Offering some of the best personal training available. We can come to your home, your gym(with permission from the staff) or at the gym we use called Baycare Fitness Center in Valrico. We help adults with getting in shape for events or just looking and feeling better. We are also great at helping to rehabilitate injuries or just those aches and pains that are showing up. We also have a teen strength program currently running to help with confidence and/or being ultra competitive in sports. Online training is also available.

We were looking for a strength coach to help my daughter excel in pole vaulting and address some lingering aches and pains as a former gymnast. On day 1, Michael keyed in on fundamental muscular imbalances that were holding my daughter back - through patience and a training program developed just for her, she has not only corrected those imbalances, but continues to improve overall strength and sports performance. Her workouts with Michael are her favorite time of the week - he is instructional about nutrition, the science behind any health/muscle issues sheβs facing and ways to address them, and ultimately she is gaining not only strength but also the knowledge and confidence to continue these gains on her own into adulthood. For customized sports training, Michael will always be my #1 recommendation.

Michael is currently helping my son achieve his fitness goals. My son is a catcher and Michael makes sure to target the muscles necessary for him to be able to perform in his position as well as just getting stronger in general. He also advises on nutritional needs necessary to meet optimal performance. Michael really pushes him and he is definitely seeing the difference on the baseball field!

Last year my son recommended I reach out to his trainer that helped him after he was injured on the job. I suffer from osteoarthritis, my pain was chronic and I was feeling extremely weak. I have been working with Michael for almost a year now. He trains with me twice a week, my pain is not completely gone, but it has improved. I'm also stronger than I've been in years. Michael is a wonderful motivator, and he has a lot of knowledge in training. There's no way I could've trained myself, I wouldn't have know where to start. I highly recommend him, and will continue to train with him.

Michael creates a specific plans for your needs and wants. He is very personable but is able to balance a rigorous routine for an athlete striving to reach their goals, but also setting reasonable expectations. He is proactive with helping to avoid injuries. I would recommend him to anyone!

Michael really cares about his clients. He takes his time to program a workout to fit my son's needs. When my son got injured at school Michael worked around the injury and gave great advice on how to treat the injury to heal faster. He came to several of my son's games to show support and will be training my other 2 kids as soon as they are ready.

Michael has been working with our family for a couple years now. His ability to work with two teenage kids and an adult with varying levels of fitness and goals has been the most valuable. Michael is amazing! My 15 year old son has been doing strength training sessions with him all summer, and he has really enjoyed them. Michael taught him a lot about how to build muscle and strength focusing on weights and also diet (my son was new to strength training). My son is now stronger and healthier!

I had a pretty bad back injury. After a long time in physical therapy it still wasnβt much better. I went looking for help and luckily I found Michael. He was able to get me back to where I was before the injury, not just good enough for physical therapy standers. Canβt recommend Michael enough. Very knowledgeable in rehab, fitness, and all things health related.

Michael has trained two of my teens.
First my son that is a wrestler and has participated in Mr Bloomingdale body competition and won the light weight division.
He started training my daughter after an ACL and meniscus knee surgery as part of her rehabilitation after physical therapy. She is a softball player and like all sports, strength training is essential.
Both of my kids have thoroughly enjoyed training with Michael. He spends a lot of time educating his clients and ensures that you will see results.

My daughter has worked with Michael since 2019 (volleyball). His workouts are specific to the athlete's sport and needs. Micheal addresses nutrition, in addition to performance and she's reduced the risk of injury and increased speed, strength and agility.
