The quality of this location has gone down tremendously. I used to love this gym. Weights and bars are never where they should be, people bring their own loud speakers and stereos to where i cant hear my own music and thoughts, bathroom cleanliness is hit or miss, hardly ever opens on time, when an event is at the stadium nearby, they close the gym, no one cleans after themselves, etc. i can go on and on. Luckily, i have a platinum membership, so i go to other clubs. I would rather drive 30 minutes to another 24 Hour Fitness than go to this location that’s less than 5 minutes away. Thinking about canceling and signing up for another gym. One that’s actually open 24 HOURS!

This gym is not truly 24 hours. They often close randomly without notice. Every time there’s an F1 race nearby, they close for almost a full week, and you lose all those days on your membership. They don’t care if you are in the middle of a training routine — they just shut down, with no regard for their members.

This is my last month here; I am not renewing my membership. I can only use the gym for about three weeks this month because from April 28 to May 4 they are closing again, renting out the parking lot for the F1 event instead of prioritizing their members.

If you’re looking for a serious gym that actually cares about its members, I do not recommend this place. It’s not worth it.

The gym is making some progress in the right direction! The cleaning and the maintenance of the gym is improving! One of the most conspicuous asset the gym has is Natalie Verna!! Natalie is an awesome instructor and trainer! She has incredible energy and passion for what she does! My fitness journey with her has been amazing! I’ve achieved my goals with her instruction and motivating sessions!! Natalie is a special person with a caring heart and inspiring spirit!

I don’t know if I’ve ever regretted a purchase more. The very worst gym experience you could ask for. Show up at 5am when they’re open and nobody comes until 6. Weights missing, most machines are damaged and the staff sits on their phones and don’t acknowledge a soul as they enter. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I been at this 24 hour fitness in Miami Gardens since February so far it been an amazing it has everything I need to complete my work everyday and I love the sauna. I have been attending the Silver Sneakers classes at this gym for almost a year. I have found the instructors very caring. I find Natalie my instructor on Wednesdays and Fridays very patient, energetic, supportive, caring, and concerned for the safety and overall well-being of her students. She is pleasant and makes the class fun. It is never a boring class with Natalie. My overall fitness has improved since attending the classes.

I have been a member with this gym since they opened in 2020. I literally left YouFit for them. Although the new membership tiers are excellent in benefitting those that can now afford to attend, the biggest tripe with this gym is in the name. Something MUST be done to return your gyms to the 24 hour schedule [Even if it's just 3-4 days a week like PF], as well as new locations. It makes 0 sense that the only facilities that remain on a 24 hour schedule is DORAL and DAVIE locations. These facilities are too far away. More convient locations would greatly benefit.

This gym feels like I’m working out at state prison. Though it is spacious so I give it 2 stars.

I recently signed up last month and paid the full year which was a great value to save a few bucks, but honestly, day after day coming here has been very disappointing, I had a membership here a few years ago pre-covid and from what I see there has not been many upgrades or changes to equipment, there are a few machines I see that have been broken and still yet to be fixed, seems like this gym has digressed, went to Planet Fitness with my dad yesterday due to him having a membership there, and I can say their equipment is more vast new and improved, kind of regret paying for the full year. The amenities are the main reason I signed up here but the lack of quality with everything else doesn't even make up for it. I hope there is some accountability and integrity in the people at the top to make some improvements/changes.

That’s it, this is the final straw. I won’t be renewing my membership here and if you care about your own health. Don’t come here. They don’t try to repair or fix anything. They simply close down the facility and move on with the other locations. They can close the facility simply to sell parking to the stadium. But can’t even fix the issues inside your own facility. I just recently joined and Oscar gave me an amazing deal and he was very pleasant, fun, and and great to deal with. Sauna and Steam room work great. The pool area and hot tub are well maintained including all the amenities. The equipment is fairly new with not that much wear. A little busy at times, but for the price and amenities, you can’t beat it. Try and get the Black Friday deals. These are the best deals I’ve seen 24 run!

Update to the below. The quality was declined but what bothers me is NO WI-FI! I thought it was a one-time thing but no, there is no connection to the Internet. It’s every time I come. Gym is filthy. The women’s bathroom is absolutely gross(Most times I hold my bladder until I get home). So I can imagine the mens. You have to walk around the whole gym to find a pair of dumbbells. Most times I give up trying to find a pair and to work with what I can find. Since Miramar closed I honestly feel I don’t get a good workout here. Also the other rooms are closed, I don’t feel comfortable squatting and doing certain workouts in front of men and people starring. I feel like most people there people watch instead of minding their own business. Plantation is too far so I’m seeking other options.

