Gorgeous interior design and aesthetic. Great up-to-date equipment within the studios. Parking is a bit of a challenge, come with an adequate amount of time to find parking!

Though, my initial thought was that this was not the most inviting and warmest studio. My first class was a mat Pilates class and the instructor didn’t even introduce herself. Not to mention that the woman beside me kept texting throughout the class which was a distraction.

I did enjoy my reformer class with Estephania- you can tell she is passionate about Pilates and she offered great general and individual cues.

I was traveling in Miami and came here once with my friend. It’s honestly the most incredible, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed place I’ve ever seen. You can feel the love and care in every detail. I’m really sad I’m not in Miami anymore, but I hope you open in my city one day. It was my first time doing hot Pilates at this studio, such a beautiful space with amazing staff. My instructor was incredible! The class was intense, I’ve done Pilates in hot temperatures before, but this was next level. The way she pushed us, along with the tools and equipment she used, made all the difference. I felt it the next morning. Truly a great workout and an even better studio!

I’ve taken a few classes at 727 Pilates, and every time I go, I’m reminded why I love this studio. I took a break from Pilates while focusing on weight training, but I’m getting back into it to rebuild my core — and this is the perfect place for that.

The studio itself is beautiful, spotless, and smells amazing. It has such a clean, calming vibe that makes you want to stay. I also love that they have both a heated mat Pilates room and reformers, which gives you options depending on your mood. Unlike other heated studios that can feel stuffy, 727 somehow keeps it comfortable and fresh even when you’re breaking a sweat.

Today I took a class with Ana, and she was incredible! Her playlist was on point, her energy was contagious, and she really kept everyone motivated. She mixes in little jokes that make the class fly by, but she also knows how to push you just enough to feel challenged. She’s an amazing instructor — one of the best I’ve had.

Highly recommend this studio if you’re looking to get back into Pilates or just want a beautiful space with great energy and instructors who genuinely care.

✨ I had my very first reformer Pilates class at 727 Pilates and absolutely loved it! The studio is beautiful, the workout was such a great challenge, and I can’t wait to go back. I really appreciated how the instructor worked with me one-on-one since I was brand new to reformer—she helped me improve my skills and made me feel comfortable. Even though I’m a mat Pilates girly, I loved trying this out! I took class with Sofia Rodriguez and highly recommend her, whether it’s at this location or at Mimi Yoga. ✨

Be careful when signing up here, because if you forget your mat, they charge $5 for it, and another $10 for socks — since you’re not allowed to work out on their mat without socks. The socks must be special ones that allow your feet to glide.

In the end, I booked the class through ClassPass for $14, but with these extra charges, the session ended up costing me almost $30. I was really upset and it completely ruined my mood.

The receptionist just smiled and kept saying it was their policy — she didn’t even offer a discount, even though it was my first time. The class itself was good — I’d rate the lesson a solid four out of five.

I’ve always had a great experience here up until this point, but unfortunately I will not be coming back. During class, Hilal Kaya made repeated comments about not crying, then came over and asked if I was crying. I explained it was just eczema cream near my one eye. On the way out, she told me to “feel better,” which didn’t make sense, and when I turned around, she added “don’t cry” and laughed with the girl next to her. Even if someone was crying, that is absolutely not the way it should be handled. This was not the respect or inclusivity they claim to stand for. So if you are even slightly emotional, I do not recommend seeing Hilal Kaya.

I took Silvia’s Reformer Pilates class and it was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed how the class was structured — it flowed seamlessly and kept me engaged from start to finish. She’s such an uplifting and motivating teacher, and her energy made the experience even better. I left feeling stronger, more centered, and inspired. I would love to take her class again — highly recommend!

I came to ask for information and the lady on the front desk was super rude and she told me to check online. Whats the point of having someone in reception for her to be on her phone and answer so rudely to customers? 727 is hands down the dreamiest Pilates studio I’ve ever been to. It made working out feel genuinely fun. I took Estephania’s class and her playlist was fire with the perfect R&B and hip hop vibe that kept the energy up. The workout was spicy in the best way but she offered great modifications so it felt accessible without losing intensity. Her cueing was smooth and easy to follow and I especially loved the chair series. I definitely felt the burn the next day.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The aesthetic is beautiful, with every corner being thoughtfully designed. There is a calming and inspiring vibe when you walk in. You can tell they’ve put so much attention into the details, from the layout, to the lighting, to the equipment. The classes are just as intentional, and the instructors are incredibly welcoming and professional. I took a Mat Series class and definitely felt the burn.

I’m especially excited for the wellness side of the studio to open up soon, which is something no other studio has. I can already tell, only less than a month open, it’s going to be something special!

I usually don’t love most studios because they feel sterile and unapproachable, and 727 is the complete opposite. It has a hotel-like feeling where you enter and feel transported. Such a dreamy studio. So nice to have a non-heated mat space combined with reformer & chair pilates all in one beautiful spacious studio. Such a great addition to Miami, highly recommend. I took Val’s mat sculpt class and it was the perfect burn with mat Pilates elements in a sculpt style, tough but motivating.

The most aesthetic Pilates studio in Miami that provides different Pilates classes! They have beautiful reformer machines, mat pilates room, cold plunges and the pilates chair which is super rare! All the instructors are amazing and really help everyone out that needs assistance without stoping the class or counting. Definitely recommend this new Pilates studio!
