if I could give a place zero stars, this would be the one. I have never experienced such horrible customer service anywhere and it’s so obvious it’s Run by teenagers, Manager was also extremely rude, can’t believe this type of behavior from the staff is accepted. Nowhere on their website or in the waiver was it stated that a minor who is 17 and has a membership and a waiver signed by a parent who is OVER 18 needs an adult to sign in every single time they go in. had called to ask about the policy being anywhere on their website, whoever I spoke to on the phone believe her name was Kaitlyn or it started with a K tried saying it was definitely definitely in the waiver and that it also should be on the website and that there are signs. When we went and did not see any sign looked through the entire waiver and website was not Stated anywhere. she hung up mid phone call while I was speaking to her, then called again later on and got hung up on before I even finished my first sentence which was EXTREMELY Rude. absolute worst and most nasty customer service ever. Would never recommend this place and especially for the price. I had repeatedly asked where it was in writing or if it was anywhere on the website and it went silent and was ignored and also hung up on. Insane experience definitely chops a different place. Will be getting in contact with corporate because it is absolutely ridiculous the way I was treated.

We had an awesome experience at this trampoline park for my daughter's birthday party. The customer service was great. Anyisel helped us and was super informative. The front desk team was welcoming and helpful. Party planning was simple, and the party we hosted there was amazing—so much so that we’re already planning our second one. Highly recommend!

Amazing place for kids of all ages. This doesn't have the zip line. But it has plenty of seating for adults, with a good eye on your kids.
I would say anyone 3+ will have fun here.
Snack bar and great video games a too.
We will definitely be back.

Place is great for kids. I went here for the first time today with my daughter. The seating options is definitely limited to the parents when this place is busy. I about busted my butt in the ladies room with that rug they had under the dryer, caught myself though. Beware there are some aggressive dodge ball players, big kids with the little kids as I mean. They say no outside food or drinks but i seen a few people bring in their own drinks. I just bought the monthly $15 jumper because just for 90 minutes it’s $26 plus you have to pay for the socks if you don’t have them and that’s another $3. It’s a nice place to take the kids just to get them out of the house for some exercise.

We have memberships and go here regularly and the staff is always great, anything that needs taken care of they do it. Last night was my first time having a party here.. and from planning/booking, during the party and up until it ended the staff went above and beyond. I didn’t have to worry about or take care of anything. It’s affordable which is a plus too! I am very happy with this establishment. And the GM is also very helpful and accommodating. I’d book it again and I highly recommend this place!

Altitude Jump Park in Spring Hill is absolutely fantastic for kids! The park is clean, safe, and full of energy, with so many different activities to keep them entertained—trampolines, dodgeball, foam pits, and more. It’s the perfect place for kids to burn off energy while having a blast.
The staff is friendly and attentive, always keeping an eye out to make sure everyone is safe. I really appreciate how organized everything is, from check-in to jump time, which makes it stress-free for parents.
It’s also a great spot for families—kids of all ages can join in, and there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Every visit has been nothing but positive, and the kids always leave happy (and tired!).

We’ll definitely keep coming back—Altitude is one of the best family fun spots in Spring Hill!

This place is horrible. The manager who worked at 5p 8/8/35 plus the tall kid in orange are extremely rude and harassed my family. I saw that kid pull balls from kids hands when playing and pulling kids by their arm. When we complained to the manager she said he is doing his job and can pull kids like that.

I’m onsite ALOT, numerous times a week with Grandkids and friends. The place is always, not sometimes or mostly, but always clean. Even the restrooms are clean and fresh smelling, and this is with many kids using them. The staff is attentive and friendly. The WiFi and A/C make it nice for us non-jumpers.

If the employees/owner aren't going to ensure safe practices at this park, then it should be shutdown. The 12 year old kids with no supervision are a problem, especially the ones that team up on and chase smaller kids in the dodgeball arena and, at close range and on the same side, try to launch balls as hard as they can at the younger kids faces. This is directed to your employees that are supposed to be watching over everything. DO BETTER / SUCK LESS.

I've asked your corporate to have the video reviewed.

