I’ve been a member of Fit360 for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. The classes are always engaging and challenging and I have gotten stronger and have improved my form when doing exercises since joining. I’ve taken classes with nearly all the instructors, each with their own style which keeps things fresh and motivating. The gym environment is welcoming which makes it easy to stay consistent with my fitness routine. As someone who takes several classes every week, I have zero complaints - the instructors are all great and I look forward to my workouts. If you are looking for a gym that helps you grow stronger, I would recommend joining this gym!

Fit360 has been my fitness home since 2017 (though, I have been training with Brian since 2010), and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a space for all bodies and peoples, with knowledgeable and kind members, trainers, and staff. The emphasis is on consistency and community: I've been asked my name, and given personalized instruction in every class I've taken over the years, and made gym friends (something I never thought I would say), which motivates me to keep coming back. Special shoutouts to: Christa, for functional training through at least 4 ankle injuries and many book recommendations; Amon's Saturday morning class and Amon's sense of humor; and, Amina and the OGs, without whom I likely would not have made it through the pandemic sane (or maintain my relative sanity these days). Mt. P is the best neighborhood in DC and Fit360 is the best of Mt. P!

I have been a member at Fit360DC for the past 9 months, train with Amón 2x per week, and attend his classes 3x per week. At this point, I’m not sure if he’s my trainer, my therapist, or my best friend!

Personal training sessions with Amón are truly the best way to start the day. He is funny, energetic, and genuinely invested in your progress. What I love most is that he makes the workouts personal. He remembers your goals, your workout likes and dislikes, crazy things you have said to him under the stress of a box jump, and even your weird knee thing from three months ago. He celebrates your wins, calls you out when you are doubting your abilities, and somehow makes the whole process... fun?

Amón’s group classes are basically one big fitness party. You can tell he really loves what he does by the energy he brings, motivation he yells, dance moves he shows, and playlists he curates. The stations he creates are inclusive to all fitness levels and he is never far away to provide assistance, remind you where you are, correct your form, or just drop to the floor next to you and do push-ups Major Payne-style.

Outside of the gym, he is the kind of trainer that truly cares about your well-being. He checks in on you, remembers major life milestones, and always finds a way to make you smile when life is feeling just a little difficult.

If you are looking for a trainer who will push you, support you, and occasionally destroy you (with love), Amón is your guy!

Canceled after a month or two.

I'll start by saying the staff were all very kind and welcoming with one exception I'll get to at the end.

The equipment is good quality. There is a lot of equipment. This gym would be a Dream Home Gym for most people. Read that again.

The main problem is that it's way too packed. Way too much clutter and the space is far too small. Basic exercises like squats, bench press, dead lifts, etc. require set-up time, virtually every time. I'm not a Gym Bro but I expect my gym to have at least a couple benches and a Serious Dumbbell Rack.

Honestly, my least favorite part was The Man in Charge, Bryan, who constantly surveilled and interrupted my workouts to tell me the rope attachment I just put on hook "A" should've been on hook "B", instead, and other similar nitpicks. I haven't met someone yet who likes having their workouts interrupted.

2 Stars - I typically felt less like I was in a public gym and more like I was borrowing someone else's Cool Home Gym.

I’ve tried a bunch of different gyms and exercise classes in DC, and Fit360DC has been by far my favorite. The owner Brian cultivates a real feeling of community, and he and the other trainers are kind, fun, and excellent at what they do. They offer a range of different types of classes to fit whatever your fitness goals are and (deservedly) have a loyal customer base. They’re a gem of the neighborhood and I hope they continue to thrive for years to come.

I keep forgetting to leave a review, but I needed to let anyone know who might be reading this that coming here is definitely worth it! I started almost a year ago just because it happened to be close by and I needed to go somewhere that had a variety of things to offer, and it was the perfect fit.

I love that the classes focus on functional training, and that there are different sessions focused on mobility, lifting, advanced movements, and even boxing/jiu jitsu (which was a great plus for me, because I’ve been doing martial arts for a while). And of course, the space and equipment have been great for open/self gym time as well.

