This the worst gym ever, we wanted somewhere closed to the house and they said to my son that he need to signed a contract. He when there a few months and they started to charge the credit card 3-4 times a months and it ment to charge one times a month. When we find out we when there and they said that it was all these fees. I asked what this fees is for they said they have to buy equipment because we used them and the fees is to replace a new equipments. That not how you do business. They said they only charge 1 a month from now on. But the next month they did the same thing charge my credit card 2-3 times again. Then My son is sick and have to move to ano away and we asked to cancel his contact and they refused and I said how about transferring the member to me so I can go and they refused. And I canceling my card and now they put me on collections.it a bad place the service suck they tell you one thing they do the opposite it very frustrating and this business shouldn’t be here they scam your money if you don’t check your accounts. I would never send anyone there if you go to the gym there are a lot of place much better than this one. I don’t want anyone get into there scams. SO BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!’

I started training at the gym located in Lake Wilson and the gym delivered what it promised and was very good.
After a while I needed to change due to moving house and so I needed to start at Anytime in the Clermont region where I was disappointed, with all due respect it seems abandoned and for that reason I would like to cancel the registration
but I've tried countless times, I've sent emails, called, and they never got back to me to find out if we can cancel, embarrassing and uncomfortable.

And the month and a half that I've been coming to anytime fitness, Jeff and Diego have been amazing and welcoming from the very beginning. I just want to give a big shoutout to Coach Diego and all the amazing coaches at Anytime Fitness in Reunion. I was honestly on the fence about getting a personal trainer, but the results have been incredible.

When I feel discouraged, it makes a huge difference having a coach who reminds me that growth comes through challenges — and that every setback is just another opportunity to become a stronger version of myself.

Now, I’ll admit… Coach D has been taken off the Christmas list a few times 😅 — but somehow, he always finds a way back on.

And quick heads-up: if Coach D is wearing shorts on leg day… it’s game on. 💪🏾

I will say this is a great gym. The manager Jeff is a good person, I brought an issue to him and it resolved quickly. You can tell he cares about the people and the gym, its not just a job for him and the people that work there. They are all kind.
He also worked with me on payment when I first started my membership, which was really cool. The gym is neat and clean, if a machine is broken it gets fixed fast.

This gym is amazing!! New ownership has invested notable time and money in updates. Gym is clean and tidy as it it sanatized daily. Equiptment is wiped down by management as well as the awesome members. Been at many Anytime fitness gyms all around the world and can honestly say that this is one of the cleanest ones that I have ever gone to. Not sure about the wipes comment as there are at least 5 bins so there is never a shortage of wipes. .Anyone saying different is just plain not telling the truth. It’s hard to locate, if you can’t find it it’s in an office looking building actor’s the street from a McDonald’s. I’ve been here a few times as it’s close to my most recent work assignment. This location is moderately clean. There is only one bathroom which means only one shower and it’s GROSS. I understand on the weekends when it’s unstaffed but I’ve been here at different times of the day and week and it’s truly the grossest shower I’ve seen at a AF and I’ve been to locations ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. Also, having one bathroom in a gym is wild. Also, the gym is upstairs so it’s very hot in this location even when you are standing still. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the other members here are very kind and helpful. I’ve never seen a staff member here. Upgrade the bathroom situation and I’ll revisit my review.

Never buy a membership at this gym, they will make you sign a contract for a year and it is the worst gym I have ever been to, smelly bathrooms and old and damaged machines. The smallest gym I have ever seen, you won't even get machines during peak hours.

I feel ripped off. They never told me in the contract how much the fee was if I wanted to leave. I feel like it's the worst gym I've ever been to in my entire life. I've been going to the best gyms in Spain, Argentina, and the United States for over 15 years and none of them had ripped me off like that and the location is very unpleasant and outdated. Now they want me to stay a year against my will or pay $700. It's an abuse.

I initially believed I was in good hands with this gym, but recent experiences have left me disappointed and concerned. I have encountered issues with what I consider unauthorized charges and misrepresentation of contract terms for personal training. Despite agreeing to specific terms, I was charged beyond the agreed amount, and attempts to resolve the matter have been frustrating.

I am also facing challenges regarding the cancellation of memberships without unjust fees. These practices have caused significant discomfort and diminished trust in the organization.

I will update this review once there is a resolution, but I feel it is important to share my experience to help others stay informed and vigilant when entering into contracts here.

Update: let’s not play games my email provider tracks my “open” rate on my emails. You’ve read them and you’re aware I will not corresponded over the phone, so my words can’t be manipulated.

