I can't say enough positive things about The Training Floor. I am an avid equestrian and have always been an active person, but have never found the "right" gym routine / program to keep me engaged and consistent, until I found Ray and Megan at the Training Floor. The small group classes are fun, challenging, and have helped me immensely with my strength, stamina, flexibility, and confidence. Historically, working out outside of the saddle has always been a chore. I now find myself eager and excited to get my workouts in and I see big improvements in my riding as a result (which my horse appreciates). And it's not just the physical results that keep me coming back - the community and environment that Ray and his team have created is amazing. Perfect for anyone who struggles with "gym anxiety"; everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive and the trainers know every person who steps into the gym by name. I've been coming to The Training Floor for almost two years, and I have achieved my primary goals of getting stronger and integrating regular workouts into my life on an ongoing basis. I love this gym. Ray is a wonderful coach, and he couldn't have a better associate in Meghan, both of them knowledgeable and encouraging. The small group classes allow for individual attention and the workouts are carefully tailored to our strengths and weaknesses. Emphasis is placed on proper form and a careful mix of exercises so that we get a full body workout without hurting ourselves. The atmosphere in the gym encourages great camaraderie, and the time flies. The gym is exceptionally clean, and, like the inside of a ship, everything has its place; and it's incredibly well equipped. I never want to stop coming to The Training Floor. Highly recommend!

I found Ray and team on Instagram, after few past injuries I decided to get back on track, when I met him for a personalized interview, already know I was making the right decision. I started in November 2022 with 3 classes per week, eventually I'm getting stronger, now I'm training 4 times a week, my back pain (herniated disk) is under control, I lost 15lbs total and I start noticing my muscles again.
The best part is we built a great workout team relationship with the coaches and other clients.
THE TRAINNING FLOOR is in a great location, very professional coaches, modern equipment, (upgrading all the time). very convenient schedule.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The Training Floor is not for the faint of heart or those who want to take cute selfies at the gym - “no struggle no progress”!
The schedule is built for you- gives you enough flexibility should you have work/home commitments but also not allowing you to talk yourself out of going.
Ray and Megan are amazing coaches, tailoring workouts for each client, yet collectively through strength training and cardio. I joined six months ago after being a member at every gym possible only to really not know what I was capable of until I joined TTF. Best decision ever and definitely recommend if you are in looking for that motivation to be a better version of you.

I had always considered myself someone who was terrible at cardio workouts and avoided them whenever possible. Since joining TTF, it's helped me to change the way that I view my fitness abilities and the way that I approach my training. With a great mix of cardio and strength exercises in each unique class, it's always a great workout that challenges all aspects of your abilities. It actually brought me to a place where I look forward to 25 minutes on a spin bike which is a sentence I never thought I'd say. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, welcoming and friendly. The community is inviting and supportive and I look forward to each workout.

I have been working out at the training floor since it opened. I have been working out with ray (the owner) for 16 years. He is an amazing trainer. He is knowledgable. He has you doing strength and cardio rolled into one super workout. Not only do i train with him, But he was the only trainer in town that would train my husband at 4:30am. He trains my son and got him into the best shape, motivated him to continue working out when he went back to college. He motivated My son to start eating healthy and he dropped 25. He trains my niece and helped her to loose 180 pounds. He is a super trainer. Super friend. Part of my family. So if u want to be motivated to get into the best shape of your life, to eat healthy if u want to make exercise a 4x a week habit the training floor is the place to be.

I was looking for a new challenge to my workouts and found TTF and have not turned back. The workouts are always different so you never feel bored and the boxing class is the best! Be careful this is scam !! I sign in with Ray who is very friendly at first he sign me with plan that cost 186$ for month this plan include 5 personal training 30 min to prepare you for classes such as booth camp , TX ...so you can follow the classes... when the time came and I finished with 5 sessions he told me they don’t have the classes available at the time we agreed before only 6:30 am are still on . When I want to take those he pushed me to have personal training 400$ I said no I will take the classes in the morning. After that he told me they are not included In my plane I need to pay more only class I can take is spin class on Saturday.... why did I pay then 189$ to prepare me for classes that I wasn’t able to take ?? Then he become very arrogant!! Just watch out when you sign in ask for some agreement on the paper otherwise you will end it up loosing your money ...!

The Training Floor is not a gym where you can just jump on the elliptical to watch ESPN. You come to TTF to get your butt whooped and then the next day you come back for more! Seriously though, TTF is a great place for small group classes and one-on-one personal training. The workouts are innovative and make use of functional training equipment such as TRX, sleds, kettlebells, and Tyres just to name a few. If you don't know what those things are, don't worry, they'll teach you how to use them. The classes are small enough that the instructors can correct your form and/or bark at you if you're not putting in enough effort! I've been coming to TTF for over 5 years now and I've never had a bad workout. Heck I've moved to Long Island and still come here weekly! I highly recommend trying one of their classes or if you want to work on a specific area, personal training is a great option. I've trained with Ray to strengthen my legs due to past knee issues (2 surgeries) and I've been pain free ever since!!!

TTF is the best!! The trainers make you feel welcome the moment you step inside. The atmosphere is amazing and encouraging. If there's a exercise move you can't do, no worries... the exercises are adapted to your ability and you never feel pressured to keep up with the group (even though you secretly want to). They stress the importance of going at your own pace but to give your all.

All the classes are awesome and I always feel great after my workouts. If you want to relieve some stress I recommend taking cardio boxing with Shak you won't regret it.

I joined The Training Floor for a month due to a great Groupon deal ($39 for unlimited spinning classes for a month). Not only was the facility appropriately sized and clean, but the teachers were wonderful and the members I took classes with were very welcoming. I would recommend joining this gym if you are looking for a lifestyle change, or are one of those individuals who takes fitness very seriously. The monthly fee without a discount is steep, but worthwhile if you show up.

If you are looking for motivation and success in your health, this is the place you should go. I receive emails all the time from The Training Floor pushing me harder and to achieve the success I want and not give up. There are many classes to attend, and frequently there are special seminars you can sign up for. A gym with equipment won't keep you coming day after day - a place like The Training Floor will keep you coming. I am glad that Google is making you log in and show your name, etc when you review now.