All of the trainers have been super helpful and have helped me progress a lot in the past several months - I can definitely feel it every day. (I would list out the names of the trainers I’ve worked with/gotten help from/taken classes with, but then I’d just be naming literally everyone who teaches there, LOL.)

What can I say about a place I love with all my heart?!

The gym is clean, no mirrors on the walls, the staff is beyond friendly, attentive and cares about its members.

If you want a focused environment with everything you need to get a good lift in, this is the place to do it.

I have been going to FIT360 for about a year now and have had a great experience! I joined to begin weightlifting and I appreciate how helpful all the staff is with explaining how to use the machines. I also have been loving Sabrina's Mobility/Stretch classes! She is so knowledgeable and after each class I notice how I've reached a muscle that I had been neglecting in my weightlifting or running. She is also awesome at providing form modifications for different bodies and abilities! I am somewhat hypermobile, and Sabrina helps make sure I am working the intended muscles so I can improve my stability.

Adore this gym, just serious equipment, no frills, some of the most inspiring coaches and trainers around, nothing beats the location right by DC's best pupusa shop (the boys get a reward if they work hard in Shifu Kwame's Saturday MMA classes.) A DC gem.

I highly recommend FIT360. I’ve been training with Jonathan for a year now, and my sessions with him are always a highlight of my day. After my third child, he helped me rebuild strength in exactly the areas I needed—especially my core and back. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and really tailors each workout to where I’m at (including going gently when the little one has forced me to have a bad night of sleep). I’ve had such a great experience that my husband now trains with him too—it's become a family affair. Highly recommend!

Awesome gym, great staff, and great community.

Love taking Ninos classes, especially for boxing. Johnathan and Kendrick put on good fitness classes that are challenging and well balanced.

Has everything I need for solo strength training.

The owner, Brian, has a good taste in music and keeps the vibes up.

10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and it’s the only gym I’ve ever liked in my life, I say this as a lifelong hater of exercise. But thanks to Fit360 I have developed a deep love, specifically for boxing and jiu jitsu.

Nino teaches boxing and jiu jitsu and he makes such a welcoming atmosphere for people of any skill level. His classes are a great workout but they’re also a great time!

Amon’s total body fit classes are also an absolute delight. He’s so funny you almost forget how much you’re sweating.

Good people and good atmosphere, you can’t beat this place!

I can't say enough great things about Fit 360 DC!

Nothing like Katherine, Victoria, and Amon‘s incredible HITT classes to get me out of bed and keep me energized throughout my day.

They push you in a way that’s both encouraging and effective - physically and mentally.

It's more than just a gym, it's a supportive community that keeps you coming back.

And the music is always fire!

I work out here once a week with Kendrick and it is a fantastic spot. Kendrick has an expansive tool box to work with and our weekly work outs are always something new that gets me out of my solo work out movements. He also has extremely useful tips for recovery and stretching to lessen the next day's impact.

The FIT 360 staff are incredibly helpful. All of the trainers create a positive environment for workouts and are committed that everyone using the gym is maximizing their time there.

All of the equipment is new and well maintained. The space is clean and the facilities are always serviced.

FIT 360 is a great community to work out and I always recommend it to my friends looking to take a class.

Really fantastic neighborhood gym! I was previously a Balance Gym member and always frustrated at wait times for squat racks and free weights. Here, I can nearly always use the equipment I want, when I want it. If it is in use, the neighborhood vibe means other patrons and trainers at every cooperative about working in or finding me an alternative.

I stick to the open gym membership, but I see the workout classes and they seem like the right mix of challenging and supportive, and I’ve dropped in on educational workshops to add a bit to my self-guided workouts.

Everything you need and more for weightlifting without the overcrowded chain gym environment - and much better music!

I've been training here for about 7 months, and I am very happy with my progress. Katy Browne is a fantastic trainer. She is tough and gets results, but sessions with her go fast!

