AMAZING STAFF! Ben is the best manager this location has ever had. I’ve been attempting to get two members of my family in the gym and this guy has a short convo with both of them and now they’re members. Clean facility as of lately. Other members agree with me.

Anytime Fitness Hobe Sound is such a great gym! The space is always spotless, equipment is up to date, and the layout makes it easy to get in a quick workout without feeling crowded. I love that it’s open 24/7 so I can fit exercise into my schedule no matter how busy my day gets. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about creating a positive environment. It feels like a supportive community rather than just a gym. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and motivating place to work out in Hobe Sound, I definitely recommend Anytime Fitness!

Beware! It’s a trek to get your membership canceled and when you do cancel they STILL charge you for any charges that would normally be taken out over the next 30 days. I’m getting hit with another monthly charge even though i canceled days before it would come out, plus a club enhancement fee. The club enhancement fee will be taken out 29 days after i sent my cancellation email. Disappointed with the fine print.

Bad business practices - don’t honor their contracts. Use a 3rd party in India to do their dirty work but those people give you the constant run around.

Nightmare to get the membership cancelled if you move away and are not close to their gyms. They use a 3rd party based out of India that can barely speak English and do NOT honor contract agreements or go by what’s in the contract. Management at the club level keeps saying their hands are tied. Most infuriating process ever. Buyer beware!!!

Fairly expensive for having zero amenities

After driving by this gym a few times, I finally decided to enroll today. I usually do my usual morning walks but decided that a gym would be better suited to my fitness goals. Monica was amazing with getting my membership set up and took the time to explain the various options. The facility has a good compliment of equipment and the space is very clean. The best part is that it’s a 24/7 facility with office hours from 9-6 daily. Really happy that I found this spot.

I have not been able to go to the gym since April 2024. I tried canceling this membership in May; however, they said it couldn’t be done locally. The email address they provided bounced. Finally. I was able to cancel at the end of June. Even have an acknowledgment from the Hobe Sound location.
They did in fact cancel it, if that is what you’d call it, because I was not billed for a period of three months (July-September).However, in October 2024, they started charging me again and have every month since.
All charges will be disputed.
