This facility is not open to the public and you need to meet certain criteria to join.
Yale New Haven Hospital’s Fitness Center is an integral component of the YNHHS employee health and wellness program designed educate and motivate employees to “take action” to improve their health and well being.
The state-of-the-art facility opened in January 2012 and is conveniently located beneath the Air Rights Garage.
Membership is open to:
-All YNHH and YNHHS employees, retirees and contractors
-YSM faculty, staff, students
-YSN faculty, staff, students
-YSPH faculty, staff, students
-CMHC

Great variety of equipment and helpful staff members. Highly accessible to hospital staff who live in and around downtown New Haven. I wish it was open for longer hours on the weekends

It used to be my best gym! Professional, supporting and friendly staff! They are always there to help! The group classes are awesome, especially the spinning class!!! Members used to have to sign up online for spinning class and the classes were full of people and there were even people waiting outside. Now the fabulous instructors were "gone" and now it was left with regular classes. So now the level lowers down to a regular gym.
