Family member called, texted, and visited several times. No response! No staff ever present. Been several days. Family member was ready to sign up then changed her mind. What kind of business ignores potential customers?! Not a good one. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Love this gym! The trainers are very knowledgeable classes are fun and the equipment is meticulously maintained. The manager and staff are so easy to work with. Ive been here for months now and I drive past 2 anytime locations (Dunedin and Palm harbor) just to come to this one. As for membership fees it's all explained when you sign up so there shouldn’t be any confusion to cancel. The new filtered water cooler is so much nicer than the water fountain. You can even fill your empty water bottle with cold water. As for the anytime concept I love it! I go out of town a lot and I've never been more than a 20 minute drive from another Anytime fitness. This is great because hotel gyms are just awful. Extremely satisfied customer!

This location out of the dozen plus locations ive been to in florida needs help. Water fountains have been broken for months, management never at gym in office to speak to when ive gone, soap dispensers and paper towels are often out of supply, cables broken and worn on equipment which is a safety hazard, trainer that have 6+ people doing circuits on the equipment and machines so my girlfriend cant get her workout in. My girlfriend now refuses to go to this location because of how bad its been everytime she goes around 5pm. A suggestion box to leave feedback would help. I contacted the regional gm and didnt get any word back on the issues I had here.

Great gym I like the assortment of equipment and the crossfit section. They should move the squat rack the weights were hard to put on and take off because it was too close to the walls.

this place needs some cleaning inside and out.. there has not been any soap in the bathrooms in over a week or two and sometimes no toilet paper ..the shower curtains are really gross and so is the bathmat. floors are really gross..theres some kind of weird bug with wings that hang out in there too.. the parking out back is all ghetto..right next to a run off outside that smells like a dead body is in there.. this is the 2nd bad one in all the ones I have been to around Tampa..

I've been a member for two years. My favorite for getting the job done. This is the place 24 hours a day to get a serious workout. Staff is always available to assist. Very professional.

Kinda small. But I'll give it a chance. I might change my rating after a while.

Giving it 2 stars for convenience only. My memebership somehow got transferred here from my original location , never notified it was time to renew so membership lapsed , never in the 40 years that I've worked out in a gym has this happened and I therefore lost access which annoyed me to no end. Favorite cardio in gym is revolving stairmaater , been broken at least a month! Same occurred with one of their only two rowers. Only came here tonight as it was late and to save time and distance I ran in here.. stairs STILL broken! I'm done with this location . I heard from another Anytime that the owner didn't care and was trying to sell .. bad business .

One of the best anytime fitness locations I've been to and I've been to a lot. Very friendly staff and the place smells great!

I love this place. It's a smaller facility but there is Hammer Strength equipment and it has all the equipment you need.

Awesome staff that always has answers to my questions. I had a minor concern and spoke to Kelly and she treated as a priority and took care of it right away. All the equipment was top notch operational and everything was very clean. Has a dedicated room for any classes and regularly have spin classes from intermediate to advanced and even an express 30 minute for those needing the quick pick me up. This location also had a physical therapist on duty for those pre or post workout sessions. If you are looking for a new gym as a starter or experienced, then this location is for you. Nick and his team will treat you like royalty.

Clean gym. Friendly staff and updated equipment. This place is close to my work and the 24/7 concept fits my schedule. Love the free spin classes

This club has always been my favorite location, its never too busy, the staff is friendly and its always kept very clean! I've had nothing but a great experience with this club, even after cancelling my membership, the GM was very helpful, friendly and welcoming and that's usually something that you don't see too often, especially when terminating an account. I would definitely recommend trying out this gym!

Gym is not very crowded when I usually went but there is not a lot of equipment here. The main problem is with Anytime Fitness corporate rules. You must give 60 days notice to cancel your membership. I had to pay for two months membership that I couldn't use since I moved out of the country for work.

The Franchisee/Franchisee's representative did address their cancellation notice in an earlier review. However, I think it should be understood that the Franchisee sets their cancellation policy for Anytime Fitness. At least, this is what I was told by their credit card processor. I had to go to this source as the club was not staffed during posted business hours during the mid-afternoon hours on 15 April 2017.

I called the Oldsmar club number and was transferred to the Palm Harbor location, where a staff member attempted to address my concerns. In fact, they could not even look up my membership information, as my last name had been misspelled in the system. I know this because, again, ABC Financial Services (credit card processor) could not find my Anytime Fitness membership information. Fortunately, they were able to locate this after some time and advise me on what I needed to do.

Yes, there is a 60-notice and I am certainly capable of reading "Open Membership" contract Ts & Cs. What I found overly burdensome is that this Anytime Fitness requires the member to mail in a certified letter to the credit card processor in order to cancel their membership. They will subsequently charge two (2) more monthly fees to your account as scheduled. C'est la vie in the gym membership world. This cancellation experience reminded me of the Bally's Fitness/Gold's Gym membership days.

As for the club itself, it was always clean and the very early morning hours were a good time to go because of the limited equipment (not a negative, that's part of Anytime's business model).

Best of luck to this entrepreneur. I would just advise you having the club staffed as advertised and reconsidering your 60-day, certified mail cancellation policy. Example: what if someone suddenly has to move and there is not an Anytime convenient to their new residence? How is "During the cancellation process, members can enjoy the full benefits of membership at all the Anytime Fitness locations" to someone in this predicament?

Key phrase that agitates me: "cancellation process".

Why does cancelling have to be a process?

Truly Yours,

Robert

Womens only gym!
Female trainers give you an attitude as if men shouldn't be there. Very strange vibe. Two female trainers now have given me attitudes when they are training other women. It's sad because the owner of that location is great. I also personally know a man trainer there. I will go to the McMullen location from now on.

They charge you after you cancel your membership, even after you gave them 60 day notice as was required by the contract. Then they tell you you have to talk to a manager about it, so they tell you when the manager will be in, but when you call in at the time they specify no one picks up the phone.