I can’t say enough good things about Fit 360. I found the gym initially as its close proximity to my apartment was very appealing. I signed up for open gym access and began to tip my toe back into fitness. Over the pandemic I had become an avid long distance runner, but hadn’t picked up a dumbbell in years. I found myself starting to get injured more and realized I needed to add “strength training” back into the mix. As someone who is no stranger to a gym, it still felt intimidating to walk back into a place and lift weights when I hadn’t done so in 5 plus years. These anxious feelings quickly went away, as every interaction I had with a coach or another gym member, was genuine, helpful, and encouraging. I had been doing my own thing during open gym access for a few months, while also being intrigued by the group classes going on. I thought to myself, am I even capable of doing that? What if I’m bad at it? What if I’m not as strong as I used to be. I decided to push these feelings aside and began attending the Advanced Body-Fit class with Brian. I certainly was not completely comfortable with all the movements right from the start, but Brian always took the time to explain the movements to me, and not in a condescending way either. He really takes pride in his coaching and making you feel confident in the movements you’re doing. Slow it down, drop the weight, watch someone else do it first, are all encouraged in his classes. Well, as I’m writing this a few months have passed since attending Brian’s classes fairly regularly and I just have to say what an amazing difference it has made in my life. I feel stronger than ever. I feel more confident. I enjoy working out more than ever, and have found a lovely community of all fitness levels to share this with. I’ve really enjoyed finding this gem of a gym (pun intended) in busy DC, where I can escape the stresses of work and life and get a great workout in. I would absolutely recommend Fit 360 to anyone looking for a new gym. I guarantee you’ll feel welcomed and get your fitness goals met. Thank you Brian and Fit 360, can’t wait to continue getting more workouts in!

Sincerely,
Katlyn

Pro tip: just learned that gym at Columbia Heights community center down the street is bigger, better, and free.

Fit 360 is:

1. Very expensive at over $90 per month. That would be one thing if it offered a lot, but…

2. It’s tiny

3. It is rarely open. You can get a key card that will let you in off hours, but guess what that costs extra money

4. When it is open, it often has classes that take up most of the gym so you can’t really work out

5. If someone is personal training, they won’t even let you use a machine near them, even if it’s not being used. I tried to use a bench and a fit 360 personal trainer told me I wasn’t allowed because he and his trainee were using it. Yet neither he nor the trainee touched the bench for the following 20 minutes.

I've been going to Fit 360 since the height of the pandemic, and I can honestly say it was one of the best fitness decisions I've made. What first drew me in was the gym's commitment to safety at a time when my previous gym wasn’t enforcing social distancing or capacity limits. Brian, the owner, made it clear, both in word and action, that he genuinely cared about the health and well-being of his members, even when it came at a cost to his business. Since then, I’ve grown to love everything about this gym. It’s a small, neighborhood spot offering top-tier equipment, great energy, and excellent classes. I have a 24/7 access membership with two classes a month, and I especially look forward to the HIIT classes on Friday and Saturday mornings. I’ve tried similar classes at other gyms, but none have offered the same full-body intensity and balance that Fit 360’s do. I can recommend this place enough.

Genuinely the best gym in the DMV, if you’re considering signing up - just do it.

I’m an open gym member and they have all the equipment you can possibly want. The owner is wonderful and happy to explain how some of the more complicated cages and grips work. They have so much equipment I’ve been able to work on skills I wouldn’t be able to in a standard corporate gym.

The community feel is not something I had previously considered important in a gym but this place has quickly shown how much of an impact that can have on your wellbeing.

The place is always clean, and incredibly friendly with welcoming staff and trainers. I’ve always kind of shied away from classes for whatever reason but special shoutout to Jonathan who convinced me to try out his class - just that one time was enough to get want to incorporate it monthly.

Whatever you’re looking for - classes, quick cardio, boxing, heavy lifting - you can get it done here.

I can’t believe I slept on FIT 360 DC. It’s really the gym I’ve been looking for since I moved to DC years ago.

