Wonderful place. The trainers are very professional and push you to do your best. Great for upper body but there is a significant focus on lower body strength as well.

A great club, lots of different level and styles of classes, don;t think you'll ever leave a class without having sweated buckets! They love to get involved locally too, not a gym, it's a club!

As a life-long boxing fan, now on a mission to lose weight and get in shape, I was excited to find a Title Boxing Club in my neighborhood. So, I gave it a shot a couple of months ago and I could not be happier that I did. The workouts are awesome and even though I still struggle to complete every move/exercise in a typical class, Iβm motivated to keep trying and push my limits. And I can honestly say that one of the trainers at Title (Troy) has been a huge factor in that motivation. Even before I officially joined the club, Troy provided guidance and pushed me to stay focused on my mission. He went out of his way to be as accommodating and helpful as possible and I canβt thank him enough.
Hereβs the bottom line: Title Boxing is awesome. Everything from the people to the classes, and the facilities and location are great--And you canβt ask for any more than that.

This is a killer cardio workout, as well as a defining workout for your upper body. It's a fun, exciting workout to keep me focused and engaged. Title Boxing offers a bunch of class options and times, but I love the consistent morning classes with each day offering a different approach to the workout (Max has a hard booty component, Shaun lets you spar with him making it interesting and real, Alex absolutely wipes you out with HITT). It's challenging but the instructors guide you throughout.

This is a great full body workout. 15 mins of cardio to start (non boxing), then boxing centric stuff next 30-35 mins, followed by abs. Love the experience here. Don't be intimidated if you aren't a 'boxer'. Find your favorite instructor and let their energy help take your fitness to new levels.

As someone who works out 6 days a week and lives in the gym, I can say that Title boxing club in Norwalk is the best gym I have ever belonged to. The trainers are all so knowledgable, approachable, fun and encouraging. The classes are tough and the trainers are always trying to challenge you and push yourself, but at the same time they offer ways to modify the exercises so it caters to every fitness level. Its not easy completing an hour of a high intensity cardio class but at title they make it fun. The music is so good and the trainers are so motivating that the class will just fly by! The trainers are always available to help or answer any questions and love to spend some extra time with you in the ring if you are looking to work on form. I have paid for hours of personal training and it is by far my favorite thing I have ever done. Its so fun and challenging doing mitt work and working on form. I always wake up the next day extremely sore after personal training which goes to show you how much boxing really works every muscle in your body in different ways that cardio or weight lifting cannot.
Besides the awesome trainers and fun classes, the location is very convenient, and the members that belong here are all so nice and friendly! It feels more like a family run gym where everyone knows each other. There is none of the animosity associated with normal gyms, no big egos or any of that to worry about. Its just a great group of people all trying to work on getting fit and staying healthy together. The club is kept very clean and has an area of free weights and a squat rack with treadmills so you can go anytime and get a workout in which is so nice!
Connor and Jazmin are amazing! Its so nice to walk into a gym and feel warmly welcomed. They are always at the front desk ready to help and answer any questions you may have. I have been a member for about 2 years now and I can honestly say I am still just as happy as the day I joined (if not happier) I can definitely see myself staying a member for many many years to come!
Thank you title boxing for the amazing workouts, and great friends I have gained along the way from being with you guys!

I went to take the free initial class and was hooked. The work outs are intense and the staff is really great about helping you reach you full potential. I think my favorite part is that the trainers rotate classes. So your always getting a different trainer. Also the trainers are constantly changing the work outs. So you will never do the same work out twice.

I joined Title while I was here for the summer for work, and I have to say that it was the best decision I made. I have taken classes with almost all of the trainers there, and every one of them is phenomenal. All of them bring a huge energy to the classes, and even your worst day at Title will be a great workout. In addition, thereβs never a feeling in this gym that a trainer is looking down on you or laughing at you, they are all really friendly and understand everyone is at different levels, and want to help you get better.
In addition, Iβd recommend to anyone to check out the advanced boxing class with Max at least once, definitely became my favorite class!

This place is the best. It is far more than a boxing gym. Never have I had workouts like you get at TITLE Boxing Club. You have to come try this for yourself.

Title Boxing is the BEST.
After having my second child, I tried to take off the weight with various fitness programs but nothing worked until I came across Title Boxing. The results were noticeable after going 2-3 times a week for only a few weeks and I was thrilled!!! It is my 'sane' place. The instructors all down-to-earth. They each have their own individual style but are equally as great in helping you to feel good and to reach your goals.
I just had my third little one 12 weeks ago and I'm planning to start up again next week after the holiday. I can't wait!

