Total Rip off for $30-$40 a month. I used to work here when it was $15 a month. New ownership is greedy, would rather fund their Rhode Island Gym than fix small issues in stafford.
Big Sky In Vernon is $15 a month with double the amenities.
Terrible hours.
Closed often for plumbing and water issues.
Some new equipment but mostly stuff from the 80’s and 90’s. Honestly don’t know how they’re still open, pretty sad establishment to be honest.
They won’t last another 2 years with that ownership and lack of management care, it will be just like the key bank next door soon enough.
This is coming from someone who was a member for 8 years prior to the new ownership.
Owner Mike has taken a lot of flak and rightfully so, would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been to a few different gyms and I’ve settled in here. Has plenty of equipment, including a couple new machines etc. and clean. Also staff is great. If you’re local, not worth going anywhere else even if it’s a few bucks less a month.

I have been going for a couple years and love it! Staff is always very friendly and helpful, the equipment, tanning beds, and bathrooms are always clean. There is also new equipment coming in to replace the old.

Lots of space to move in our fairly large town gym. The staff keeps the gym clean and theyre always welcoming. The group classes attract many with the talented instructors. The owner is always upgrading machines, and putting new ones in. Variety of pre workout options from his very own line, a shake bar, and monthly deals offered. Check it out!

All the members are friendly, helpful and encouraging! This is a “No Judge” zone! A great place to meet friends and work out!

Fantastic gym. The owner (Mike) is a great guy, and has really turned the place around for the better. The difference between how it is now and how it was 2 years ago is like night and day, and I have no doubt it's only going to continue to improve. New exercise equipment has been coming in at a breakneck pace. Fellow gym goers are awesome; it's easy to get someone to spot you or complain about the Red Sox with.

Very pleased with this gym. I had been a member of cardio express for years, until they shut down. I went to cardio express because I wanted to avoid people in town and because I had heard that this gym was dumpy and dirty with the previous owners.

There are some things they're still working on, and it is a very small gym so you may have to plan accordingly during peak hours. However, the new owners have done a great job at adding in new equipment and everyone that goes there is super friendly.

I also have no excuse to skip my gym days when it's only 2 minutes down the road now.

My only feedback would be to extend the weekend hours (would be great to have Sundays open until 1 or 2 PM), and to renovate the stretching room. The room where classes are held is gorgeous, but I can't always use that room. The stretching room isn't terrible, but I think an update to the flooring, paint, and fixing the broken blind would be nice.

I'm glad they're focusing on the equipment first though as a lot of it is quite old and some is even rusted. I'd love to see more of the new Cybex running machines! The rowing machine and stair climber is great.

Great gym with great staff. The classes they offer are well worth going to, and they're getting new equipment all the time. The membership fees were a bit steep and had some extra fees I was unaware of as I considered joining, but considering I get both gym access and classes plus a free guest on the weekends, I'd say it was a pretty good deal.

Great variety of equipment, much of which is newer, everything is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

My wife loves the classes that are offered and usually goes to 1 or 2 a week.

The only real downside is that it feels like a warehouse, but the temperatures have always been fine anyway.
