Music is loud over plays my headphones, not very clean, equipment is sometimes broken it just screams out "owner doesn't care" will be looking to go poinciana gym for only $20.00 month with no contract just pay as you go👍 an that place has new equipment an VERY CLEAN

I must say, I am disappointed in the customer relations and outreach standards of this business. I am writing regarding something that happened to my mom. In my opinion, it is sad that this company was not clear about the movement of the old Apex Training Gym memberships, and the monthly payments they are requiring. I understand that it is technically a permitted business practice to move contracts, however, it is definitely not in the customers benefit - which any respectful business should take seriously. If I were the business owner, I would reach out to customers about the fact that the membership carries over. A mass email about this can be sent just as easily as any other business announcement or promotion. Hopefully Aion is able to learn from this experience and not cost valuable customers in the future.
