I've been with "Coach Al" for over two years now. He is motivating, encouraging, and makes you look forward to working out (Never thought I'd ever say that!) He makes it fun and unintimidating. I work crazy hours, yet he works around my schedule to ensure my success!!
I've joined many gyms in the past, and like many, discontinued for various reasons. "Coach Al" is committed to you, as you must be committed to yourself! I have lost 3 pants sizes, built agility, strength, and muscle since I started 3 years ago. This is a lifestyled change and I love it!! He challenges and encourages you to be your BEST YOU! I feel better than I have in years!
JUST DO IT!! You won't regret it. I haven't.

My name is Alexa Cody I've been working with Al's Divine fitness for about 2 years now lost over 60 lb inches and firmed up. I enjoy the classes as I can go to as many as I need throughout the week unlimited the exercises are pinpointed and full body workouts so I'm getting an overall workout and the classes and the people are just wonderful as we motivate each other. My husband and I started Al’z Divine Fitness about a year ago we both was over weight and eating unhealthy we both was able to workout privately and accomplish some weight lost together unfortunately my husband is no longer here I stop coming for about a month due to loosing my husband I retuned back to get the spiritual mentally and physically motivation that I need the atmosphere is loving and caring none judgement that you will receive here at Al’ Divine.

I started working out with Al after I underwent a very complex knee surgery. My goal was to gain mobility but I got so much more. I have been training with Al for about 1yr & 8 months Al is very thoughtful about any medical conditions you may have and works around them. There are some exercises I can't do because of my health issues & he modifies it for me. I feel good after my workouts. He is a great trainer. Come join us!

As you get older you realize you have to make changes to stay healthy, not just by eating the proper food but you have to incorporate exercise into your routine. So on my search for a trainer l was introduced to all by a friend about a year before covid hovered us. Al became my personal trainer via zoom. His method of training was tailored to my goals, one was reducing my cholesterol. On my doctor's visit , my doctor asked what l was doing and said keep it up because in 3 years it was the lowest level it has been.
So if you're in need for a great trainer,

If you are looking for a fun, energetic, family oriented trainer check out Alphonso Hopson. I have been training with Al for five years. The training is hard but the results are worth it.

I recently completed his 21 day intermittent fasting challenge. My weight dropped from 217 lbs. to 199 lbs. 18 lbs. in one month! Fasting does work. The weight loss is a plus but cannot compare to how I feel! If you want to exercise but lack the motivation give Al a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed πŸ’― .

My wife and I have been working with Al for 4/2.5 years, respectively, and our progress has been everything we'd envisioned when we first started.
