Love my gym! There’s nothing better than not having to wait for equipment!!!! I love how I can just walk in and get a quick workout in at anytime of the day. Love it!!

Busy mom here, I work FT so it’s nice to get to the gym afterwork and not have to spend 2+hrs just to get a workout in cause the gym is super crowded. Not an issue here.

I got 2 free months and paid a month to equal a total of 3 months. When i signed up i had told the person signing me up that i would sign up if doing 3 months is okay since i would not know if i would still be in the area. I paid full but still got charged another 59 as of may. I paid in February. I have reached out and called but no one answers yet they post every day on their instagram story. Highly displeased, the treadmills sometimes stop working, in the beginning the ac would not work at all. I think the power gives out. Its kind of a hazard especially if youre running and then it suddenly decides to stop. It was so hot and the gym itself is small. I went because it was 24hrs and that was really the only good part.

If you want a private gym and 24/7 access, this is your place!!!!! I love Anabel! You can tell she’s passionate about helping others who want to be helped. I love being apart of the Aira Fitness fam 💪🏼 You can tell it’s a quality gym. Once you go there, you know that the machines will be available. 10/10 recommended!!!!

Horrible experience ! Was charged more than agreed and what was in the signed receipt. After they told me they would rectify the situation and I would get a refund of the overcharged amount in 7-10 days. Followed up after 10 days of it not being in my account and I was told unfortunately they don’t do refunds they can put the overage towards my monthly billing. “At the end of the year” . I was upset about the situation and the misinformation. I told Troy I wanted to cancel and be refunded. He agreed and told me to meet in person on Saturday at 10:30 to cancel since it has to be in person. I showed up and no one was there I called and texted and got no response waited a little longer and he finally called and said he was still sleeping and told me he would take care of the cancellation and refund of the full amount since I no longer wish to go to this gym after all the confusion. I received a Zelle payment 10 days later for the overage not the full amount I texted and he said he was not willing to refund the full amount and there is nothing that can be done. This is a new gym and seems to be so unorganized. I visited the gym 2-3 times and their AC was broken it was a steam room in there! I would give them zero stars if I could.
