I couldnโt say enough great things about this company. They offer donation based classes every day sunrise and sunset on the beach.
Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The scenery the vibes, the yoga, itโs exactly what Iโve been needed.

My first time doing yoga so I canโt compare it to anything but I enjoyed it! The instructor was nice and great at centering and giving good instructions. Iโd recommend bringing a towel over a yoga mat, itโs easier to do yoga on sand. Do beware that the sand trucks might be there plowing sand in the morning.

There is no better feeling than to reconnect with nature and enjoy an amazing practice, this is the place to be. Open to all levels, an array of teacher, and available twice a day, every day. $5 cash teacher donation is greatly appreciated. Better to bring a large sheet/blanket instead of a mat. Yoga in the sand, listening to the birds and ocean while being earned by the sunrise is quite a unique & wonderful experience.

One of the most incredible experiences Iโve had. I did the Friday evening class led by Sujal. Imagine a comprehensive yoga class under the open sky, the sound of waves crashing in the background, and the instructor giving you an overview of who we really are as humans. Truly a spiritual experience. I canโt wait to do this class again when Iโm in Miami.

What a perfect way to start the day, 7am Sunrise yoga on the BEACH!!!
Radha, the instructor on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday is excellent, helpful with clear instructions and a kind voice. Benjamin on Monday and Friday is great, too. Thanks for making the start of my day perfect, hence the rest of the day as well.

Buen paseo para la playa entre semana. Casi no hay personas lo que permite jugar con tus hijos con toda libertad. Arena limpia, playa limpia. , El parque Marjorie Stoman queda a un lado y te permite estacionar el vehรญculo de manera conveniente en la Ocean Drive sur. Vale la pena ir. Miren los videos.

Yoga on the beach can be tougher than you'd expect, sand gets everywhere. The Yogis were very nice and knowledgeable with adjustments and very welcoming to any and all that show up for class. Do note, for us northerner and cold weather types, classes may not happen if the temps are below 55 and or raining. (Found in the FAQs page after a search)

A lovely way to start the day. The 7am class is a wonderful and relaxing experience. The classes I took were very different in style but in general I would say they are adapted for beginners.
Bring a large towel, bottle of water, sunglasses or a hat on hot sunny days.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this. It was perfect. Came here for sunrise and sunset yoga during my last trip, and both experiences were amazing. I loved yoga on the beach. I loved that it was carefree and no judgement. I loved listening to the ocean and seeing the sun rise in front of me. I loved watching the clouds change the mood and color of the sky.
