Basketball court is always rented out by that coach that’s always kicking people out. I’m seriously considering switching gyms because at first when he had the gym for 2 hours it wasn’t that bad but now 5 on 5 pick up games are so uncommon because he’s there every single day multiple times a day it doesn’t make sense how some people pay a member ship to play basketball there just for that coach to have more access to the court than paying customers

Overall the staff is friendly and ALWAYS helpful. Although it has gotten BUSY, there are never any issues and it's still manageable. What I like to see is the cleaning crew. They are always visible and working. This facility is sizable and has plenty of options. I feel comfortable here and that's important.

I am absolutely appalled by the predatory practices of 24 Hour Fitness. They have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service and ethical business practices. My wife, who has been out of the country and hasn't used their facilities for months, was charged over $270 for a full year's membership renewal, a renewal she never authorized, beginning February 2025.
Despite her contacting them immediately to cancel this unauthorized renewal and request a refund, they only cancelled the membership, which they themselves renewed without her consent on February 1, 2025. They flatly refuse to refund the exorbitant amount they charged her. This is nothing short of theft.
It's clear that 24 Hour Fitness is more interested in squeezing every last dollar out of their customers than maintaining any semblance of integrity. Their policies are designed to trap people and exploit them. I would strongly advise anyone considering a gym membership to avoid 24 Hour Fitness at all costs. There are numerous superior gyms in the area with far more ethical and customer-friendly policies. Do not waste your money or subject yourself to this kind of blatant financial exploitation.

Not bad if you can get past getting robbed the first month. I paid $45 for a monthly, no commitment membership at the beginning of the month, just to get charged $65 two weeks later for an "annual fee?"

That doesn’t make any sense. I did not sign up for a contract, I did not sign up for a commitment, I signed up for a monthly subscription. Netflix and Hulu don't charge you a monthly subscription fee and then turn around and charge you an annual fee 2 weeks later, that is insane.

So congrats, you weasled 100 bucks out of me in 2 weeks. Not giving them any more than that.

Two days ago my chance I bumped into the email from 24 Hour Fitness with the attached promotion. I responded to the email and was contacted by Jane Kryuchkova who went over every single detail of the promotion and got my attention.

Since at the time I was at work I told her that I would contact her again on the afternoon. On the afternoon I spoke with Danielle Belen who helped me with the enrollment, then we spoke about my wife but since I needed to talk to my wife I told her that I would get back to her and I did yesterday however at the time she was very busy and had Jackie contact me and she helped me with my wife's enrollment.

Since my first contact until the last one, each one of this ladies made the enrollment process a very pleasant and relaxing one. Answered every question and concerns like a true professionals, I can't wait to start using the facility tomorrow morning.

I went there with the intention of signing up for one year upfront. Jackie at the fron desk refused accepting my 3 day pass claiming that I should use it at another location where I did a tour at. Overall, it's a pretty substandard gym for the high prices they charge. They offer a lot of equipment, amenities like sauna and spa, but the chances of the machine or activity you want actually working is always a 50/50. The staff kind of acknowledges you and sometimes seems annoyed if you even glance at them or wave.

Music on the speakers is WAY too loud as I'm able to hear it through my headphones even turned up all the way. Look, I like GloRilla (F-R-E-E...) as much as the next guy, but I don't always want to hear that when I'm trying to get a workout in.

Pictures I took are within a month period, so who knows what's going to break/malfunction/or just go wrong next. Cycle room has been closed for some time as well...

My Honest Review of 24 Hour Fitness

I’ve been going to 24 Hour Fitness for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid gym experience. What I like most is the convenience—being able to work out at almost any time of day makes it easy to fit into my schedule.

What I Like:
• Flexible Hours – Most locations are open 24/7, which is great for early mornings, late nights, or just avoiding the peak rush hours.
• Plenty of Equipment – They have a good mix of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Even during busier times, I can usually find what I need without too much waiting.
• Variety of Workouts – They offer group classes, personal training, and open space for functional training. Whether I want to lift, do cardio, or stretch, there are plenty of options.
• Decent Atmosphere – The staff is generally friendly, and I’ve met some cool people there. It’s not overly flashy, but it gets the job done.

What Could Be Better:
• Maintenance – Some locations could do a better job keeping machines in top shape. Every now and then, I run into broken equipment that takes a while to get fixed.
• Cleanliness – It’s mostly fine, but during peak hours, the locker rooms and some areas could use a little more attention.
• Crowds – Like any gym, peak times (early evenings) can get packed, so if you prefer a quiet workout, plan accordingly.

Final Thoughts:

For the price and flexibility, 24 Hour Fitness is a solid gym. It has everything I need to get in a good workout, and I appreciate the 24/7 access. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable, and I’d recommend it.

This gym is disgusting, the Locker room has not been cleaned for a few years and the equipment forget about it. I come morning and nights and never seen actually anyone cleaning at all. Not sure why I’m paying monthly …. May have to switch it up

My first time at the gym was a little scary for me, but the trainers at 24 Hour Fitness were incredibly welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions. My first day there was with a trainer, Isaac, who really made a difference. He demonstrated a workout plan that feels realistic and sustainable for me, which was so reassuring. He was very informative and genuinely seemed invested in helping me reach my goals. It’s refreshing to meet a trainer who clearly loves what he does and truly cares about helping others. Definitely a great first experience!

The space is great, but it needs to be better maintained. The club is getting cleaned more often which is good, but continues to leave the dance studio without heat most mornings during these cold months. Whether that room is heated should not depend on who is working that morning when it is barely 60 degrees in there.

Love this gym, the staff is filled with high quality people who cultivate a warm and inviting gym experience. Ask for Gabe, he’ll take care you. The gym itself is clean and has everything you could ever want. Great place to hold membership.

Was a bit nervous getting back into the gym after being out for so long, but Gabe made it not only an easy process, but made my insecurities seem insignificant! So glad to have a gym so close to the house with such an awesome staff!

Originally I was upset that a 24 hour gym was not 24 hours so I can get the maximum time out of my lifts. However, ELITE POWERLIFTER GABE MAINGOT, explained to me how important rest is for growth. Thanks so much Gabe you've changed my life!
