This is the WORST experience I’ve had. I purchased my membership 4 days ago. I downloaded the app so I can use my phone to enter and it’s telling me to go in person to finish my sign up. I have called and left messages on the phone and nobody has made an effort to call me. Like I said it’s been 4 days. I even been to the gym and nobody is there. This is so unprofessional and I’m extremely pissed off. Crazy part is I can’t even cancel this membership I feel robbed. I don’t recommend the Hudson location.

Every time I come to this Anytime Fitness in Hudson, I feel really comfortable and welcomed. The gym is always super clean and the atmosphere is friendly. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about the members. It’s nice having a gym that feels more like a community than just a place to work out.

I am so happy Anytime Fitness in Hudson is now accepting Silver Sneakers again. Went there many times before, but when they stopped taking Silver Sneakers kinda stop going there or anywhere else. Now a member again and spoke with Manager Trenton yesterday, getting on a planned program to help me heal and get stronger after hip surgery. Looking forward to working with him, very polite, proffessional, and very interested in working with people to help them have a better life and enjoy working out to do just that...Thanks Trenton, loved speaking with you, and signing up again with Anytime Fitness. Hope to see some of our old friends coming back also.

Have been going to Anytime fitness for 8+ years, recently got a home gym and stopped going but still paid for my membership since it was affordable ($30) and so I could go there if I wanted to use a machine I didn’t have at home. That was until I found out they increased my monthly payment to $50 a month without even notifying me. By the time I realized this I hadn’t gone to their gym in months. My husband called to cancel for us and was told we had to fill out a form to be able to cancel and then email it back. Did this and was told I needed to give 30 days notice to cancel, so my next month’s payment would be charged as well. Since I was not using the facility (and had not stepped into the Anytime gym for at least 3 months) and my card info had changed, I did not pay it. Because I did not use their services.

Got called today from the actual Anytime location and they left a voicemail saying that I now owed even more and that they would continue to charge me every month (even though I canceled) until I paid the past due payment. Called their customer service number and was told that they could NOT continue to charge because I canceled and that I only needed to pay the original past due payment. So that is what I did. But this seemed really shady on their part (this location). Don’t recommend.

Yeah its a gym and sweat is normal but shouldnt feel like a sauna

I had a most pleasant, informative and helpful member orientation this morning from the Hudson location manager, D'Jessenia. Unlike past Health Club experiences where the staff, however well intentioned, seemed to have their own agenda about a preferred exercise routine, she was completely customer-centered. After a comprehensive consultation of my needs and goals, she was patient and thorough in explaining how to use the machines and free weights as well as the Anytime Fitness app. The overall vibe was welcoming and friendly! I'm very impressed by the way she was very professional. ExplaIning and pointing out which body part each machine worked.. she was very good at explaining reps and how to adjust the weight or height on each machine
She was very Attentive by answering all the questions I asked her. I've never had a experience with any other gyms as I had today. I was extremely nervous bout continuing my weight loss journey

This club likes to steal money without consent, they block phone numbers, do not return phone calls, and do not cancel memberships. This is very unprofessional, and they like to reroute members to multiple phone calls. Reaching out by email does not help either. Staff on sight have no idea what they are doing. I would not EVER recommend this place to anyone! The worst experience at a gym facility I’ve ever had. And I will make sure to let everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.

I went to this place exactly one time. I found it to be old, run down, and unsafe. I had to email them to put in a cancellation instead of with the person who was staffed their. Not enough updated equipment, air con doesn’t work right and needs to be updated badly. Hasn’t been the same since Covid and the hurricane shut down last year. I ended up with a Planet Fitness membership just out of convenience and better equipment in Hudson, but use the anytime locations up north. Stopped in today because I needed real gym equipment for a workout, sorely disappointed still.

Was going..... I have had such a bad time here... Everytime I have gone in bathroom was gross. No paper towels . Water was not offered even by a fountain.. it didn't work. Then I had some family emergencies to tend to, I called to cancel they wanted 150$ right then to do so. I can't afford that out of no where I'd have to save it... But then still get charged every month too .. I moved away I have a child I support I don't have the help some do .. it was hard for me to find the time to make it to any of the locations.. I was full time caregiver for a family member who couldn't do for their selfs. I couldn't leave them alone. I explained this and was told oh well.. I won't be returning to any of them. I will pay till the contract is up. But the day it's done I will be in office to be sure I'm completely out of their membership..

After being a member of another gym for over 10 years I chose to try Anytime Fitness since they offer 24/7 and access to any of their locations. This location in particular is not close to home, but it became an option after another one closer was closed by the county for violations. I plan to access the location while not working.

The place is clean, well-ventilated, friendly, and not crowded, but equipment that breaks is not repaired on a timely manner (dip/chin assist). It would not be an issue IF non-repairs was a trend I noticed on other locations (the one closed, the one close to my work).

Moreover, my account was transferred to this location (another post) arbitrarily without notifying the customer about effects (membership $$) and consequences of the one-sided transfer action.

At this point I would like a response from corporate, since they acted arbitrarily without notifying the customer about effects and consequences of their one-side action.

Finally a stair master!! Was so excited to find out they have a stair master as no other anytime has one! There is even a fan on it. I’ll be driving extra to make this my new anytime location. Stopped in to check it out. Every gym I have been to provides water for their guests and members, but not here. They turned off the fountains. I know everyone has their beliefs about covid, but heres a suggestion if youre concerned about sanitation...get a water gallon jug dispenser. They have the nerve to charge a dollar for a small nestle bottle of water which the average gym goer will go through quickly. A DOLLAR meanwhile people are already paying for membership so how is that fair ? Its robbery because I know yall paid like 5 bucks for that case of a 30 pack of water. Couldn't even finish my workout comfortably so I left. The one in Port Richey is better because its way more spacious and has no obnoxious paper signs all over the place.

My sign-up process was amazing and quick due to the staff! I come usually after hours and the gym is ALWAYS clean! I absolutely love that the gym is open 24-hrs and only members have access after hours.

I just joined this gym through silver sneakers. I only got to go 3 times and have to wait until this deadly virus passes. I have a lung disease, why I joined since I like to stay active but can't always walk in the park, especially when it's cold or hot. After viewing non-courteous customers last week I'll have to take time out until the virus scare is over, I am in the vulnerable group and will exercise at home. The owner is very nice and helpful and the gym is clean (other than some customers not cleaning equipment when done).

I felt tons of positive energy the first day I stepped into this gym - the Hudson location impressed me the most out of all the Anytime Fitness locations I’ve been to. The trainers are very kind and personable, there’s a strong sense of community and acceptance amongst the members, and it’s very clean. Don’t be nervous if you’re new to the gym scene, the staff will happily answer any questions you have. I highly recommend joining!

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym! I will start with all the PTs. They are incredibly knowledgeable, highly motivated, and they are eager to help you and will take the time you need. They also understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while you are having fun. To finish, the awesome people to be around it are very helpful and friendly. You will love the classes that they offer to every level and so the various workouts and combinations. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. Of the half dozen or so Anytime Fitnesses I've been to, this is without question the best one I've been to. I can't recommend this gym enough!

There is a decent variety in equipment, all of it in excellent shape and so clean that you'd think it was just installed. The Hydromassage chair is a great post-workout cool down. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