I personally love gyms that are really focused on helping people not only get fit and healthy but also on teaching the mechanics; making sure clients are doing things correctly and safe and understand what we’re working towards.

It’s very much neighborhood vibes (think opposite of Planet Fitness, not to send shade), and the trainers are both competent and kind.

I personally try to hit Brian’s classes. He’s the owner and delivers as such. But I’ve loved every one of the trainers I’ve had.

The classes have a lot of variety, the music is up loud so the vibes are 💃🏽 and the hour I spend there is often my best one.

I highly recommend trying this small gym out. No matter what age you are or level you’re at, you can find what you’re looking for and work towards your better self here.

3.5-ish stars. depends on what you're looking for.

Pros: vibe of the gym is cool, good equipment, 24 hour access (kind of, see cons), on the cheaper end of DC gyms, some of the staff are quite friendly, people seem to enjoy the classes if that's what you want.

Cons: no showers, the owner is pretty unwelcoming and sometimes rude, classes take up all the space in the gym at peak hours so working out individually is not really feasible.

If you don't want to make use of the classes you're probably better off at the WSC in columbia heights which costs the same

Fit360 is the best gym I’ve been to hands down! I’ve been taking classes here for over a year now and I’ve noticed consistent gains in my strength, endurance, and mobility. There’s a real emphasis on progressive overload from week to week, which I haven’t found to be true at other gyms. All of the trainers here are welcoming and inclusive, as are the other people attending class. If you’re looking for a great workout—and a chance to know more of your neighbors in and around Mt. Pleasant—this is the gym for you!

I’ve been going to Fit360 for four years now and can’t say enough great things about it! A staple of the community, Fit360 has everything I need in a gym and have never had an exercise or lift they didn’t have the equipment for. Brian, the owner, is constantly upgrading and adding new machines and equipment to continue to improve my lifts with new and unique ways of training. The 24 hour access is a huge plus, and the community within the gym fosters a fun, yet intense, work out environment. If you’re in the NW DC area, this gym will be sure to fill all your lifting, training, and cardio needs!

I adore Fit360! A true neighborhood gym (and gem). I love its convenient location, the fact that it's 24 hours, the welcoming and diverse community, Brian's incredible taste in music, and the amount of stuff they pack into the small but mighty space. As someone fairly new to my fitness journey, I also really love the ambiance—no mirrors in which to catch a glimpse of an unflattering angle mid-crunch, and the lights are on the dimmer side, so you don't feel like you're working out under a microscope. The basic membership package is a great deal, with unlimited access to the gym space plus a monthly personal trainer check-in/assessment and two classes a month. If you're someone who likes to use a lot of machines, this may or may not be the place for you—there's only one treadmill (plus two manual hitmills), one elliptical, a handful of bikes, and then a variety of weight machines. Beyond that though, they have every tool and accessory you can imagine for choosing your own adventure: weights of all kinds, straps, bands, mats, sliders, balls, rollers, and much more. They even have a massage gun you can use! Lastly, if you live in the neighborhood, it's just fun to recognize and be in community with other Mt. Pleasanters of all ages and backgrounds.

I’ve been going to this gym since August. Honestly, this is a generous 3 star rating. I am convinced gyms like this only survive because DC is a gym desert and they all either cost a million dollars a month or are the personal project of a trainer who is hosting classes out of a closet. There are a few specific reasons I am only giving 3 stars:
1) Advertises as a 24 hour open gym (and charges like a 24 hour gym), but open gym hours are actually restricted due to classes. These classes are held at the times when someone with, say, a job, would want to go to the gym (6 -7pm).

“Sign up for our classes!”

Classes are $30 each ON TOP of my gym membership. I don’t have that in my budget, especially considering the cost of membership here is not cheap. Not to mention, as a customer, I don’t like feeling like I’m having my arm twisted to spend more money. Which brings me to my next point:

2) This gym is expensive. I signed up through Active and Fit, so I only pay 43$ a month. I do not believe that is a good value given the size of the gym, the fact that it is crowded, and the fact that I cannot actually work out when I want to. Want to work out before work ? Tough—This gym does not even have locker rooms or showers. The regular monthly cost for a twelve month contract is over $60 a month and the month to month cost is over $70 a month. That price is the same as NYSC down the street, which has locker rooms, a pool, and an actual open gym.

