Was visiting Bushnell from out of state, and called a week in advance to see if they have a guest pass. The gentleman on the phone said they do, it’s $10 and I asked if I could pay with card. He said yes and that they take Apple Pay as well. When I showed up a week later, after my ride dropped me off, the “manager” said that they do have a guest pass. He said it’s $10 however it’s cash only. I planned to pay with card so I didn’t have cash, and there was nothing they could do. In 2025, there was nothing else they could do. Straight booty. Will go elsewhere.

Do not use this gym. Go elsewhere. Moved here a yr ago & signed up for gym. Was going regularly until college took my time up. I have been trying to cancel for months. Wrote letters, phone calls etc. to be told I have to move to another state,AND give them a copy of my lease proving it, or a Dr note to show I can’t work out indefinitely.
Not only that, but online it said there was tanning and extra amenities, like planet fitness- there is not. Which is a 2nd reason I wanted to cancel. Again they give you diff numbers to call, doesn’t respond and I got charged 3 months of gym over the weekend.

I could not recommend Anytime Fitness at all, nor any location. They have very deceptive business practices. I could only use the facility for a month and could cancel anytime under this particular contract. However, you must give 30 days notice and continue to pay for another days after you cancel. If I'd have know that when I signed up, I would have called this 3rd party to cancel 3 days after I signed up. But they don't tell you those details even though you tell them you'll only be able use the gym for a month. This facility in Bushnell needed an update 5 years ago. Rubber is peeling off the dumbells and free weights as well. Be wary of Anytime fitness. It may cost you much more than you think.

I love this location! The facility is clean and organized. It has a comfortable and welcoming environment. They also have training services. I am not a client, but from what I can see those who train are satisfied with the services and are getting results. Misty, the club manager, is great! While I love Anytime fitness they need to freshen their facility. I haven’t been in two months and when I came back in it smells like pure body odor and sweat! This place has really gone down since I first started coming 3 years ago. The equipment are old, rusting and squeaking. During the day it’s hard to workout because there are so many people, but not enough equipment. They really need to remodel and update their workout equipment.

BEWARE!!! I signed a one year contract. My year was up and I tried to cancel and was told the only way I can cancel is if I prove that I moved or have a Dr say I have a permanent disability! 9/27/24 *SUPER DISAPPOINTED. I went in for a meeting regarding a FREE 6 week challenge. After talking with the trainer and feeling pretty excited about it, they said it was $499.00 upfront with CHANCE to win it back if you loose 20lbs or 7% body fat. Ummm. I FULLY expected to at least pay a month of membership for the challenge, even though advertising was FREE...but I understand covering time of trainer and use of equipment. I NEVER expected to be told it was $499 dollars upfront as a commitment fee to the challenge...that was a big gut punch, and waste of time. Shame on this company. I originally was very motivated and looking to start this journey, meet people that were also motivated for long term commitment...but definitely a let down. Wow.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 3 of us arrived to sign up for memberships this afternoon, we were greeted after waiting 10 mins at the door by a not so friendly face...we were blocked from coming in the door even after we told her we wanted memberships...she rudely asked if we had appointments (we didn't) we were told to sit...after which we waited some time and she came out stating her lunch started soon and we needed to do it all online...as she was unwilling to help us. One of the potential clients has a hard time with online things and prefers an in person sign up. Needless to say after having a scan code shoved in our face and basically the don't let the door hit you on the way out attitude...we left. We will NEVER do business with this company...and would rather dive an additional 30 minutes to the planet fitness that was VERY accommodating for our walk in.

I recently moved into sumterville in October. I used to go to Planet fitness where I moved from because it was closer. Now, anytime fitness is my closest gym. Because of the gym membership pricing, I couldn't afford anytime fitness. Recently, things have changed and I started seeking a gym membership.

My first interaction with a staff member was great. The gentleman was friendly, and heard what I needed. He scheduled an appointment for me. Unfortunately, I completely forgot and was sidetracked with work. The next day, as soon as I remembered, I called back to either reschedule or meet with them shortly after the call. No one answered my call. This was at 1pm. I showed up around 3pm, and the young man that was there - Chris - wouldn't let me speak, he was rude, and interrupted me.

He was able to answer my questions but he seemed upset. After I left, I called ebcause I wanted to sign up, no answer. I called three times. Chris did not answer my call.

