CrossFit 26.2 is absolutely amazing! From day one, the coaches have been so knowledgeable, supportive, and welcoming. They take the time to make sure youβre doing things correctly and safely, no matter your fitness level. The community here is just as great β everyone is friendly, encouraging, and not intimidating at all. Itβs such a positive environment that makes you actually look forward to working out! Iβm so glad I joined CrossFit 26.2 β I canβt recommend it enough!

Stayed in town for a few weeks and needed a place to train. I reached out to Allie and he was quick to respond. He was very accommodating to my schedule and had no issue with me training in the Weightlifting side of the gym (separate room from the Crossfit side), while a class was going on.
I plan to use the gym during future visits, and I would recommend 26.2 Crossfit to anyone looking for a drop-in workout. The gym has everything you need to get a good lift in.

Not being a gym person honestly I was nervous to step into a βCrossFit gymβ. But from the first walk through and through my initial classes everyone has been inviting and encouraging and actually made the gym fun and had me wanting to push my self! Highly recommend this gym! YEAH BUDDY

I have been going to this gym now for 2 almost 3 months and I cannot rave enough about how much I have learned during my time at the gym. The staff is so great and motivating and they genuinely want you to succeed and get better at every move. For someone who always struggled with staying committed, I find myself always looking forward to the next class. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what its all about :)

This is undoubtedly a top notch gym with an incredibly intelligent and professional coaching staff. They welcomed me into the community while I was home for the holiday and helped me knock the rust off of my barbell movements. I would recommend this gym for anyone in town and will be returning the next time that I am in the area.

Awesome CrossFit gym! This place embodies what CrossFit was started on, being community and fitness. The owner, Allie, is one of the nicest people Iβve met and I can tell that he values every one of the coaches and members at his gym. If youβre a visitor looking to drop in or someone trying to find a new home for working out, this is the place.

Dropped in at 9am sharp and warmup was already underway (luckily Allie the owner had already sent me the paperwork to sign ahead of time, super convenient). Coach Kyle is a professional, has advanced degrees in exercise science, and it shows. If you're not from a humid climate like me (Colorado), careful of those hand blisters and the heat (your clothing WILL be soaked). Great gym, will be back on future trips.

Went to 26.2 CrossFit for a drop in during my vacation. I am still impressed how welcoming everybody was. Allie the owner and coach is just great, both in terms of making you feel at home as well as correcting the execution of specific movements of necessary. If I lived in the area I would immediately join the gym for a full membership.

You're not going to find another gym like this one! For a crossfit gym, classes are on the small side and you really get the special attention and training to make huge progress. The coaches and owner, Allie, really care about everyone that walks through the doors and have been so instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. To put it simply, gainz are made here.

Awesome box. Great atmosphere. Itβs a good fit for any level of fitness. The coaches are well versed on proper scaling to ensure you donβt bite off more than you can chew (as long as you keep your own ego in check) and are helpful. Coach Kyle really knows his stuff and will take the time to share his knowledge and opinions...so donβt be afraid to ask! Very welcoming to βdrop-insβ. Check it out!

Love this place. Was initially anxious about starting crossfit, but the 26.2 coaches are incredibly helpful and welcoming. After almost two years of membership the 26.2 coaches have not only made me stronger but more knowledgeable about continuously improving. I am competing in my first competition this month and the coaches are customizing workouts to ensure I am prepared.

26.2 CrossFit has a great team of coaches, each with diverse backgrounds in fitness. If you want to work on strength, there's a coach for you. Want to lose weight, there's a coach for that. Want to work on endurance, so you can run a marathon or complete a triathlon, same thing (there's a coach for that). All "boxes" can be considered equal, but 26.2 CrossFit is forward thinking and provides many options for achieving your fitness goals. So... why not check them out?

If you were to tell me 6 months ago, I'd be doing crossfit, I would have said you were crazy! What's crazy is how far I've come in such a short amount of time. I'm doing things I never thought possible! The coaches are amazing and so supportive, not only making sure you can do a movement by scaling things to anyone's level, keeping everyone involved, but they make sure you are doing each exercise correctly, ensuring no one gets hurt. I've met and made some awesome new friends and found a new family here....and I'm loving my new body!!

