Highly not recommended. Darn near impossible to cancel membership. After having used facility three to seven times under the impression that it is not well maintained. Smells like sweat and body odor. Equipment is outdated and old. You get a lot more from other gyms for less money.

A relatively small gym with most of the equipment that serious weightlifters need. I go during the day and it’s seldom crowded. Most members are on the treadmills, leaving the free weights, machines and cables relatively free. The previous reviews are entirely right about the leaking roof but that’s been fixed.

Under new management and you can tell...gym is organized, clean and a friendly place in a great location. The gym is not large, but has everything needed to get the job done. Plenty of parking in a great plaza making it easy to take care of errands after a workout. I am a happy long time member!

I've been doing personal training sessions with Natalie at Anytime Fitness, and she is absolutely awesome! At 73, I was initially concerned that I might be a lost cause, but Natalie quickly put those fears to rest.
What sets her apart is her ability to read each client's capabilities and adapt every exercise accordingly. She truly listens to your concerns and adjusts her approach on the fly, but she also knows exactly when to push you to get the most out of each session. It's the perfect balance of personalization and motivation.
If you're looking for a personal trainer who genuinely cares about your progress and meets you where you are, I highly recommend Natalie!

I've been a member of Anytime Fitness for 4 years now and cannot say enough about the kindness, knowledge, professionalism and commitment the employees here show to the customers and their very broad variety of ages, needs and demands. They are always patient and hardworking -more than ever because they no longer contract with a cleaning crew and have taken those additional duties onto their other responsibilities! The staff are especially sensitive and skilled in working with the elderly and their unique needs - especially to improve balance and core strength
All in all, when I workout (which I do daily), I feel like I am part of a large, friendly family. No matter how bad I feel, a visit to this gym lifts my spirits - especially with the welcome and smile I get from the manager- Matthew

It has the worst hygiene of all the gyms I've visited. The machines are full of dust. Leaks fall from the ceiling. You're exercising and you feel like you're getting wet. It's too humid and the place is super dirty. The bathrooms smell. It's the worst place to work out.

I want to be honest and fair about this, however my first encounter was not favorable. I work at Publix next door to any time fitness and I thought to my self, how convenient is this. I went over there with full intentions of joining, today. It was about 10am on a Saturday morning and as I grabbed the front door, to my surprise, it was locked. I saw that you needed a swipe tag, however there was no other entrance and No one would open the door. I thought to myself, no big deal, I'll call later and find out what I need to . I called the number and got only a voice mail. I want to be fair about this, am I'm missing something? Not a good first impression for a business.

I Was never told you were signing a year long membership. Tried to get my membership canceled because I was moving out of state and none of their gyms were located by where I was moving.They made it very difficult and I wasn’t able to get out of my Membership. I had to pay monthly and I didn’t live in the state for a year. Don’t recommend.

Came by this location today to see about signing up for a membership. I had questions about being able to work with a personal trainer and learn about equipment and routines for my specific goals. It was around 5:20 and the guest entrance door was locked. I couldn't even get inside the lobby. According to the website, the staffed hours end at 6pm. Oh, well. I left, went to Amped down the road, and was immediately helped, given a tour, and had all my questions answered. I may have signed up with Anytime if anyone had been present to help sign up a new member.

If you go to the Anytime Fitness in Bayshore, be aware: the gym has severe water damage and a strong, mold-like odor that’s been there for months. When I reported it through normal channels, staff actually looked up my badge scans, figured out who I was, and confronted me in person telling me to stop because it “made them look bad.”
That was the last straw. People pay for a clean, safe place to work out, not to be harassed for speaking up about health hazards.

Upon attempting to cancel her membership, my GF was told she needs to pay out the remainder of the year despite the conditions and treatment by employees. I implore you DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS GYM!

08/10/25 - After some rain on 08/08, the roof has collapsed above some gym equipment (dangerous!). The water has leaked into multiple light fixtures and from running fans. The smell of the gym is getting worse due to the continuous moisture. Trash cans that have been moved by gym members are almost filled with nasty roof water… Please fix this ASAP.

06/27/25 - Mathew is great and helped me set up a membership at the gym very quickly and easily. He answered all my questions, gave me a tour, and gave me a really good promotion for starting up. Looking forward to starting my journey here!

I've always loved this club, but for the past 2 months, it's been very hot and humid in there, and the management doesn't seem to be concerned about it! There's a number of leaks there during heavy rain... and several ceiling tiles are missing, drawing all that heat and humidity into the club. Would you please get it fixed!!!

I worked on Royal Caribbean and Holland America Cruise Lines, for years. So, customer service, professionalism and knowledge of your business, is highly important to me. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, organization, great equipment and of course, the very friendly and knowledgeable staff of this Anytime Fitness club. I went in to check out the club and ended up signing up. I also took advantage of the $99 special with my new Trainor, Ben. Very impressed and SO happy I took this step to look better, lose weight and have better health! I am in my 70's, so I needed a re-charge, both, mentally and physically! I'm excited and motivated! I've already lost 5 pounds and feel more energetic. Aiming for 20 more pounds and toned. It will happen with the encouragement and experience I found here with Matthew, Alex and Ben!

Update 6/3/25. Looks like the did away with hand sanitizer. Not even empty bottles as on 6/3. Over last week seems club has gotten worse.

Never clean. Bathrooms are always unsanitary. Old Treadmills with belts that slip badly. Voiced cleanliness concerns several times but told the only time gym is able to be cleaned is during staffed hours, which means it’s not cleaned between the two busy times of after work and before work. Did away with gym wipes. Ceiling leaks and bad lighting. All should be simple things to manage.
