Wonderful Sensei (master instructor +). Excellent Shihan (teacher, instructor and usually the highest ranked). Marvelous place to visit and all the students were so nice and polite. Give them a visit. At least try for a month. You won't regret having your whole family eventually join. Hope I get to join whenever I live within 50 miles. Note: if you love God and want exercise. This is the place!

My daughter started at AFR Christian Karate in 2009. She set a goal to get her black belt and met her goal after hard work and dedication. Karate has several benefits. It helps with physical fitness, self defense, discipline, focus and AFR gives you a Christian teaching. My daughter made A honor roll all through school, there's your discipline and focus. The staff at AFR are honest and respectful.

I dont like how they can't give you simple rates over the phone. They have you come in and try it out then blindside you with prices and membership fees. Place was nice enough and would've signed up if not for the fact that they wasted my time.

Our son looks forward to his class at AFR Christian Karate every week. We love that there are numerous instructors in each class, and they work with each student individually to ensure that they understand the moves and do them correctly. In addition to karate, the students are experiencing structure, discipline, Biblical lessons, and Japanese language... all for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend AFR Christian Karate to anyone looking for a great class with knowledgeable instructors and a friendly atmosphere.

I have been training at AFR Christian Karate for 8 years now. I have found that training there has helped me develop a better attitude, better self control, and better responsibility. They have amazing lessons that will help you improve as a person. They teach respect, honesty, responsibility, leadership, faith, etc. Their karate training has made me confident in my ability to defend myself and has improved my health physically. The teachers are and have always been nice and really helpful. Its fun for all ages and I recommend it to anyone!
