Overall the gym is awesome.... the new owners have done a great job in updating equipment and the vibe of the gym. My only nit-pic would be the music that is playing; in my opinion again it's only my opinion... the music often has offensive language in the lyrics. I know that music is one of those things that you can't please everyone.... I did ask the owner about it and was told if I didn't like it I was free to find another gym..... anyway, I been a member of this gym for ten years when it was Lionheart Fitness and through four different owners. The new owner has put a lot of effort into the gym as a whole.

I joined this gym right before the 2 new owners took over and talk about a makeover since they set foot inside! The amount of love and care these two poured into this gym is unmatched! New equipment, repainted, deep cleaned! Great equipment, great people and good vibes!

I have been going to this gym since 2017 when it was Lion Heart Gym under a couple different owners. I always really liked this gym but as soon as Alpha Omega bought it for their second location they have been working on improving it nonstop. It's evident they take pride in everything they do and the place has improved dramatically. If you don't like the big chain gyms and want a more serious atmosphere to really complement a serious fitness based lifestyle this is your place.

Alpha omega outclasses commercial public gyms in every way. The owner works hard to make sure the facilities accommodate people that are very involved in bodybuilding and fitness. It is also great for beginners and intermediate lifters because the memberships are limited and you get to know everyone there quickly. I’ve become friendly with a bunch of guys here and it makes the experience way better.