Been here numerous times since it first opened and the experience is usually a little bit better than the time before. The owner and staff seems to be just as friendly, diligent and determined to keep this place in tip- top condition. The most important aspect to me is how safe this place is for the kids. Feel very comfortable just letting the kids run around without worrying if they will get hurt or in trouble. Not too crazy about the food selection but it’s expanding and serves the purpose. Another important thing, is that everything I have come across, has been reasonably priced. Many establishments try to gouge you inside.

I am very upset with this place. This place has a very unsafe and dangerous side for children. It is the first jump at the entrance. My son broke his mouth yesterday just after entering this place. When he jumped and landed, his body hit the iron railing they have there. Nobody came to see anything, nobody supervises that side. My son has a very big bump and I imagine that other children have been hit, otherwise it could happen at any moment. That railing is a tremendous danger for the safety of children. Someone should do something because this place should definitely have screens , not iron bars, a complete irresponsibility.

It's $10 a month for an hour you can't beat that. The kids love it. The only downside is that it's kind of cold inside and it's kind of loud with all the kids yelling and screaming so I would advise bringing some headphones or ear plugs so you can just listen to your phone while you're there

While I wish there was more variety in the park, my daughter & I are avid trampoline park goers, I do appreciate this area and everyone who works here.

The staff is always kind and helpful and the actual play area is clean and well maintained.

We were here a few months ago; there was an slight altercation with a young boy, my child, and myself and team member “Phey” (I believe that was her name) was quick to address the issue AND resolve it so that all 3 of us could continue to enjoy our time there.
Thank you to everyone who works here.

Our grands like to bounce and usually enjoy it. The price is good for a membership. However….. parents of young children BEWARE!! Today our 3 yr old was bullied by two teenage girls. They bounced super hard(on purpose, said he was in their way) and he went flying & came down on the side of the pad. He was crying and they stood laughing & laughing at him. Mom called manager because they were mouthy & disrespectful. The manager reviewed the tape and saw it all. The girls’ parent/s were told and I guess it was a warning. Just unbelievable that two very young teen girls would actually bully a three year old then laugh as he cried.
We are very disappointed in the whole Altitude policies. It should be zero % tolerance for bullying, especially when teenagers bully a preschooler!!!!!!

We bring our kids here almost every weekend and it’s one of our favorite parks. Today, on our way out, I noticed that my necklace had broken off the chain that contained my sisters ashes. Nice place. I just didn’t like so many older kids who didn’t seem to care about the smaller kids safety. Very disrespectful. Throwing balls clear across the room and getting loud with each other. Jumping very close to kids like freaking Tarzan from one side of the room to the other. One “staff member” was just hanging around with his friends.

Maybe have different areas or times of the day for “bigger kids”. And a capacity limit would be nice, too many people in general.

Also, a child can just run right out the front door. I think there needs to be safety precautions in place.

This is our third visit to the Altitude Spring Hill location. I am extremely disappointed with the staff and safety enforcements. The dodgeball area is not monitored nor are proper game rules enforced, My son loves to play in the dodgeball area and we are well aware of the liabilities when playing in this area. If you're in the dodgeball pit, expect to get hit in the face with a ball!

However when older teenagers are PURPOSELY targeting the 6/7 year old children, this is NOT ok. All we got was a staff member coming over and saying " Lets play nice and older kids shouldn't hit the younger", and then decided to go stand at the front at party check in laughing and talking with other staff members. I was there for 2 hours and only two employees came to stand at the dodgeball pit area, for less 1 minute each time.

I have never been to any other trampoline park that does NOT have a dedicated staff member stationed at the dodgeball pit, who enforces the game rules and ensures all children are safe.

It is clear after reading prior reviews of this location, this is a consistent complaint from other parents with NO resolution. Prior reviews show that the marketing/owner team simply direct you to send your complaint to an email to discuss further.

I’ve been taking my 1.5 yr old nephew here for about a month for the junior jump and the staff are always so pleasant and kind. The young ladies that work there are really sweet and great with the littles. Nice area of tables for parents to hang out while the children enjoy themselves. We’ve only encountered one small issue when another parent became unhinged and accused us of moving her stuff. We were confused at first, because we had just got back to the table. Apparently her stuff was the bench behind us where she left it. All in all the place is great for kids of all ages to get some energy out and exercise. We love it!