If you are signing up through Active and Fit, this gym is the most economical in the area. If you are paying full price, go to NYSC.

I’m not taking off an additional star because the staff seems nice and other members seem to like their personal training. However, this gym is not a great value if you are just looking for a casual place to workout.

There are a few things this gym could do to make it a better value for their members. The first thing is they could reduce the price of a basic membership with no classes to around $30 which would reflect the fact that this gym does not functionally offer 24 hour open gym, and would make budget conscious members more inclined to sign up for classes. The other thing they could do is include 2 classes a month in their basic (60-70$) membership. This would allow members like myself to workout if they get out of work slightly late and don’t make 5pm open gym, without having to spend additional money.

Edit: I ended up canceling my membership after about 8 months because the price did not justify what the gym offered. I started going to the Columbia Heights Community Center gym for free.

Fit360 is an absolute gem of a place. It is, by and far, my favorite gym that I've ever belonged to. Why, you ask? Well, not only does it have top-tier offerings (equipment, as well as all-star trainers + staff members), but it is deeply rooted in the Mt. Pleasant community. A friend of mine always says that she 'comes for the classes and stays for the friends' and that feels so real. Its small size punches way above its weight, and has a sense of intimacy that I love (you see the same friendly faces all of the time). The staff is always down to take time to help walk you through any questions you have about equipment or movement, and there are frequent high-fives to be had. It's so accessible and approachable, whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you've been around the block for some time. I can't recommend it enough!

It is so evident that Brian loves what he does, and he genuinely enjoys carefully crafting each class so that it is as dynamic and effective as possible. Brian pushes you to grow, and this was the first time I was encouraged to be intentional about choosing my weights and challenging myself to progressively increase and lift heavier. Each class is different which keeps me interested and engaged, and class sizes are small enough that you can get personalized attention. The sense of community among members is palpable, creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere to achieve your fitness goals. I highly recommend Fit360 DC to anyone looking for a welcoming and effective gym experience.

If you want some people to tell you how great you are to feel better about yourself, go ride a stationary bike with a quasi-religious guru instructor.

If you want trainers and classes that will help anyone, any age, any fitness level get in better shape, so you genuinely feel better about yourself, come to FIT 360.

When I moved to the DMV for a new job in May of 2023 I was basically a walking stress ball. So, finding a place to train to take my mind off of all of the uncertainty related to moving to a new place was a really high priority for me. I'd left behind an amazing gym and community in Texas, so I didn't just want to settle for whatever commercial gym I could find, and really sought to find something local. I was pretty close to settling on a GloboGym out of frustration when I found Fit360DC.

I am an Open Gym Member at Fit360DC and here's some of the good stuff:

24 Hour access (huge for me as a single mother).
Incredible membership rate.
Great location (accessible by Green line and many buses)
AMAZING equipment (Specialty bars, multipurpose bars, Power Bars, Deadlift bars, belt squat, leg press, power racks, kettlebells, reverse hyper, and top rate Rogue and REP benches...just to start).
Fantastic owner/management.

I don't live in the District, but regularly and willingly travel an hour by public transport to make my way in to get in a SBD session, because I feel comfortable, safe, and welcome at Fit360DC. Whatever your training style is, you can definitely get it done here. I can't imagine training anywhere else in the DMV, honestly. I've tried a few other local gyms, but am always glad to call Fit360DC my home gym.

So, if you're interested in supporting a wonderful local gym, check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I've been using the Open gym at Fit360 for a little over a year now and while I had a few concerns early on, Brian (the owner) has done a great job quelling them all. He's constantly adding new equipment to best optimize the space and ensure anyone looking to lift has ample options even during crowded times. On top of that, he's always willing to suggest new workouts or new ways to use different equipment even in the middle of his own workout. If you're in the Admo/Mount Pleasant neighborhoods, there's no better gym option for those looking to train. Minimal crowds, up to date and always expanding equipment, and a no judgement staff that's genuinely excited to teach and help members get their best workout in.

