I am a fan of small gyms, I don't particularly care for the corporate Globo-Gym style of rows of equipment and glistening machines. Kaaos is not this, when I wandered into the gym the owner greeted me warmly, but I was most appreciate of the laughter and mirth as others were working out. As stated on the website, this is his home, and it felt that way. I recommend a look on this alone, and I'll be back many times to lift.

I started at KAAOS through Larry's Groupon deal. The decision to make this my home gym was an easy one. Larry, the owner, is knowledgable and deeply invested in his clients' health and fitness. I love everything about this place. KAAOS pushes you out of your comfort zone and towards your fitness goals. THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE GYM. The name says it all. Be prepared to be challenged; be prepared to succeed.

Great gym. Started by attending via a groupon deal and ended up making it my home gym. Personal staff, great atmosphere, and people of all ages and fitness levels. Staff have motivated and inspired me and have made taking care of my health a habit.
