I just had a very bad experience with the receptionist, I ask to use the bathroom, before she inquire if I was a member or had a family member in the facility she wouldn't let me use the bathroom, after she found that my and grandaughter were she gave the ok, not very professional this happened at 2:50 pm on Wednesday, I believe that I will not return i felt unwanted.

Great program but I wish the coaches were more friendly and gave more encouragement. Some of the coaches have the worst attitude and they look like they hate being there …