The lack of willingness to reply in writing tells a deeper story. I will not as advised respond by phone and you were asked not to call and to reply via email.

This is a great anytime fitness location. Two things that’d bump it up to 5 stars for me:
-some maintenance on the pulley machines, particularly the lat pulldown… the cable hangs so low that someone of my height can’t use it with full range of motion.
-would love to see heavier dumbbells. They go up to 100lbs and would be great to have a pair of 110s and a pair of 120s.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this gym. On a particularly bad day, I visited the gym only to find it extremely crowded, with barely any equipment available and no wipes to clean the machines. I initially left a review simply stating that the gym was “very crowded and small.” However, what followed was shocking and incredibly unprofessional.

At 9 PM, the gym manager, Jeff May, called my husband to confront him about the review. Rather than addressing our concerns politely, he rudely accused us of trying to “trash the gym” on Google and demanded we cancel our membership. The entire conversation was handled in a disrespectful and aggressive manner. To make matters worse, I’ve since learned this is not the first time the manager has behaved this way.

It’s one thing for a business to receive negative feedback—every business will—but the way they choose to handle it says a lot about their values. Unfortunately, this gym seems to care more about silencing complaints than addressing them.

Aside from this incident, I’ve also found most of the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful specially Enrique.

Luckily, my husband and I have found a much better gym just 8 minutes further from our home, and the experience there has been night and day. We’ve never had such a terrible experience with a business, and I would strongly caution others before joining this gym.

The gym is fine but I’ve been trying for a couple weeks now to cancel my membership as I moved away and do not use anytime fitness, I use planet fitness which is much better. But anywho, I’ve called a few times and filled out the contact form on the website a few times but for the life of me I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or call me back. It just seems to be a pretty shady way to keep money coming in since otherwise I’d have to go out of my way to drive to an area that I no longer live in just to cancel a gym membership. I have access to multiple gyms for free through Gympass (Wellhub), including Crunch and Esporta gyms in the area, but I still choose to pay for my Anytime Fitness membership. The reason is simple: other gyms are just too crowded, and it's nearly impossible to have a proper workout. At Anytime Fitness, I always know I can get a complete, uninterrupted workout.

I've been a member since May 2023, and I absolutely love it. The gym is very well-maintained, and the people who go there are respectful and clean up after themselves. Diego, who is always around, ensures the gym is up to high standards, and they’ve recently upgraded with new machines, which is a bonus!

The Anytime Fitness membership also gives you access to other Anytime Fitness locations, and I’ve visited the Haines City and Kissimmee locations but the Davenport location is by far the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and equipment make it stand out from the rest. You must see it for yourself!

I’ve been going to this gym for a full year already! And since day 1 the staff has always been amazing. Diego made the sign up super easy and explain everything, was friendly and made me feel welcome. Closer to my membership expiration Enrique was very helpful explaining my options to renew. I’ve been a member since 9/30/24 this location in particular I give it a 1 star. I am a travel nurse and this was the closet location to me today I packed my gym bag to stop by after work after a long day and when I walk in I couldn’t use the fob they had me go in through a side door WHICH IS FINE then when I get upstairs there’s no one in the entrance WHICH IS FINE I’m thinking maybe the staff left WHICH IS FINE. As I’m walking in and seeing where everything is located I see some guy with a “COACH” shirt on (not the brand) just staring at me, I smile and he walks away. I then go into the training room and lay a mat down to start stretching and all of a sudden the same guy which now I know is named DIEGO walks in saying “who are you” “are you a member” I say “yes” he has a serious face not pleasant to speak to not welcoming not friendly frankly I have no idea what he was even doing there he was giving off club bouncer with his aggressive behavior. But before I can even get a “yes I am a member” or “yes I have my phone pass” or show him anything, he literally hands me his dirty iPad and says what’s your name, I type my name and hand it back and he says “which one are you” “I’m going to ask you again are you a member” MIND YOU THERE IS ALOT OF PEOPLE AROUND AT THIS TIME JUST STARING. I tell him I am and give him my number I give him my address and BAM he finds me then he’s like oh just making sure….. I am very very upset because he clearly needs to learn how to treat and talk to people. Especially if he works for this company where we are allowed to go to different locations and workout. I did not feel welcome at all I felt embarrassed and I was so upset because after a long shift and a 1 hour drive I just wanted to get my workout in and to be treated this way was horrible. I walked out very upset because he could’ve approached me differently in a friendly welcoming way. I like working out at anytime fitness but I DID NOT LIKE HOW DIEGO TREATED ME AND SPOKE TO ME.
