About the Club

StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Fairfield offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I’d offer 0 stars if I could. I was referred to the Westport location, and with terrible pain, I tried to get in today. As soon as I came to the site, it asked me for an email, as a first timer to get 50% off. Entered the email and proceeded to booking.

Booking asked for my cc info and promptly charged me. Next step, it asked for an email and password. Since it was my first time, it asked to create a password. I create the password and I get an error message stating the email already exists (the one I entered earlier to get the 1st timer discount)

Called, left messages and texts and no one answers. Nothing.

So then I see that Fairfield also has a location open from 8am to 2pm in Sundays. So once again, go through the process, get charged again and nothing. Can’t book it, no one picking up or responding. So I drive to the Fairfield location to see if I can book a time or get my money back.

I get there and the location is CLOSED. Sign clearly says open on Sundays. That’s false advertising and now after wasting my time on the phone for 2 hours, you’ve wasted my time by advertising it’s open??? I have photos to prove the place was locked and empty.

So at both locations, you ask for my cc number, charge me. Then I’m unable to book an appointment and no one picks up, or answers?

Plenty of your competitors in the area. What a terrible experience! For the Westport location, if you’re going to be open on Sunday, pay for a manager to be on site and don’t charge until it’s booked.

For the Fairfield location, don’t advertise that you’re open on Sundays if you’re not!

Zero stars for the terrible booking platform/ UX, no managers on-site to answer questions or offer refunds, no front desk person to offer customer service and false advertising that wastes people’s time especially when they are in pain looking for solutions.

Not looking for a freebie but you’ve lost my business before it even started.

I tried StretchLab for the first time and overall had a fair experience. The introductory session was at a discounted price, and the stretch itself felt nice. The staff were friendly and the "lab" was clean.

That said, when the session ended, the technician didn’t really say anything, which felt a little abrupt. At the front counter, they immediately started pushing memberships which I found the pricing to be pretty high for what it is (even their packaged prices). Personally, I feel like I’d get more value from investing in regular massages instead.

That being said, I can see how others might find the service worthwhile, especially if assisted stretching is something they want in their regular routine. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the cost.

Started off with Dave who is awesome but preferred a woman. Im now with Nicole who is also awesome. Friendly and professional place. Albrianna is very kind, professional and she always has a smile on her face and is always accommodating when I needed to change my appt times. This place has definitely helped with my tight hip flexors..i highly recommend StretchLab. I found that it is way more helpful than the physical therapy I had in past. FIVE STARS FOR SURE! The staff are well trained!!!!!

As a middle-aged person, a parent, and a professional musician, Stretchlab is an invaluable part of my health and fitness routine. It’s a weekly tuneup that keeps me going and doing what I do with more flexibility and less soreness. It is less expensive and easier to schedule than a massage; while it provides less relief, It contributes to a longer lasting solution.
Every Flexologist with whom I have worked Is helpful. Give it a try!

Ok, let's talk about it. It's the best thing I've done for my body in a long time. It was a warm and friendly greeting. I had Flexologist John, who was amazing. He explained everything step by step he was very friendly and knowledgeable. This stretch experience is like a hands-on massage. There wasn't one part of my body that wasn't stretched from head to toe. I felt great after. I will definitely return.

I’ve been going to StretchLab Fairfield weekly going on three months. All of their “flexologists” have been great. I’ve been working with Efrain for a while now on both soft tissue and lower body flexibility. Old sports injuries and age suck. Efrain has really helped in making them suck a lot less. A much valued ongoing experience.

Nice stretch and friendly staff. Did the introductory session which is at a discounted price. When the stretch was over the technician didn’t say anything. I expected him to tell me where I was less flexible and what areas I should work on if I continue but nothing. As I was leaving I asked the staff at the desk about results and she said that would be discussed at the next session and then showed me the pricing options. For me I didn’t think the stretch was worth repeating but could be very different for someone else.

Flexibility is much more about having a flexible mind over a flexible body, but the StretchLab can sure help equal things out. A good stretch is good for every body, and it feels great. I love this place!
Warm and cozy is the design of this old brick building. And clean! Walk right in and you will be greeted with a smile by Eve, and she will be happy to answer your questions.
After a hard core accident, I need some help with flexibility as I can only do so much on my own. I feel that StrechLab is helping me.
Think of your time there as relaxing as a massage, only it is stretching,and range of motion techniques.I walk in with some difficulty and walk out feeling relieved, every time.
Because I can't always get there at the same time, I have had the opportunity to work with several of the Flexologists. They are all genuinely concerned about your well being and bring their best to the table, literally. I have not had a bad choice. Tim, Tyree, Sarge, and Joe have had different experiences in body work, all offer something a little different to bring in range of motion and flexibility. I am (hands down) truly grateful.

I’ve been coming to StretchLab in Fairfield since the beginning of the year. Having tried deep tissue massages, physical therapy and everything else for lower back pain and stiffness, I didn’t have much hope. But wow, one session alone was amazing. Dave takes his time to find out what parts of your body need more attention, and helps you to slowly but surely challenge yourself to increase your flexibility. I recommend their monthly plan, with the ability to stack 25 min sessions back to back or roll over unused sessions to the next month, it’s a worthy investment for your health. The staff are always friendly, the location spotless, and the results are clear. I’m more flexible, have less pain, and am happy to report having had no more back spasms since my sessions started. Try a session and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been a regular at StretchLab in Fairfield since they opened last April. I’ve been to several Flexologists and they have all been great, but Wendy is my Flexologist and she’s the best!