I love going to this gym! Always clean, the staff are helpful and there is a wide variety of machines/weights to use. I was worried it would be packed since it's a small gym but I've never had any issues getting all my sets in!
I personally haven't done any of their classes but those seem to be well structured!

I was a proud member of this gym from December 2016 until April 2023. It’s with a heavy heart that I say I am no longer due to moving out of the neighborhood and also some personal family problems arose suddenly as well.

My years at FIT360 were some of the best years I had living in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood. From the staff being friendly, courteous, and professional to fun and caring, I can safely say this place was always my sanctuary when coming out of the COVID pandemic. Best thing though, this gym is NOT a cult but if you’re a Prince fan (like moi) then you’ll fit in easily. Diversity is celebrated here.

I loved Brian’s creative HIIT classes-they’re never boring! And also creative with all the exercises Brian has stored in his mind. You’ll leave feeling worked out and challenged.
Friday afternoon LIFT classes with Nino were challenging and fun reminiscing about 80s hair band music.
Victoria, Emily, and Christa are super insightful and will totally make you sweat as well. Whenever they teach, I know I’ll be sore the next day.

I’m gonna miss the FIT360 fam! Invite me to holiday parties though, please🙏

It was remarkably bad. After 4 months it became clear the personal trainer did not know what he was doing and was just showing up. No posture improvements, body composition changes, and the trainer stop taking regular measurement to track progress. When I expressed my concerns it was never handled instead the trainer said he had no availability for an entire month. When I tried to cancel my service they said I had to pay for an additional month to cancel. Overall i payed over 1000$ to cancel and never receiving training for the time up until the cancellation.

I went to another gym called thesis, I saw results after 1 month and noticable big results after 3. The environment is also pleasant too.

Overall, I would not recommend the gym to anyone.

Three years in and I still love the offerings at this gym. The functional training classes are fun and innovative. They provide you a good workout and manage to keep things fresh. In a single class they'll use kettlebells, Hungarian bags, TRX. They definitely live up to the name and provide you with a full 360 degrees of fitness. They also offer boxing and a jiu jitsu class on the weekend.

Love this gym. The COVID protocols are excellent (temp checks, contact tracing, personal sanitizing equipment, hefty cleaning each day, and top notch air filters), and you can't beat the instructors. I love the variety of indoor and outdoor classes, and they are great at tailoring everything to your fitness level. Personal training is excellent as well. I joined in March 2021 and I look forward to being a member as long as I live in the neighborhood.

After spending far too long at WSC, I finally got the nerve to quit, and I ended up at FIT360 years after regularly walking by and peeking in. I was hesitant at first about joining a small gym because I was accustomed to the cold, impersonal experience of larger gyms. But Fit360 completely changed my mind. I ADORE this gym. The staff is incredible, knowledgable, supportive, and welcoming. The classes are challenging and never boring. The equipment is top notch and plentiful—you'll never lack what you need or want. When COVID hit, Brian and his team pivoted to virtual classes and then leaned heavily on outdoor classes at Meridian Hill Park. They now offer a number of options for every pandemic comfort level, and I have no doubt they will come back stronger than ever when everyone is finally able to exercise again inside together. You will never regret going to and joining this gym. It is the best gym I've ever been to.

I was struggling to find a way to get back into strength training and moving my body intentionally during the pandemic. I am very lucky to live around the corner from this gem of a community gym! During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fit360 DC has been very communicative, flexible, and innovative when it comes to helping its members workout safely. The outdoor classes are challenging and efficient, and are completely masked and distanced, which has made them that much more valuable to me during the pandemic! The coaches are also informative and helpful, and challenge us consistently!

