I've been at Adrenaline for almost a year now and have been blown away with the strength and physical transformation my body has undergone. Group classes have always been my jam but I needed something that was going to get results without having to go to the gym by myself (boring!)
If you're looking for a workout that's going to get you in the best shape of your life no matter your age or fitness level then this is your place. Danny changes it up daily so I never get bored or have to think about what to do like if I was working out alone. I appreciate the form guidance and encouragement to pick up the heavier weights. Joining this gym, coming consistently, pushing myself and being surround by others in a supportive and fun environment has been the best thing I've done for my fitness and health. There's a good vibe here. This is a true gem of a place.

One of the best decisions I ever did! I never had any gym memberships bc I cannot commit but this place turned that mindset upside down. Danny will challenge you, but most definitely encourage you and motivate you. Whole body work outs that will test your endurance. He plans ahead for WOD which works the best for me. Truly a no judgement zone whether you just started your fitness journey or if you're a gym veteran. ALSO, Beast (Danny's dog) is adorable!!!!!!

I started with adrenaline rush training when my weight hit just over 265 lbs. I had hit rock bottom. I completely let myself go. The atmosphere of the gym and Danny was exactly what I needed. This is truly a ‘judgment free zone.’ The only person you are competing with is yourself and there is acceptance that everyone is at a different place in their quest for physical fitness. The environment is one of encouragement and supportive. I really noticed a difference in my overall appearance but learned very fast that The success of my weight loss was not solely measured in pounds, inches and percentages but also in self-confidence, self-esteem and ambition. I have lost over 80 pounds with Danny at adrenaline rush training and the success that I have had does not only appear when I look in the mirror, but it appears in my confidence in all other aspects of my life. My outlook on fitness and lifestyle has been changed forever. I could never thank Danny enough for helping me to change my life! Best of the best! When my gym closed at the end of 2019, I was looking for another gym family. I tried so many gyms until I finally found ART early 2020...I was nervous but Coach Danny put me at ease with asking me questions about injuries, prior level fitness training, and taking the time to figure out my goals. At first I was nervous to try a class as a beginner. I kept putting it off but Danny kept encouraging me to just try it out once. I am so glad I did!! if anyone is in doubt, I will be the first to say JUST DO IT!! Everyone is very nice and cheer you on to keep going. From beginners to intermediate and up, you will find a variety of people. Danny and the other trainers will guide you along so you won't feel as if you don't know what you are doing. It is a very fun environment that will make you want to come again and again. I have just started but I LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE and training. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

Great Place for a Cross training workout.. I was very lazy going to fitness classes regularly but this place changed that.. Danny the coach/owner is very motivating and inspiring He will try to push you through the sets and will drive towards your goals...
Each class is 45 minutes long which is a mix of some boxing, Cardio and weight training..
They offer 3D Body scan and also give some nutrition advises.. Great place if you are looking to start your fitness journey!..

I first tried adrenaline rush to see if it was a good fit since I usually workout alone. Well I ended up not liking it, but LOVING it!!! And addicted to the classes! Danny is amazing, and he really cares about his warriors! He will help you achieve your goal! He will coach you through it, and teach you the correct techniques! And it’s never boring! I've been going to Adrenaline Rush Training for 4 months and I will say it was a great decision. The routines are challenging but the results are rewarding. Danny keeps you motivated and pushes you to your potential. I also like that there are numerous class times throughout the day so there is no reason to not make a class. Lastly, the others that train there have become friends and that makes Adrenaline Rush Training a must try if you're looking to make a change for better health.

Today is 3 months since I took a year off. It was easy fitting right back in. Down 30 pounds in these three months and what a difference in how I feel.

I wish I had an experience to put into detail but I never got a chance to workout! I purchased a ‘30 day unlimited classes’ Groupon and was instructed to call to make an appointment. Well I called, called, and called again, leaving my information with no call back. Finally, after leaving an email with no response, I decided to just pop up at this establishment and was met by a locked door despite google saying that it was open and “not busy.” I see so many great reviews, unfortunately I won’t get to have that experience. Communication is definitely key in customer service. I give up.

My wife and I have been coming here for about 6 months now and have a lost a combined 80 pounds. It’s not an easy work out, buts I easy enough for beginners like myself.

I know Danny from around 5 years I used to take his classes back on Just Fitness and love it.. I Finally join him in Andredaline Rush and the classes are really on fire, he always push you to the limit and never let you quit. I've been training at Adrenaline Rush since February 2018 and I am absolutely obsessed. I was referred by one of my co-worker who's been training with Danny for about 18 months. At first, I was some what hesitant about joining the team. The main reason for my indecisiveness and hesitation was due to the lack of not knowing how to work out properly. Overall, I was afraid of being judged. At Adrenaline Rush I can assure you that you won't be judged. Everyone who trains there is there for the same purpose and that is to transform their bodies. You'll be referred by your first name, you'll become stronger and gain muscle in places you didn't know muscle could grow. They have an open door policy and any question you have won't be left unanswered. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's honestly, worth every penny and reasonably priced.

