Went to Vinyasa Yoga with Zaria and it was perfect. Zaria created such a warm and welcoming environment, encouraging us to flow and take pose variations that felt natural to our bodies. I'm a beginner and on the heavier side (5'6", 250lbs) so this was a huge plus for me. Zaria went above and beyond to accommodate how I like to flow. Overall, this class left me feeling more grounded and empowered to take on the week. I cannot wait to come back!

Really enjoyed my puppy yoga class! I haven’t done a yoga class in years so I was glad it was beginner friendly & the instructor was great with adding in modifications. But the puppies were definitely the best part. They were adorable & ready for snuggles. It was a really sweet afternoon.
