This dance cardio class and its wonderful community have been exactly what I've been looking for in DC. So grateful for the opportunity to dance to really fun music up to FOUR times a week! The instructors are kind and don't take anything too seriously. It is definitely a learning curve but as someone with no dance experience (except for Zumba classes) I have enjoyed picking up choreo over time and having an outlet to just dance and move. So glad to have found this!

I cannot say enough good things about how much FUN Dance Trance is!! Oh man, from the teachers, to the music, to the choreo, the community…everything about DTDC Is just so welcoming and so much fun.

Experienced members go out of their way to introduce themselves to new folks and after classes a few times a week a group may head to a nearby spot to grab a bite or a drink. πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Easiest decision ever.

I'm so glad I found Dance Trance. It is the ONLY work out regimen I've EVER been able to be continuously excited to go to. I never have to drag myself there. I go 3-5 days a week every week. I feel healthier, happier, and my body thanks me for it!
