Jeremy Roberts is one of the greatest guys i know truly, I’ve known jeremey for the better part of 4 years, and what makes his gym special is really him. He’s one of the hardest-working and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. He always puts others first, helps in any way he can, and makes everyone feel welcome. You don’t just walk into a gym when you go here — you walk into a place built on honesty, encouragement, and heart. I can’t say enough great things about 52 Strong! This boutique gym is unlike any other. The atmosphere is private and comfortable—no crowds, no staring—just a space dedicated to helping you succeed. Only people with personal trainers are allowed inside, which creates an environment that’s completely focused on growth and progress.
One of my favorite things is their free boot camps on Saturdays. They’re incredible! I look forward to them every weekend. The trainers are not only certified and knowledgeable but also truly caring. They customize workouts to fit my needs, ensuring I never feel left out or defeated.
Jeremy, in particular, is an amazing personal trainer. His guidance and motivation have transformed my fitness journey. I always leave feeling empowered and accomplished.

Jeremy, Maddy, Amir, as well as all the other trainers have individual styles of training to suit your specific needs. Each trainer is knowledgeable and involved in your health and fitness and will push you to become better. If you want a trainer that will let you do whatever then look elsewhere. If you want to be pushed to achieve your goals, look no further.

52 Strong, newest gym in town specialized just on personal training and bringing you where you are supposed to be, best thing I did for myself is starting to hit personal training to rehab my knee after my knee surgery, you owe it to yourself.
One on one training and they work on getting you to your goal whatever that is, it could be strengthening your body, toning, getting fit, loosing weight, looking your best or just rehabbing your body from injuries or surgeries……love this place, totally recommend it, my new happy place ❤️❤️❤️
