I simply love this gym! The staff is so personable and helpful always.The other members are so down to earth..The premises is always kept immaculate. This is not a typical gym that is extremely noisy or overly crowded at all, your never pressured to hurry off the equipment quickly for the next member.
I love when I do my cardio that my view is of a very serene lake and I can get lost in my zone. I can’t say enough about this outstanding one of a kind gym.

Advantage is the only facility I will attend when in town. The facility is clean, the members are kind, and Eric and his group of trainers never fail to give me the sweat experience I am looking for. Good for what it is. A small but reasonably equipped gym. DB to 100, flat bench, incline bench, Smith machine, power rack, about a dozen weight machines, plus aerobics machines, some good trainers. I joined because it's not terribly cold like most gyms in the area, and the price is not beatable.

I never had a trainer before and was never into the gym scene. But, I've been at Advantage Fit Club training with Eric for a few months now and I love it. The gym is always clean and the machines are well taken care of. Plus, he's really knowledgeable and knows just how hard to push you to get you where you want to be. Anyone who has been to Advantage, I'm sure has had a positive experience and should take 10 seconds out of their day to give a great review. Anybody who trains with Eric knows "you can do anything for 10 seconds." :)