I sent an email before staff was gone - no answer.

Needless to say, I went with Planet fitness in Leesburg. I rather drive 30 mins out of my way, than deal with a gym with horrible customer service for the price - ain't nobody got time for that!

Planet fitness made signing up much easier and faster, all done in the app. Anytime fitness requires a tour - which by the way, the gym in bushnell is not worth the bi-weekly charge and the 2 yearly maintenance charge AND a contract!

Planet fitness offers $25 MONTHLY, you can bring a friend, tanning bed, massage, smoothies, trainers, and much more. You can sign up in the app, no contracts, and they are much bigger with more workout options. Also, judgement free zone for any one struggling and/or embarrassed to work out in front of others.

Terrible gym. they told me it’s $30 every 2 weeks and i would be locked into a 1 year contract. This gym is smaller than most fast food places, and has no pool or basketball court or any amenities besides a shower, and half of the place is filled with cardio machines. They are gouging customers because it is the only gym in town. Downright shameful insulting business practice. Good luck ever getting new customers while you bleed yours dry.

The gym looked pretty clean. But its pricing is very stupid. I went in for a one month subscription, which many gyms that I have been to do. And this gym only does a minimum of 3 months for $90. I’m only in town for a month, I let her now I want to go 5 times a week. And she suggested to just pay $15 a day to work out. That is absolutely dumb. They would get more service if they allow one month payments.

Great gym. Have been going here for years. Staff is very accessible and willing to resolve issues. Gym is always clean. A lot of people like to blame the gym for things like weights not being racked for equipment being everywhere but it is largely the responsibility of the members who go there to take care of the gym.

This used to be a great place to go to for a workout after work. I kept up my membership all through Covid but only recently started going again. It's changed. Evenings have been taken over by a small but loud and obnoxious steroids-for-brains crowd. Shouting, swearing, hogging machines and letting their weights crash to the floor after each set, despite the big banner on the wall asking people not to drop the weights. The woman working there is quite nice but seems powerless in her efforts to get the Neanderthals to be remotely respectful and show consideration toward other gym members. No wonder there are so few other people there in the evenings now. What a shame.

It’s a reach to give 3 stars after the 3 previous anytimes I visited this week in other states. This one needs a little bit of cleaning and upgrades. The squeegee doesn’t work as well as the shower curtain would. Both the squeegee and shower curtain would work better without a broken shower head. Vending machine in the corner just hanging out and collection not only dust but power too. One corner of mirrors but the place has equipment.

So I haven’t worked out in the gym since before covid started due to having an unexpected life changes and did not want to expose myself to possible covid infection, I asked to cancel and was told I could only do so by doctors note so I’ve continued paying on my contract and I called and spoke to a lady today not the normal manager and she seemed completely clueless but after talking to her and finally confirming my end of contract date she said it was set on auto renew. So apparently the manager kept my account on auto renew after I had already called and asked to cancel so they could continue billing me. Nothing like getting that last nickel out of people during a pandemic.

This review is solely based on an inquiry phone call a day or so ago. I just moved into the area and called to get some information. The gentleman or should I say Rude man that answered, was horrible! I cealled to ask about membership for me and possibly my entire family and this guy they have answering the phone was so rude and curt and actually went so far out of his way to treat me like nothing when I a potential customer wanted nothing more than to find out about what memberships were available and how it worked. This guy was like " The price is $39 a month for 18 months", I asked if they had a family plan he said "No it's $39 a person for 18 months " this guy not only was rude and unwelcoming but actually made me feel like he didn't even want to talk to me!! I was a member of planet Fitness for years and they are so professional and welcoming for $10 A MONTH ! THE ISSUE HERE IS ANYTIME FITNESS IS THE ONLY GYM AROUND FOR MILES! SO THEY PRICE GAUGE AND TREAT A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER RUDE! I would never give them my money. Total customer service FAIL!

I travel and have been to several Anytime's. This one is good for working out, but no tanning, and my biggest thing, no towels in the shower. This is the strangest thing. Every other Anytime that I've been to has clean towels and wash cloths available. It's very odd.

It's new, so it's still clean...people don't speak to me here like they do at other ANYTIME FITNESS'S...It's just conveniently close..otherwise I'd join PLANET FITNESS! There's NO TANNING thus far...there is at LEESBURG on Hwy 27...but NOT BUSHNELL...