Always have an AMAZING time here… I really am not sure why the overall rating average from Google reviews is so low. Regarding concerns about the staff, there is only really one girl that works the front counter from what I’ve seen who is a little rude but everyone else is outstanding. The redheaded manager/possible owner (not sure to be honest) is always a sweetheart and absolutely amazing as well. Also, regarding the pricing confusion, I’m not sure why some of you are coming on here to rate this place poorly that you’re taken by surprise by the pricing when it is clear on the board before you sign up for a membership… Like it’s right in your face. You could also call ahead if you’re really worried about “saving yourself the trip “
Also, I have never been charged a spectator fee, or any other fee that others claim to have been charged. The $3 sock fee is a one time fee as long as you don’t lose/forget your socks so really not a big deal at all.. I guess the only critical input I would have to Include myself is The staff that watches the kids, jumping directly —should have more “Strictness “in terms of enforcing physical well-being. For example, I’ve had to ask Supervising staff like twice, two separate instances, to step in between two kids that were WAY too physical with each other or fighting Over the video game trampoline section. I understand the staff are also older teenagers but it’s your job to step in the middle of something like that, I always hate to be that parent, but if it escalates that badly and you work there, just coming up to them with your uniform is enough to get them to stop you don’t really have to do much… only other incident we had was younger kids, taking up the larger stall in the bathroom for no joke a good 20 minutes and would not leave the stall and were just filming what sounded like TikTok videos or a Snapchat which honestly just comes down to the establishments drop off policy and just better policing that I guess. It’s very apparent that parents take huge advantage of the policy definitely treat it like a daycare of sort lol keeping our membership, love the place, love the staff, honestly just wish it was a bigger place with more activities that would be amazing 😁 I guess another “know before you go “even if you have newborns that are tagging along with their older jumping siblings you will have to sign a waiver for the them It is for every individual in your party.

I’ve been a member at this location almost since they opened and never had a problem until now. My son 5yrs old loves this place, not so much now. My son was playing in the dodgeball area and all of a sudden I hear him screaming from the top of his lungs saying stop, stop. When I hear his voice from where I was sitting I looked over and see my son in corner with his head down yelling and crying, there were 2 older kids throwing multiple balls at him hard and fast. I quickly got up, ran towards him, mind you, there were no staff members around the dodgeball area. I picked up my son and his face was frightened and really red. I finally see 2 staff members talking and laughing to each other. When they saw me, they said oh yeah I told the older kids to come out but they didn’t. So basically tells me they knew that my son was yelling, but didn’t do nothing about it. I said why was anyone not monitoring the dodgeball area? And why would bigger kids 9 -12 years old play dodgeball with younger kids 4-6 yrs old at the same time? So I walked to pick up our belongings and spoke to the manager and all she tells me is well you did sign a waiver. I was so hurt by her response. No sympathy what’s so ever. She also said she would call the older kids parents. (Which tells me the parents were probably not there). I told her to provide me a number to corporate but she didn’t have one. I requested I cancel my membership and left. Beware of letting your kids jump here as the staff will not care about your kids safety. How I look at it, this was a form of bullying.

$26 per child for 90 minutes is wild. Then you have to pay for jump socks even if they are from another trampoline place with the grip underneath. If you’re a parent you will also have to pay a fee to watch your child. As someone who just moved here from Oregon, I don’t understand why the prices are so insanely high for this place when trampoline zones out there are 16$ a kid and is sooo much bigger then this place. Would rather make the drive to a bigger place that charges less.

The reason why I gave the three star is because that are too many bigger kids in there that when you have smaller child they don't see them around and they might get hurt. I suggest that you have another spot where you could have just smaller kids so that they don't get hurt by the older kids.

I took my 2 kids ages 4 and 7 on a rainy day, they had a great time. The equipment was well maintained, all looked very new. I appreciated that there were inflatable pads to jump on rather than foam block pits. It was clean. I usually worry about old kids running my smaller ones over but there were more kids under 48” than over. They offered some interactive games with sensors that I had not seen in comparable businesses, and my younger son enjoyed the enclosed playground. The only reason I deducted a star was a felt the prices were high compared to other similar businesses, and the spectator fee was not something I had seen in other cities, however the cashier waived it with a military discount. Overall I would come back.

