Trevor is thorough, passionate, and knowledgeable in his coaching. When I started working with Trevor, I received a personalized six week program that was tailored to the specific fitness goals that I had. The program included daily calorie and macronutrient intake goals with an explanation of the fat loss I should expect to see based on my calorie deficit. The program also included a comprehensive Sunday to Saturday workout schedule with exercises, sets, reps, and rest time.
For someone who is newer to the gym, it is easy to get discouraged when you are not quite sure why or how to do a specific exercise. Trevor explains in a clear and detailed way what muscles are targeted in certain movements and how the muscle will grow based on the range of motion you work in.
Most importantly, Trevor is kind, encouraging, and he always challenges you to do your best. I highly recommend Trevor to anyone who is looking to start or receive guidance on their fitness journey.

Before working with Trevor, I had almost no interest in going to the gym. He has completely changed my mindset to a place where I now feel excited every time we train. He provides workouts tailored to your personal goals and pushes you beyond what you think you may be capable of. I've never met someone who genuinely wants to see you achieve your goals whether that's in the gym or otherwise more than Trevor does. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.

I have known Trevor since we were kids, he has always said such a great example of how to take care of your help mentally and physically. He has always given such great training tips and food tips. Once I saw such positive and great progress with Trevor following his own workout routine. I figured why not give it a try and workon Trevor ‘s workout plan. He was so wonderful to chat with and work with on where I wanted to work on my body and how to feel more confident in myself. It’s really cool using his app and updating it daily when I go to the gym. He is extremely helpful clarifying anything in terms of what machines to use or which workouts are really going to focus on back arm and legs. The eating plant he also made for me, has shown me tremendously positive results. Cutting out salt and sugars is worth it. I have never felt so energized and upbeat and going to bed earlier has really made a huge difference as well. Focusing on certain food, groups and water intake has shown me how to take care of my body and also what more I plan to work on going forward. Trevor is the best and so stoked I get to work with my childhood close friend I getting the Wonder Woman bod!!!

Trevor is the most outstanding fitness coach and wellness trainer that I have ever encountered!!! In 4.5 months, he has changed the way I think about fitness goals and my health overall. He prepared an comprehensive plan for me to achieve with daily check ins, food goals, workout routines and mental health breaks throughout the day - and he follows up daily to make sure I am engaged in achieving the goals and have the support and encouragement to focus on the positive outcomes! He is so knowledgeable and a true inspiration - to me, to my family and to our entire neighborhood community.
