Just celebrated my 2 yr anniversary here. Been doing Crossfit for over 7+ years and have been to numerous gyms, but AFO Crossfit is one of only a few I'd recommend throughout Greater Central Florida. I'd go out of my way to work out here. I personally value the quality and knowledgeable coaches, clean facility, and sense of community. Whether you're a Crossfit veteran or just starting out, this is a great place to continue your fitness journey.

AFO CrossFit is the best box in the Lake Nona area. Hands down they have the best programming and the community is top notch. The coaches are very knowledgeable and take pride in watching the members succeed in their goals; whatever they may be. There is no pressure or intimidation. They are also an RP friendly Gym, so nutrition is very important to the athletes. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this gym for about a year. I never thought I would be someone who would like Crossfit, but I love it. The workouts are always different so I never get bored. The coaches are awesome. They have tons of knowledge but are not condescending. I was very intimidated when I first went because I felt like I needed to be in shape to do the workout. Although the workouts are always hard and push me, I was able to jump right in. I highly recommend trying this gym. The atmosphere and the results will keep you coming back