Came to this location today just for the sauna and steam room. BOTH were FILTHY. There is no reason for this place to look like this in the morning before the masses attend. There should be a clean up crew on deck NIGHTLY to ensure that the place is tidy by the time of opening each day. That way, its easy for the workers to keep up daily.

This gym is DISGUSTING. I’ve been going here for months and I always felt like it could be cleaner but as time has gone on it has only gotten worse. MUCH WORSE. For one they never have any supplies available to clean the workout equipment. Most of the napkin dispensers have broken off the walls and they have never been replaced. Of the like TWO or THREE that remain, they are never refilled. There is rarely any cleaning solution to clean the machines as well. You can literally see the grime on the floors, equipment and restrooms. Spots that look like they have never seen a Clorox wipe. I’m not sure how people are coming to this gym in shorts and sleeveless tops because it’s a skin infection/ ring worm waiting to happen. I plan on getting a new gym membership regardless of the early cancellation fee be side I just can’t take this anymore. There’s are a few photos I took of the women’s restroom but honestly I should’ve gone back and taken more pictures of the rest of the gym because there was so much more. Just nasty bro.

Stay away!! This gym is dangerous. Numerous times women have reported of men sneaking into the ladies restroom and holding them against their will. Cops were called but the gym does nothing to protect their members. They don’t even warn us at all, no email to us, no flyers with some kind of information or picture of the predators. The members have to tell each other of such serious incidents. The maintenance is even worse. most of the workers are super kind and I’m sure they don’t get paid enough for such things but management and district managers should take these kind of matters more serious and do something before it happens again.

I purchased my membership online and this location was my first experience with 24 hour fitness. I went in the evening and there was no one at front desk. I figured out how to scan myself in. A lot of the equipment was in bad shape, the men’s restroom had no soap. The parking lot seemed like a hangout. Cars parked in front of the building and guys just hanging out like it’s a car show. The place needs better management, someone to make sure the equipment is up to date and in good condition, make sure the gym is kept clean, make sure only members and their guest are coming in. It’s unfortunate this is the closest gym to me.

24 hour located on 27th Avenue is disgusting 🤢. The sauna and steam room is falling apart. They do not deep clean or sanitize. I pay to use the gym. My monthly payment along with others, keeps the lights on over there. It’s only right, we are rendered a clean space.

The women bathroom is no better. You can see the gunk around the inside of the sink. I go to 24hr, for the convenience, not to be at the gym in disgust. At Corporate you are a multi-million dollar company, get it together.

My suggestion: Hire a deep cleaning company to work overnight to disinfect , deep clean women/men bathroom, and have one of your employees to oversee it. Give us what we pay for. Thank you

So here is a very analized review based on my experience and what I've seen. So I transferred to this gym about 1 month ago. I've gone at different times. 5am, 6am , 7pm , 8pm , etc.

I've also gone basically every day of the week, (Not continuous but you know what I mean, variations of days. )

THE GOOD : I've been reading all negative reviews and that the gym is a mess. But I promise I've seen the staff cleaning, vacuuming, and disinfecting gear on days where there is low traffic of people. and that's what people don't see. it looks very clean and all the weights are where they are supposed to be.

THE PROBLEM: Opposed to the common negative review, there isn't any problem of people bringing their own speakers, everyone uses headphones. The major problem is that people don't put back their weights. You can find a dumbell in front of you and then the matching pair is on the other side of the gym in a random spot. The other problem but it's less noticeable, is that you will always have some people not throw away the disinfecting paper, but the gym crew does some rounds from time to time to pick them up. The trashcans get overfilled sometimes at night.

In conclusion: the gym and their staff is good, the people attending the gym just need to follow proper gym etiquette so that everyone enjoys it.

I appreciate the convenient location but could definitely use a cleaning attendant. Empty bottles, fully trash cans and the basketball court feels like it’s never been swept. Cleanliness is an issue

I went there few times as a guest with somebody and I have a not good view about this thing called “GYM” and most likely the people, they think in their minds they are the “gansters” NOT GOOD ENVIRONMENT and not respect for other, rather pay extra or less for a better place instated. Again only “brave men” not education at all. Thanks God I never paid a membership and as guest member I saw this at this place. Also stinks.

