My experience with Anytime Fitness in Deltona has been just awesome. Management is excellent and very professional. The Gym is always clean and equipment is very well maintained. Gio who signed up myself and my significant other, is just Dynamite. He is seen walking around making sure that the people in the Gym are using the equipment properly, safely, and gives tips for getting the best out of your work out. So far I couldn't be any happier with closing this particular Gym. I feel great after each work out. Increasing my activities slowly. Thank you so very much for being there and making our experience the Best!

If I could leave zero stars I would.
We have been trying to cancel my boyfriend’s membership for multiple months. The manager is only available during hours that we are still at work on weekdays and no one is available on weekends.
They say we can not cancel online but a recent federal rule requires that if a gym allows you to sign up online, they must also provide a similarly easy way to cancel online. This change is part of the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) "Click-to-Cancel" rule.

Very disappointing and frustrating when there is no possible way to make it to the gym in the operating times available. There should be an option to cancel online if there is no associate/ manager available on weekends and limited hours on weekdays.

The staff has been very welcoming, always willing to help and have followed up and responded to any questions. I love the app...it tells you approximately how many people are in the gym and allows you to tap to enter and track your visits. The gym, bathrooms and equipment are well maintained and clean. I like that the weight machines count your reps and have a timer 🙂 There is also a big gymnasium type room for member use with a giant tracker wheel, some extra machines and other equipment. My only suggestion would be to add a bench or other seating in the private bathroom/showers...if you are taking a shower, you'd have a bag of supplies and need to sit to doff and don footwear. Overall, 2 thumbs up, 6 toes, 1 knee and prolly a couple elbows 😁💪⚙️🚿👟24/7💯💕

I have been a member for a very long time and have seen 3 maangers changed, and since Gio came in as a Manager the place has turned into a disaster, unfriendly atmosphere and an attitude of loneliness.

There is suposed to be paper towel dispensers stations and quite often only 1 of them has it, you could be at one end of gym and have to go to opposite end to get them to be nice and clean after yourself, which is what everyone is supposed to do. I told Gio in several occasions that they were missing and nothing was done. Isn’t his job to ascertain everything is well stocked and accessible for members? How many times have you seen a sweatie person get off a bench and nothing cleaned? It seems like Gio’s attitude towards his job is completely and utterly unprofessional and with complete lack of pride, he is more worried spending time with people in his office that walking around making sure he does what we pay him for.

Therefore, I finally sent an email about the deplorable sanitary conditions due to lack of care on his part, and the response was to lock me out and meet me at door advising me that my membership was cancelled. Is that the way to treat a customer? How about finding a resolution, conversation? Instead he used the only dictatorial power he posseses and cancel my membership?

How long would you be in business if every time a customer gives you negative you cancel them from being a customer?

Therefore, I will move my business some place else where is appreciated and can be professional and mature enough to accept criticism and take it maturely as an opportunity for growth instead of an attack.

I visited Anytime Fitness today for the first time, and I was really impressed. The gym is just the right size - not too big, not too small, which made for a comfortable workout environment without feeling crowded.

One of the highlights was the equipment; it's clear they keep up with the latest trends in fitness because everything seemed new and well-maintained.

A special shoutout to Gio, the gym attendant, who was kind enough to spot me on the bench press. His assistance was much appreciated and added to the positive experience.

Unprofessional Manager absolutely despicable speaking to former clients in a rude condescending tone. I went here once yes once it was dirty had a poor odor and I told myself never again. I submitted on there page that I would like to cancel as well as sent an email . Gio who failed to respond until today said he isn’t refunding me the 75$ they took and they will be “continuing” my membership ? I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the dept of agriculture for unsanitary facility.

In town for a few days with my family, I took advantage of the trial pass offered at this gym. GIO went above and beyond with the most professional and helpful customer service skills. That alone made my decision to come here worth my while.

The gym was well ventilated with huge fans on full blast which was refreshing. There's a vending machine full of protein shakes, water, and energy drinks you can purchase. Huge sled area and other awesome equipment other gyms don't have.

I sorry, but this Anytime Fitness look run down from the outside nothing like it advertise on google and its the only one in Deltona so I am guessing that people in the area have no other choice. I was even scared to walk in. I have seen other Anytime fitness/or fitness center in other local cites way better, and ample space at least presentable this place is small. But its also located in a hidden place in the plaza on the side which look dirty from the outside in not safe at night. What going on you need to take notes from Crunch fitness in other place.
