I've been doing her workouts throughout quarantine and regularly burn 400+ calories each time. She has great variety of exercises and workout formats plus provides a ton of modifications. You won't regret giving the sweathouse a try!

I have had several trainers throughout my life but Jess is by far the best. She is extremely talented and creates workout routines that adapt to your body, goals, and push your limitations. Jess' attitude is also extraordinary, she is just a great motivator. She pushes you to work harder and smarter while avoiding injuries. You will also never get bored with Jess's workouts because she comes up with new ones all the time. If you don't believe, check out the at-home workouts on her Instagram page.

12/10 would recommend Jess as a fitness guide for anyone. I have had the pleasure of attending workouts instructed by her for over a year and a half now, and I can say with full confidence that she can get anyone where they want to be. She's motivational, focused, and without a doubt knows her stuff. Before training with Jess I was doing Crossfit, and that stood no comparison to what I've experienced with Jess's classes. I've sweat more, learned more, and most importantly achieved my personal fitness goals. You will not be disappointed with Jess as your fitness coach!!

I'm a personal trainer (meaning I train other people for a living)... but for my OWN training, I go to Jess. She has that rare talent of being able to push you right up to your limit, but never beyond. An hour with Jess is always worth your time. You will get fit and have fun in equal measure (and you won't get injured). I recommend her highly and without hesitation.

Not only does she push you to get stronger, faster, and smarter in your workouts, she does so using an amazing amount of variety!