I was very indicisive about joining a gym or club like this...I walked in and met the staff who were very friendly...I was never a "gym" rat/person but I made a commitment to get myself in some kind of shape for my softball season that was coming up. In previous years, I was always getting injured so I decided to get a head start this time and thought this would be a good place to start. So, I made an appointment with Eric and attended the free class...
I was a little concerned at first that this might be like one of those other gyms where everyone was always looking to meet someone...and that I would always be self conscious when I came to the gym...pretty funny from a guys point of view...but it can be annoying to us men too when you are trying to focus on working out...
Well, my first impression during the class was wow this looks fun...and you actually enjoy exercising and it doesnt feel like a burden to get to the gym...I was actually always looking forward to going. I love hitting the bag as hard as I can its a great stress relief after a long day at the office. Plus, the instructors come around with pads and body armour, so its fun to hit them with some shots too. And there are so many different instructors that it's never the same type of workout...the mix is good between both boxing and kickboxing ...and each instructor has their own flavor of warming up and abdominal exercises so you are always hitting different parts of your body.
I decided to join Title in Jan 2014 and never looked back. When I started I was around 184 lbs...which is way too much for a guy my size 5"6". And just like the rest of you after every class I immediately would ran home and kept weighing myself...silly me. What you don't notice over time is that your body slowly transforms...your metabolism picks up and you start to see muscle tone getting more accentuated as you progress. I was also trying to eat more healthy, so that along with continuous boxing classes the water weight comes off right away then you start seeing your body tone up quickly...especially your arms.
You can't go all out right away so be careful...At first i had to give myself several days to recoup from the hour class. Each class is composed of 20 mins warm up exercises and then 8 - 3min rounds with a min break in between (trust me you need the minute between rounds for rest) then after the boxing you do some abdominal work for the last 15 mins... What's nice is the instructors are very helpful and friendly and you don't need to keep up with everyone else because every person's body is different. You go at your own pace and you'll body will let you know when you can push it.
I was very skeptical that this would never work for me because of my age (51) but sure enough after several months of Title I got down to 170lbs and with only doing 2 classes a regularly week...Sometimes when i got bold i would stick and extra class in but not that very often...because I know my limits....sure enough I was in great shape for my softball season and all the exercises and classed paid dividends with my mobility and stamina for the new season and more importantly I remained injury free (knock on wood) .
Now, I just try to make sure I do at least one class a week and it keeps my wieght maintained at 170lbs...My next goal is to drop another 5 lbs for the 2015 season...When I get there I'll revisit this review.

Superb fitness classes, that are a blend of boxing, bootcamp and core. The people are great, no caddy members and all around great group of people. I highly recommend it!

I went to Title with a Groupon and it was great! I really felt that "at home" feeling and they made me feel super comfortable. The class was so personal and they actually payed attention to my form while I was boxing (which no other place has ever done). I always get a great workout when I go to Title and I would definitely recommend it!

Very friendly staff; I went for a kickboxing class; I was woefully out of shape and the trainer was kind enough to continue encouraging me to push on and not give up; however, I did have to sit out numerous times just to catch my breath; I would absolutely love to go back and continue and hopefully, will slowly get conditioned to actually participate in the kickboxing training sessions

Our family of FIVE look forward to coming every weekend to either Shaun's or Troy's class! The five of us range in age (starting at 11 y.o.) and ability and we are all benefitting from the class.

I LOVE TITLE! I can't say that enough. Every single instructor is so helpful, motivating, kind and down to earth. They also push you to do your very best which is so crucial, especially if your having an off day! The workouts are really great and incorporate cardio, strength training, plyometrics and much more. You leave TITLE - every time - feeling like a champion. I am so glad I discovered this gem.

I have been a member of Title Boxing Club for over a year and a half. This club works so well on so many levels. The workouts really challenge you and the exercises are very similar to Insanity so you will get results no matter what your goals are β weight loss, increased energy, explosiveness, muscle tone. For me, punching and kicking is therapeutic. You can relieve so much stress by taking it out on those bags. All of the trainers are always so encouraging and supportive, and their energy is amazing to see. Through the group classes, you can feed off the energy of others. Try a class and keep up with it. I had tons of soreness at the start, but kept up with it and gradually increased my frequency, and truly feel stronger and more energetic than ever before!

I have been a member of this club for a year and a half. I still love it and am getting results! My 12 year old son and 19 year old daughter come, too! The trainers are friendly, informative and very motivating. They've got your back! It is like a community there and I have met so many great people. There is every age, every shape, men and women and kids - it's awesome! Come and join us!!

Joining a boxing/kickboxing club can be very intimidating. When trying to find a club that was affordable, clean and not instructed by UFC fighters and meat heads I knew I might have a little trouble. After walking into TITLE Norwalk I knew I had found the right place. The staff is friendly and greets you by name when you walk through the door. Being broke and in graduate school I didnβt know if I would be able to afford a club. TITLE Norwalk had an amazing summer student plan and also monthly price brackets throughout the year so you can work out without braking the bank.
The TITLE power hour is a fantastic workout that guarantees results if you #Hitithard. All the trainers are helpful and will help you achieve your goals. Melissa is the TITLE Norwalk manager and might be the nicest person in America. She rocks out during her classes and will make you leave feeling like a new and improved person. Every trainer is different but incredible! With your "first shot free" you can go in and see what trainer you enjoy. If you are looking for a clean and friendly boxing club to either make a lifestyle change or to just have fun.. TITLE Norwalk is for you.

Not only is the Power Hour an incredible workout, but it's FUN. It's addicting. And you WILL see amazing results. I've been to other boxing gyms in the area, and the differences at TITLE are the people, the vibe, and the workout. TITLE is a club, not a gym--nothing compares. Try it!
