I can't say enough wonderful things about Eva and The Line Method. In the 3 years Eva and I have been working together my hip pain has disappeared, my balance has improved dramatically and I no longer have to lean on a wall when I put my pants on! (Awesome!) Her studio is serene and peaceful which makes it easy to focus on what you are doing. Plus, Eva is an amazing diagnostician. She can figure out what connects to what and how to design both in-studio and at home exercises to work out the body glitches and pains. With Eva's help, I've learned a lot about my body and find it empowering to know how to heal myself at home as well as with her in studio.

I have loved going to the Line Method. Theyβre such a supporting and women centered space, which I really appreciate. The entire staff is so nice and the owner Eva is such a sweetheart! I see Arielle and she really understands all aspects of hypermobility. Sheβs so knowledgeable and really tailors each session to what I need that week. Sheβs also so understanding and patient, she never makes me feel dumb for not getting an exercise the first time around. I have noticed such an improvement in my coordination since starting. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with hypermobility and the implications.

Diagnosed with hyper mobility from my PT and in extended recovery from a traumatic birth and long COVID, The Line Method has helped me learn how to exercise again- but in a new, intentional (and slower!) way than I ever have before. With deep attention and expertise to identify my bodyβs long-held habits of compensation, they have helped me to retrain my muscles and nervous system for new ways of building strength with resistance training. As someone who has never faithfully
done gyms, Pilates, or had a personal trainer before, itβs been a positive experience that de-bunked many assumptions I had when I walked in the door. I recommend it, though it is a financial commitment.

Being a lifelong athlete, Iβm very particular about what type of training I do and when. Lately, my body has forced me to start training a bit smarter and to not be soley focused on specific sports and strength training but to work on mobility and recruiting those smaller muscles for a more balanced approach to my overall training and fitness for life. Working with Erin at The Line has been one of the best decisions Iβve made in a long time! All the ladies at the Line are wonderful and the studio feels like an oasis in what can be a chaotic city. My experience at the Line Method was great; I enjoyed it so much. My body definitely felt the effects for the next couple of days, which I know is a great sign (haha)! Erin was great! She explained everything thoroughly and ensured I understood why we were doing specific movements/exercises. The goal is to support the client, and Erin demonstrated how she would do so, which is excellent! I also liked that the sessions are individualized; this is what makes you all different from many other fitness centers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and 10/10 would recommend my clients to the Line Method.

I had been searching for exactly this type of service for months. A very personalized focus on my strength and recovery (meniscus issues), while also maintaining fitness. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I am always very cautious about letting people work with me and my body. I have had many experiences where well meaning people have ended up causing me pain and issues. When I found Eva and The Line Method, I was thrilled to learn about her method and how it is customized to your body. She was able to look at me, and tell where I was out of alignment and holding tension. Small, gentle movements are used to help your body realign and strengthen. Definitely NOT a traditional "workout". I felt great after my session! It is also a bonus that the studio is very zen, and Eva and her staff are warm and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially people who have chronic pain or other challenges.

Erin is really fantastic. Not only does she create a warm, welcoming and safe space, she puts together progressively challenging work outs that keep me coming back. The Line Method is the best! This isnβt a cookie cutter workout, but a space where the coaches personalize the workouts to your strengths and weaknesses. I've had such a great experience doing private sessions with Erin at The Line Method. I didn't come in with any prior reformer pilates experience but Erin has been such a great teacher and I've really enjoyed my sessions.
