Such an amazing first class for my 6 year old daughter. She was so happy and more importantly actively engaged for the whole hour. Looks like they stretch for 10 minutes than go into 2 separate 20 minute centers each with 4/5 rotation activities. Plenty of instructors too. Very impressed 👍

4 out of 5 of my kids go here. Wonderful coaches that encourage the kids. My kids have advanced under the guidance of these coaches very quickly. My son struggles with ADHD and sensory issues and this did not deter this gym. Would (and have) recommend this gym 100%!

From day one to now I’m Forever grateful of the family I had at Thames Valley. They were always so kind supporting and open with welcome hands. Thames truly cares for what’s best for you and your family and I’d say you for sure will leave with a smiles on your face, amazing memories, and a forever family. By far the cleanest, neatest gym you’ll find around and a family you’ll have for years even after you leave the sport.

My son has attended TVAG for 8 years and I couldn't be more pleased with a gym than I am with them. The longevity of their staff provides a comforting experience for gymnasts and parents alike. Throughout this pandemic, they have abided by all local authority regulations and have gone above and beyond to ensure installation of advanced purifiers and have exceeded cleaning expectations. Prior to the pandemic, the gym was incredibly clean, you would see staff making sure common areas were sanitized frequently but now, behind the scenes cleaning is being see and it is incredibly comforting. I have a set of 2 year old twins that attend the Tot class, and a son who is on the boys team, and the dedication from the coaches between the two classes doesn't change. If you're looking for a gym, this is the place to go! Good luck gymnasts!

I was I was fortunate to go with my wife and my son to the gymnastics school what a cool place in a great experience for your kids I wasn't sure what to expect but the staff there are all amazing the kids have a great time in the equipment seems to be very safe and fun.

This is our first time in gymnastics. My 3yo loves coming to class and follows the coaches well. They do their diligence with covid rules and take temps at the door and have them wear masks when walking thru the floor but masks off during training. All equipment is sprayed and sanitized after each use. It's been a great experience so far.

I love being a part of the Thames Valley Team. The coaches, gymnasts and parents have become family. They offer recreational classes, mens team, womens junior olympic team and womens Xcel team. Birthday parties and summer camp are other fun, organized events also offered here. It's a VERY clean, well taken care of facility. I hope our family gets to spend many more years competing for TVAG.