A lot of very young guys at the pool area with a disorderly conduct, jumping in the pool. I suppose many of them don't even pay membership. Nobody controled the wet area. That happened on June 13 around 1pm. Please take some measures about it.

I went to check the gym out the girl at the front was no help and told me I had to sign up in order to see the gym . I inquired about the 3 day pass but according to her they don’t allow them at this location but if you ask me it’s because I’m African American

It’s 530 am and the gym is still close…. This is just the worst . If you review camera footage you will see people leaving. I love the 24hr experience, but I hate this gym it’s so dirty and need someone in corporate to look into things here. Just pop in at 530 in the morning or 3am in the afternoon.

At one point I enjoyed going to the gym now not no more. To come to the gym early in the AM and to see the bathroom so dirty, no tissue and just plain disgusting. At that there are no disinfecting spray around (bottle empty) and the gym has all equipment all over the place and paper towels on the floor. At 8am in the morning like come on!!! That is ridiculous and unacceptable. To say that now I’m literally getting sick after coming to the gym cuz bo one is cleaning the equipment or cleaning the gym period. I am a germaphobe and I don’t play about my health. I have been a 24 hr gym member for almost 10 years now and now I am deciding to really thinking about parting ways. This is UNACCEPTABLE

I’m extremely disappointed in how customer service has come to an all time low in Miami. It’s like people really don’t want to work anymore.

My partner has asked numerous time last year to cancel his account with this gym and because there was never a manager around, the staff would leave a note for the manager to handle it, yet, still since January he was getting charged for the account after asking to cancel. He called numerous times and no one answers the phone. He went in person today to cancel his account. He spoke to a guy at the desk and the guy said his manager just left, and my partner realized the same guy that left is the same guy who was standing next to the guy at the desk when my partner was discussing his issue. And this guy who just left, the manager, TONY, said nothing when he stood there, he just left. So my partner went and found him in his car in the lot, approached him respectfully and told him his issue. Tony didn’t have the decent courtesy to step out of the car and go inside and help my partner. Instead, he cancelled his account in the parking lot from his car and said he’ll refund him. Seriously? What kind of customer service is that. This gym is already a problem, it isn’t even 24 hours anymore and now you’re making people stand outside a vehicle while you help them because you can’t speak up inside and say “Hey, I’m a manager, I can help you.”

Extremely disappointed. My partner is reaching out to corporate about this issue because it’s been on going for some time now and handled poorly in the end. I also hope corporate happens to swing by see’s my review.

I came here today to do my fitness assessment and I was immediately greeted by one of the trainers. She took me to Nadirah who did my fitness assessment. It was hard work but I pushed through the workout and she smiled and encouraged me to keep going and to go at my own pace. I booked future sessions with the gym and I look forward to working out and reaching my fitness goals!

I’m not gonna lie I had mad anxiety walking into the gym cause I’ve never been before and the thought intimidated me, especially with a million cars in the parking lot. But I was matched with the Fitness Manager who really made the experience welcoming and helped me disregard the stares while we worked on my form and made a personal program. The gym has an extreme amount of dust and dirt that's visible on the machines. There's no accountability for persons using the sauna, steam room, and pool. I'm paying to have access, while the majority who uses the amenities only pay $9.99, which explains the uncleanness in the area and misuse. It's sad that an establishment in a predominantly black neighborhood, can't be managed with cleanliness and proper use of the amenities as other gyms located in predominately white neighborhoods.

There are lots of responses from the owner. But only on good reviews. Maybe the owner should take some constructive criticism and reply to all these negative complaints in a positive way, assuring guests that things are going to change and that they’re working on the issues. Not too comforting knowing that these issues aren’t being resolved after years. Biggest thing is why don’t the staff encourage gym users that this is our gym together and we should all take care of it. No need to blame the staff for how dirty it is because there are disgusting people that work out there. We are all adults let’s act like it. not being 24 hours is definitely lame considering your name is 24 hour fitness. I love one of your locations so far however, after reading the reviews, I think the only reason I would attend this gym is due to the friendly staff and not the cleanliness for what I’m reading. First and foremost the staff is incredible. The fitness manager Ms.Nadi gave me the best assessment that helped with my mobility and strength she is very helpful, informative and supportive. My trainer Maurice pushed past my limits I wanted to fight him sometimes but if you’re not mad at the trainer he/she isn’t training right lol. The facility is always clean and friendly. Had an amazing training session with the FA Camila. She did my body fat percentage and really went into how to help my body achieve my goals. Then we worked out until legs started shaking basically. Great help and amazing customer service!!!