I dropped in for WOD while back in my old stomping ground for a day. Allie and Lance were great coaches and everyone was very welcoming. If I still lived in Rockledge I would definitely be a regular at 26.2

I am not one to typically review products or services, but I felt this review was a must. A little history... When I was in my teens and twenties I was very athletic and could eat anything I wanted. I had a body to be proud of and although it required some work on my part, it was easily achieved with little effort. As I started to age and reached my late 30βs I started to notice my clothes getting snug but I was not ready change my lifestyle and I slowly watched my weight climb. By the time I reached 40 I felt hopeless. I was never one to diet and my activity level had dropped to around zero. I did not know what to do besides go buy bigger clothes. I went from being a happy size 6 to a miserable size 14 and I started to pull away from life. I did not want to meet up with friends or leave the house. I just wanted to stay home and hide. I tried every product and spent a ton of cash on equipment that collected dust.. Nothing gave me the instant gratification I was looking for so I would move on to the next item with the same result. (The definition of insanity)
I will be 42 in 2 weeks and I tapped out at 170. I FINALLY looked at the person in my mirror and promised her I would no longer let her down. I can assure you I did not think Crossfit was the answer for me even for a second. I was weak, out of shape and at only 5β2β WAY over weight.
I was blessed to meet one of the trainers from 26.2 Crossfit through work. That was when my life began to change! I am starting to recognize the beautiful person looking back at me in the mirror and Iβm not killing myself to do it! I was simply showed how I could do it by someone I knew I could trust, was given a plan to put into action, and the instructions to do it properly. It is not instant, but it is what works!
It took me three years to get up the nerve to get over the fear. I have walked into many gyms in my life and these gyms would make me feel worse about myself. I walked in to 26.2 Crossfit and truly felt I was surrounded by friends who share my goals, applaud my successes and know where I am coming from!! THANK YOU!!

26.2 Crossfit has literally changed my life. I began my journey a few months ago when made a decision to challenge myself. After meeting Allie, Laurie and Shane, they made me feel like a part of the family right away, and helped me make a plan to accomplish my goals. I learned a lot about form, nutrition, dedication, true ability, expectations, and I'm still continuing to learn every time I go. I traded weakness for a new family, and it's the best deal I've ever made.

Very nice CrossFit gym with an excellent community. If you're anywhere near the Rockledge area and are looking for an excellent box to get your WOD on, they will oblige. They host events that raise money for local charities and hold an excellent annual CrossFit competition called Pura Vida. Stop by and check 'em out!

This place is awesome! I nomad here when I visit my folks. Sometimes I don't get to come for a year at a time but every time I come back I am treated like family! The people here are so friendly. Trainers are amazing and really give you focused training and challenge you to get better every workout. They have friendly competitions and they hang out outside the gym. They're a tight knit community that accepts and brings any one who comes in right into the group. Although I only get to come in for a week or two every now and then, I still feel like this gym is my home. When I'm back home I still refer to this box as my box. Always a 26.2 family member! If you are looking for a great workout, community, and to transform your life and fitness, then you need to come to 26.2 crossfit!

I joined the gym to help me fulfill a personal promise to participate in a Full-Ironman Triathlon. I was plateauing on my own training and decided to come in for consultation and see what Crossfit is about. I primarily came to this particular box because they have endurance specialization which no other Crossfit box had in this county.
Being a young guy and showing up to my first workout for LBN (the introductory course for newbies to get familiar with the movements and form), I was among several soccer moms and grandmas, and I was the last person to finish the workout. Which was a bit embarrassing, but everyone starts somewhere; a great lesson in humility. From then on out, I left my ego at the door thus realizing I was not as fit as I thought. I continued to focus on improving myself each time I go to the gym.
I told the coaches my goals and they worked with me on programming to not only help me properly conditioned, but also to improve my form & technique; a foundation that is heavily focus and practiced.
I signed up for my first triathlon which was a sprint distance, to set a viable goal to work towards. After three months, I noticed huge gains of improvement. Which I then upgraded my Sprint class, to Olympic since the Sprints were too easy (I was doing Sprint distance triathlon work routinely for my long workouts outside of the gym).
Less than a year with the gym, I competed in my first major triathlon event, a half-ironman. I came in 6th place within my division.
Later that same year, I trained and completed my first marathon.
I do plan on eventually finishing a full ironman, after I have a few more events under my belt.
The staff all come from a myriad of disciplines, and are a lot of fun to hang out with inside and outside the gym. And the group of athletes (a word I have a hard time associating myself as) strive to encourage each other and work towards bettering themselves from whom they were yesterday.
Whether your motivation is to be properly conditioned for a particular sport, to be more functional for a physically demanding job, or simply to tighten up all the jiggly parts - 26.2 Crossfit knowledge base has a program available to meet & exceed your goals.
