I discovered this beautiful Anuttara studio by following my magnificent teacher Barbara here and today i found another amazing soul Israel. Raja class with him was just so divine!
I am truly grateful to be a part of this place and being able to experience the wisdom and knowledge of the great teachers here.

It’s one thing to love yoga, it’s another thing to live it. Every teacher in this space is not only a teacher but a forever student truly and fully devoted to the practice. For the student who is looking to learn yoga and build their practice to the student who has practiced for decades, there is truly something for everyone here. I have been going to Anuttara since it was in its Deerfield location many years ago. It is much more of a school and place of learning and growth than your average yoga studio. There are so many great teachers here, Frankie, Barbara, Mariah, Jessica.. everyone is deeply passionate about the practice and you can show up any day and have a great session. I highly recommend if the practice resonates to take one of their yoga teacher trainings. I took a raja course with Philip and Frankie and it was transformative!!

Stunning new studio and deep profound teachings! Very well decorated, sweet & loving people, yummy smells & treats. I feel reborn after my first class at Anuttara Yoga. And the meditation space/kid’s authentic yoga is an incredible idea! Thank you to everyone who poured so much love into creating it. I'll be back next time I'm in town! ✨

Absolutely love this new yoga studio! It’s clean, stylish, and feels really welcoming. Barbara’s class is my favorite! She challenges you while keeping the practice mindful and fun. I always leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and so grateful for her classes. Highly recommend checking it out!