I have been "working out" for quite a while now, or so I thought....the classes at adrenaline rush training are designed to push everyone whether you are a beginner or have been working out for years. Best f***ing fitness trainer/owner I have ever experienced! I’ve had trainers in NYC, YMCA, and Baileys. From cardio, weightlifting, to high intensity trainers, Danny and Adrenaline Rush Fitness ranks at the top of my fitness trainer expectations. Like everyone, I lead a very busy work schedule. So it is nice to come to Adrenaline Rush and know that the Workout Of the Day is intense and varied from the day before. I also know the workout will change the next day. It's only been a couple weeks since I have been going to Adrenaline Rush training and I have to admit that I have never wanted to stick with something even this long! The classes are high energy and challenging but fun at the same time and every class is different so you aren't stuck doing the same boring workout everyday. Danny is a GREAT trainer!!!! I had been working out pretty regularly when I decided to try ART after it was recommended by a friend and I wasn’t feeling challenged at my current gym. Needless to say I quit the other place and joined the ART family. Every day is a different workout so it keeps your body/muscles guessing which is a good way to get in shape, and there are many different class times to choose from. Danny encourages you to do the best you can so that you can excel and he also sends you motivational messages and checks up on you so that you are held accountable when you’re a no show for a couple of days. Awesome training program!!! The workouts are always different, fun and challenging. I was initially looking to burn fat and tone up without "bulking up". As a woman, I generally stuck with running and light weights in the gym. However, Danny has shown me that high intensity weight lifting is nothing for women to fear! It's a great way to burn fat and offers an intense full body workout. Since becoming a member in January of 2016, I've burned more fat, gotten stronger and feel amazing after even the toughest workouts. High intensity weight lifting has become a normal part of my workout routine and although it can be a challenge, I couldn't be more satisfied with my results thus far. Ladies don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone when it comes to weight lifting. Your summer body will adore you for it! Danny is the best!!!!! I know you’re probably thinking “you’re suppose to feel this way about your trainer”. Well, I do. However, really he is the best at what he does. He works the mind, body and soul.
The mind- he simulate with a lot of information to assist in weight/fat loss, blood sugar and insulin, etc.
The body –he trains with intense, insane and fun workout. High Intensity Metabolic Resistance Training, like I said “Insane”.

When I first heard about Danny and Adrenaline Rush Training I just blew it off but one night I had enough of being tired all the time and just feeling bad and decided to do 1 week as a trial run. It was the BEST decision I ever made! Danny is awesome! He finds the balance between keeping you motivated but not letting you slack off. He is constantly keeping you informed on meal plans/food choices and always available to answer any questions. I joined the gym when I first moved to the city to help me get in shape because I saw a friends great results. I had never been to a workout class before and at first was very nervous. Before even going to the class Danny made me feel welcomed and assured me that I had nothing to be nervous about. He will adjust the workouts to your pace. I can say since being with the gym for over 5 months now, I feel as if I am in the best shape I have been in. He puts up with a lot, especially my attitude ;). I can say I have made great results and friends from joining this program.

I first met Danny when I was looking for a way to get back into shape after years of not excersing. Danny helped me by customizing a program just for me. Then after I had gotten back in shape I had a motorcycle accident and again Danny helped me afterward to recover. Danny is a very dedicated trainer.

This place is GREAT!!!! Danny is one of the best trainers that I have ever worked with, Danny always keeps the workouts fun. The atmosphere in this place is great, we always have a blast while getting in a awesome workout. This is not a place like any other that I have joined, I have always quit all of the other gyms but this one I will always keep going to it is so addictive!!!

Since I have started training with Daniel Albury at Adrenaline Rush Training back in Sept 2015 i have lost 30lbs.
Training in a bootcamp group setting has been fun, positive, great workout and family/friend environment.

I am a single mom of two boys, 13 & 8. I originally joined this program just to have the energy to keep up with them.
I went three nights a week at the beginning and saw results within the first two weeks. I became addicted. I started going every day. Now, when I can, go twice a day. It is such a great program.
What I also love about it is everyone is so down-to-earth and humble. We all encourage each other to succeed.
You will not find any meatheads or Barbie-looking chicks at this gym.
Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Adrenaline Rush Training is different than any fitness program I've ever tried. I'm always excited to go to see what new workout we are doing. I have progressed in so many different aspects of my health and fitness. I'm stronger, my body fat is lower, and I can do things that I physically couldn't before.
