Flow is the best!! I joined last year right when I moved to DC and have taken over 130 classes since then. All the teachers are incredible in their own unique ways, and there is a strong, welcoming community among the students. Flow has 100% changed my life for the better and canβt recommend it enough!

AMAZING! I used Flow for a group class for my sorority, the owners were very communicative on email helping me book the class, the price was amazing for such a large group, and the instructor Lorraine was amazing and very helpful! Everyone loved the class, and not to mention the studio is super beautiful and clean.

I love this studio and the instructors! Classes are appropriately challenging, the flow feels natural. The studio provides mats and towels, so if you're stopping by the class on the go, you don't have to lug equipment around. My only issue is that the classes get very crowded and it's often impossible to get a full range of motion for poses.

If you live anywhere near Logan Circle and are not yet a member of this studio, I suggest you remedy right now! Fantastic space, fantastic teachers, and a fantastic community. Oh, and be sure to check out Jarrick's Mysore class.

Can your website just say what the price is before having to create a log in? Why does it have to be a secret? For this reason alone I won't bother joining. I don't need testimonials and a hard sell. Just be honest.

Truly enjoyed the classes I've taken here - instructors have always been very patient, inclusive, and understanding that everyone might be on a different level of experience during classes.

The instructor was rude and if you are going to culturally and religiously appropriate by using Hindu Gods and Goddesses at least have the decency to not prop the Statue of Ganesh on the ground. My Gods are not your show piece

Iβve been going to Flow ever since I moved to DC over 4 years ago. The studio is beautiful and the teachers (Jess L, Camryn, and Chris are a few of my faves) are great. Check out a class and see for yourself!

I went to Flow Yoga Center for a Infrared Warm Vinyasa Flow class - loved it! It was my first class there. I appreciate the hospitality and kindness of staff members at the reception, and the professionalism of Chris, the yoga instructor. Also they have a lovely, clean, and well-designed studio.

I love practicing at this studio! The 'align and flow' classes are such a rejuvenating way to end the workday with really intentional and creative teachers. I also love having the option for pilates, sculpt, restorative, and online classes. I thought I would stop coming after the intro deal, but the full price membership has been a worthwhile investment!

I love this studio for its variety of class types and teachers. I prefer the mindful and gentle flows, but I like that I can opt for hot or power flows if that is what I am in the mood for. Each teacher has a distinct style and is great at connecting with the students. I always leave feeling better than I did coming into class!
The studio spaces are clean and cozy, too.

I went to a Rihanna-themed Friday afternoon class at Flow and had so much fun! It was my first yoga class in years, so I was a bit nervous/intimidated at first, but the energy is so amazing and supportive! Definitely wanna check out more classes

Flow Yoga Center has become my second home for about β¦ 5 years now? Iβve got several great friendships out of it - the community is comforting and supportive. The workshops, space and class varieties make you feel well rounded when it comes to your relationship with yoga and fitness. I am grateful to the owners, teachers and members for allowing me to be myself and always accepting everyone as they are.

The teachers are most judgmental mindset. There is a boundary between encouraging and forcing. When students skip one or two poses consistently, there is a good reason behind it. Respect to it.

Flow Yoga is the place to practice yoga in DC. It's an amazing space that has been loved on and cared for by Deb for so long that you're bound to feel that care as soon as you walk into the doors. Check out a class at Flow Yoga and you will surely be better for it.

Flow yoga center has great teachers and a variety of classes at a reasonable price. I am so glad I found them and appreciate the fact that they had such a great new member deal. This is the third yoga studio I tried in DC and they are by far my favorite.

Incredible classes and teachers for all levels of practice. The waiting area feels like a spa with its big bay windows, pillowed cushions, and fresh hot tea. The best part are the people there, both the Karma Yogiβs & Fellow practitioners, it is a wonderful community

All of the classes are beautifully taught by teachers will an intention to guide, strengthen, and heal. Many classes have a spiritual dimension as well, something I was looking for when I came to Flow. I feel lucky to be a part of this amazing community!

I adore the Flow Yoga studios. I really appreciate that the instructors recognize students trying to bust out of the 1.5 level and really become more advanced in their practices without being pushy or too demanding, but expecting improvement.
I also would like to give a shout out to Anna at Flow for being the best damn heated flow instructor I've ever had. She's intense but in a great way!
Clare in core is also amazing and I love/hate her for it.

Flow is one of my favorite things about the neighborhood; I miss it terribly now that we are in a different neighborhood! The studio is tucked away next to Whole Foods on P Street, and the spaces are cozy. The teachers are fabulous: I have been in a class with Joan now for 3 years and can't say enough about how wonderful she is. I also have taken the prenatal yoga class on Sundays for a while, which is great with Jen!
Most of the other teachers I go to (not as consistently) are also great. Everyone is well-trained and quick to help with accommodations and anything injury-related.