My son was invited to a birthday party that we attended. It was a great experience for our first time birthday event. (We have been here before at the Tampa location and it was not as good as this one was.) The female staff that was handling our birthday party event did a great job handling everything! The parents also did a great job at making sure all guests they had invited felt included and happy! The children had a blast!! Several things to play on, gaming area, food was very good as well! They even allowed us to bring our own drinks for the party to share, as long as we didnt have labels on them. This is a great family event to do together. I highly recommend the Spring Hill location. We will be back for sure!

They do not accept cash, only card. To jump for 2 hours is a super high price of $30 per kid. The biggest scam, they force parents to pay a spectator fee of $3. Why am I paying them for me to look after my own kid? Not a great deal. Not much to do in here. Don't make the same mistake I did- leave your cash at home- or better yet save yourself the trip

This place is exactly what families need. Pricing is very reasonable especially considering the size of the facility and if you opt for one of their monthly subscriptions. It is not a daycare service so you do have to supervise your younger ones. Absolutely worth it.

Absolutely love this place. When I spoke to the manager on the phone about a birthday party, I made sure to let her know that we really appreciated how the business was being ran, the staff has been great so far.
I was really disappointed with Summit, and was sad when they closed down as we needed a place like this for the kids in Spring Hill but I was extremely pleased coming to Altitude. I can sit down and not worry while my son goes to play, the staff is very attentive.
Thank you!!

2nd go around since they opened and they started doing junior jumpers which was perfect with a much better price point for smaller kids. All equipment was very clean, bath rooms clean and friendly and helpful staff. We went first thing in the morning during a weekday and it was not crowded. Perfect environment for the littles. Can’t wait to go again.

I have a bunch of ideas. Please pass these on to the owners.

If you could figure out a way to do what the skating rink does by getting into the schools then you will be packed.
Maybe do like dodgeball tournaments and donate 20% of all snack bar back to the schools if the middle schools hand out a flyer to all the kids once every 3 months or something like that. I mean obviously elementary schools too. Or something more straightforward you have a special event for three or four specific schools all on the same day of a month and you ask them they'll hand out flyers and you donate a portion back to the schools.
Hey I bet a lot of the parents would pay $10 or $20 a month for unlimited use of the massage chairs.
I really think if you could have somebody in there leading some sort of group games or events that would get a very positive result.
Maybe one of those jukebox machines where somebody pays a dollar to put the next song of their choice up on the radio.
We could have a rock climbing wall up to a zip line.
Maybe you could rent the empty party rooms to a podcaster or something. Make them YouTube or tiktok video shooting rooms.

Oh and after you do any of these ideas do a press release and try to get some local news outlets to run the story.

I don't know if you could partner up with any of the after-school therapy people / places.

Collaboration with the library?

Some sort of daily or weekly challenge like a rope climb or a weight lift?

Some sort of referral program.

And finally some ideas for kids to make long lasting friends there where they start to see regulars. Some sort of reason for the kids to go back every single weekend so they'll see familiar friendly faces.

I really don't have any good ideas on how to kids to make an emotional connection with the place other than to just have an atmosphere that encourages meeting recurring friends.

Collaborative multi-person activities of some sort.

Maybe every hour there's a three versus three tug of war or something I don't know.

Sumo costume night?

Some sort of murder mystery or capture the flag or among Us, but in real life.

Trivia? Find the hidden marble or riddle night?
$3 to enter winner gets a robux or v-bucks gift card.

I don't know how you'd make money on half the stuff.

Okay that's all my ideas. Some of them are probably terrible. I just wrote everything I could think of in the middle of the night.

Good luck with everything.

My family enjoyed this place. However it would be great if the place offered the free slice of pizza per visit for membership rather then just little treats. And also the past gym was very messy, I suspect children being their treats into the play ground and drop wrappers and candy. It would be great if it was encouraged for everyone to keep the location clean. Also, we did not enjoy the pizza very much.

