never gives up on me, even when I want to. He is the answer to what is holding you back. Give him a try. It will be the best thing you ever will do for yourself!

I’ve tried physical therapists and personal trainers to help elevate the constant pain I was in due to the pulled muscles in my back and no one helped until Tyler. Not only has he helped alleviate the pain so I can function normally but also has helped me grow stronger! Even with my 24 years in the military (now retired) and extensive prior physical training, I had been long out of my routines and experienced physically pain and weakness. I was skeptical that anyone could get me back on track but Tyler/Stable Strength Training exceeds my expectations as a personal trainer.

His knowledge, keen focus, and specificity in designing a program to ensure that I achieve my long term goal of "never growing old gracefully", is much more than I envisioned when I took a chance and signed up.

From the first session it was clear that Tyler is an excellent teacher and is genuinely interested in clarifying the how's and why's of my personal physiology, and helping me to comprehend in detail, what every session is designed to achieve, each session being a building block to the next level and my ultimate goal.

I am amazed at my progress and how muvh stronger I am now, and I can't wait to whatever else I can achieve under Tyler's guidance! I've worked with personal trainers before but there should be another description for Tyler as he not only cares, but is seriously committed to challenging you past your limitations, driving your success, and building your confidence to achieve even more....and not in a cookie cutter way, again, very specific to my personal goals!

Without Regret or a second thought hire this guy and you’ll never regret it…I surely don’t.

I met with and hired Tyler as a personal trainer only 2 months ago. Tyler has not just impressed me with how Knowledgeable, Educated and experienced he is in all things fitness but helped me achieve my goal of getting fit in record time.

When you work with Tyler you get so much more than a personal trainer. Tyler is the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve worked with. He puts in so much effort to make sure your workout programs are specific for you and your goals.