I have been going to this gym 3 years prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and even under pandemic restrictions, its the only gym I want to go to. The staff and owner strike an incredible balance of fun and challenging workouts that help you gain new exercise skills while also getting your butt kicked. The past few years, I have learned to use kettlebells, TRX tools, and box! Since the pandemic, I religiously attend the outdoor classes, which are well-distanced, masked, and still have that fun/difficult balance. I can't recommend this gym or staff enough!

They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is staying safe and healthy during the pandemic. They also have a variety of workout options to fit your comfort level.

I absolutely loved their in-person classes!! I recently moved and have joined their virtual classes. The virtual classes are just as challenging and engaging as the in-person classes. Brian, Edgar, and Amina hold it down for folks on the virtual side, and have kept me from turning into a couch potato 🙃💕

Hands down the best gym in DC. I was there ~5 days per week for the 2.5 years I lived in DC and miss this place all the time. When Brian days no one else in the city is working as hard as his HIIT class he means it. I got such a solid foundation that when I moved and had to find a new gym all the coaches at my new place had to comment how good my form was and how comfortable I was in the gym. All that credit goes to Brian and the Fit fam.

An amazingly effective and inclusive gym.

Though I left this gym a year ago due to a move, I still credit my physical wellness today to Brian and FIT360. Because of their both challenging and welcoming environment, I not only grew stronger and healthier, but I feel like I have a solid foundational knowledge to build on. I credit this a lot to Brian’s unique and effective instruction.

Especially now after joining a new gym after my move from DC, I’ve really come to appreciate how high-touch their support is. I wouldn’t be able to weightlift, do kettlebell exercises, or use other equipment safely and confidently in my new gym today if it wasn’t for FIT360. Their trainers actually take the time to carefully instruct, give feedback, and keep you safe.

Also this gym totally raised the bar for me in terms of what to look for in my new city. A gym can both motivate you to show up and know you’ll be welcome, and it can challenge you to be a stronger, faster, and fitter version of yourself.

This gym has everything I need, including four racks and bench station, TRX, kettlebells, a couple of rowers and assault bikes, and there’s a huge variety of other equipment to play with too, like sandbags, bulgarian bags, a 135 lb tire, etc, and the owner Brian is regularly adding new tools to this arsenal. If you want a gym with tons of treadmills and elliptical machines, this is probably not going to be the place for you. Of course there is a treadmill, a spin bike, an elliptical, and rowers, but the focus here is on functional fitness.
I highly recommend trying out Brian's HIIT classes too. They’re pretty intense so I like to go about once a week, which works out perfectly with my 24 hour access plus 5 classes/month membership. I’ve been going for 2+ years and I still get introduced to new exercises and equipment in these clases. Just a warning, if you come in during popular evening classes (6-8 pm) there might not be much space for doing your own thing. Most other times, there is plenty of space.

I moved into Mt. Pleasant 2.5 years ago and was so sad to have to turn in my keycard and end my membership because I'm moving. I was seriously factoring in distance from FIT 360 when looking for where to move! The staff there is amazing. I never took any classes but was there when they were going on, and people seem to love them. Brian, the owner, is especially awesome, friendly, and seems to be constantly improving the place with upgrades to equipment. the best part is that it's really, really chill. Just a local neighbhorhood gym with no one trying to judge you or out lift you. Can't beat the 24/7 access hours, and even when you go to the gym at "peak" time during classes there's space.

Fit 360, or Brian's gym, as I like to call it, is everything a big corporate gym is not - It's just so much better! I've been working out with Brian for 2+ years. He is an excellent trainer, tending to the individual needs of his clients and ensuring people are caring for themselves while pushing themselves to be better and more fit. For the Mt. Pleasant community and beyond, it has been amazing. During this most recent Snow-zilla, Brian did his best to get to the gym and hold classes almost immediately after the storm passed. He knew his clients were itching to get out of the house, work out, and see friends! Fit 360 is a community gym with quality that surpasses the larger gyms in DC. I love seeing friends at my workout and we love Brian! I have also worked out a few times with Sydney - he's amazing too! Join Fit 360!!!