We came for the first time today and what a difference from the last trampoline park they had here. This place had so many options and interactive games for the kids and I loved that it was open so that parents can easily watch their kids but let them explore amongst themselves. All of the staff was amazing, the DM was amazing and courteous and went out of her way to recognize my son since it was his birthday. I can’t say enough great things about this park, especially being the only one in the area! If you were hesitant to come, change your mind because your kids will love it!!!

You could tell that they were enjoying it as much as the kids were. It makes all the difference when people who put on events love it as much as the people enjoying it! Looking forward to future events now that we have a pass!

I'll start by saying the facilities are clean, up to date and there are plenty of different options which was great. The lack of seating for parents is worrisome. All the parents had to stand in the middle of the trampoline area to keep an eye on their kids. Prices are steep and if you don't purchase a membership it's not really worth it. The staff needs A LOT of help with training. I understand most of the people employed must be fresh out of highschool, with no children of their own but they lacked any sort of leadership or control over situations. It was up to the parents to ensure safety protocols were in place since most of the employees just walked in circles talking to each other and some facilities were completely unsupervised. I know food prices have increased but $3 for a tiny bag of chips is rediculous as is the $1.75 per game in their arcade section.

I decided to do the $20/month membership here bc Flying Squirrel in Land O Lakes was fantastic and I was hoping for the same experience closer to home but was ultimately disappointed. This place could be great if they hired maybe more qualified and involved staff or provided clear training for the current employees. There was an employee at every station at Flying Squirrel to ensure safety protocols and rules were enforced and they even played with the children and showed them how to play the games. Here, it was a free for all. Injuries are bound to happen.

The best employee experience I had was with the women at the front desk. They were informative, friendly, patient and professional. Also one male employee near the dodgeball section was watching the children properly so there is definitely hope for this place. I will continue to support local and watch for any positive changes!

All staff standing around talking to each other , a kid jumped off the high jump onto my daughters head. (the staff looked like they would rather be ANYWHERE but here) … waited to ask someone for ice , they didn’t ask why my daughter was crying or concerned about her at all, they said … oh, well if you want ice you need to fill out an incident report, I said no thanks , so she kindly said okay, walked away and did not give me ice .. lol … FLYING SQUIRREL is so much better!!!

My daughter loves it and it’s close to home . I like flying squirrel better because it’s bigger and gives law enforcement discounts party packages are cheaper there. There’s just not a lot to do the younger kids. Sign in the kids play area says children under 5 must be accompanied by parent and the kids working there kick me out lol . Absolutely hate that it’s cashless . Not everyone carries a card or uses a card, I think that’s pretty messed up.

This may actually be the worst trampoline park in the United States. Not only is a staff not watching what’s going on, but they are also charging crazy prices. They actually charge parents to go in and watch your children. Why would a parent lbe charged to supervise their child But yet they still charge. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t control how many people are allowed in the building, a real hazard. There were way over 500 people in the building when we visited. This is just a shameless cash grab. They don’t care about the safety of their guests or they would actually have the workers watching the kids instead of hanging out with each other. Some of the other trampoline parks in the area are 10 times better. They have management and staff at other parks that know what they’re doing. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Very small and not much to do at all. The pricing is ridiculous and its cashless! The big kids jump with the little kids and the staff dont even make the kids form a line or take turns. I had to tell the kids to wait that my son has been waiting 5 min to jump because other kids just kept cutting him off not to mention this 2 yr old girl wandered off into the parking lot multiple times. I took the little girl back inside to the manager and the manager goes "oh ya I saw her out there alone not to long ago!" Really?! I get the mom should be watching her child but I believe any good human would have got the 2 yr old girl and brought her back inside. I dont know but this place needs a lot of work

I LOVE that Spring Hill finally has something for the kids to do.
Nina was very helpful in answering my questions & finding someone to answer them when she was personally unable to.

We signed up for a monthly membership that allows daily jump access & is cheaper than the hourly jump & I see it as a gym pass for the kids.
I feel like they really made the best with the space they have there & they keep it very clean.
I’ve gone 4 times now & every time I’m there everyone is polite, love the hospitality here!

Keep it up & thanks for what you do.
