Its been a while since I've been to this gym, but I gave it another try. Whoever decided to get rid of the studio and expand the weight room deserves a raise. God bless you. The studio took up so much space and made the rest of the gym feel small. Now its perfect.

Ive been called by them more than all gyms in my life combined and im 40. Paid the full year off and they still want me to come in person to talk about cancelling, cannot do it any other way. They also kept telling me they want to get to know me aka sign me up for a personal trainer and are pushy and deceitful trying to frame it as getting to know you.

People here like to do “supersets” as it was explained to me today and use 2 to 4 machine at once. If youre trying to just get a workout these small gyms make it difficult with people that don’t know any better. Thankfully you can also use the membership at other locations and I hear the downtown has a much more serious and polite crowd with less equipment hogs which I’ll try next. I do prefer the downtown location as its much more relaxed and the owner seems to be there a lot which makes it nice.

I’ve been calling this location for a week, No one ever answers. I put my info in online and was told someone would contact me for further steps lol well they did. Someone named Christian texted me saying he would be available next day to give me a tour, I responded immediately saying that I could be there first thing in the Am (which he said was a good time). I have not heard back from him. I also have not been able to get anyone on the phone. At this point, I don’t want to be apart of anytime fitness. I will just go to planet fitness, atleast they follow through with getting me a membership. I haven’t been to the gym in a week because I can’t get anyone on the phone or to CALL ME BACK. I will cut grass with scissors before I give anytime fitness a DIME. First impressions are a thing, and you all failed.

Very clean. Building looks small from outside but it's quite spacious. Sanitizing stations to accommodate members during covid. Free smart filtered water was a plus. Never seen any staff at night time so you really feel a scene of privilege and privacy. Price is 5x planet fitness but that's why it's so nice and only 1/5th the crowd. Only downside is there's a really pretty face there greeting you during the daytime! ("Taylor")
If you're looking to hang out and be seen go to PF. If you want results; hire an at home trainer so I can keep this place all to myself.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and process to get started was quick. Free tanning included not bad for about $40 a month. Not heavily saturated with people and all the treadmills & ellipticals have TVs with a place to plug in your headphones. All and all nice little gym on this side of town.

I made the switch from Perdido Heath Club and haven't looked back. I love everything about this place including all the staff members, especially your manager, Laura. The place in clean and all the equipment are in working condition. They are even add new stuff every month it seems like! I definitely enjoy working out at this place.

First, I love this gym. It has ample equipment in great condition. It’s clean and it is staffed superbly. While those things all make AF West Pensacola deserving of 5 stars, what separates this gym from others is the genuinely caring staff. I joined only a week ago. I sat down with Laura, AF Manager, for a total of 15-20 minutes. I have gone to the gym most every day this week but at times when Laura was not there. Today, hubby and I were enjoying a day at Johnson’s Beach. Laura showed up and not only did she recognize me, she came over and spoke and introduced herself to my husband. THIS is what compelled me to give this review. I appreciate her treating me like someone she knew vs another account or customer. This separates AF West Pensacola from all others! Thank you Laura for being “the difference.”

This is the place to go. I had an issue with the tanning bed not working. The owner contacted me, apologized and resolved the issue that day(SUNDAY!).His approach to satisfy one unhappy member showed the pride he takes in his business and the love he has to accommodate a client. The personal relationship he offers to each and every person is so hard to find now a days. My tanning issue happened almost two years ago. I'll never go anywhere else. This is the best!!!!!!

I have enjoyed the convenience while my year as a member. It's really a nice and clean gym.. I've been to a few here in West Pensacola, and this is the cleanest one I've seen. I've never seen a member finish with any equipment without wiping it down when finished. The owner Mike, is a very humble, kind and understanding person. He cares! That's how to run a good business! My contract was expiring and I was intending on moving to a different facility, however Mr. Mike reached out and worked out a few miscommunication issues and I will be continuing my membership here! Thank goodness,because I like lifting weights, and I like it more when the gym and equipment is clean and sanitized..and I know this is the gym I'll always find that!

Beautiful facility. Very clean and new equipment. Manager Sam is extremely helpful and understanding. I recently had surgery on my vertebrae and he gave me important advice as to what exercises I should do until I fully heal. The facility trainer is wonderful. She makes you feel welcome, very polite and respectful. She really knows her stuff too. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and how to properly use it.
Other members are very friendly. You feel very much at home here! Thank you !

We are a military family and we didn’t like using the gym on base. This location has been clean and the staff is friendly. If you need help figuring out how to work a machine, there’s usually someone to ask and they’re always kind and helpful. I feel completely safe going late night or early morning without the hubby. I haven’t used their tanning yet but definitely need to. Overall, I’d recommend this gym to anyone in the are.

It I could give this place zero stars I would. We are a military family and my husband and I both joined the gym. However with never really staying in one place for to long we ended up moving since my husband deployed and I was pregnant I went to live with my family in New Hampshire while he’s gone. I tried multiple time to get ahold of that gym to cancel our contract and not only did I keep getting the run around thier corporate office was harassing me as well and they could do nothing to help me get hold of this gym about cancellation. They told me they would sent me a email with the cancellation paper never received it then they told me I must provided my Husband order which I don’t have nor have access to and my husband isn’t available to speak with on demand nor should I make him try to go out of his way to provided that to this gym. For military family I would think twice before going here.

My wife and I tried to give this place a shot, but it was very dirty and we did not get a good vibe from the staff. With us being new to the area we are trying our hardest to avoid PF. Perdido Fitness is an option for us, but very tight with space. Maybe the PAC? Downtown Y? Any feedback helps. It's been a year since we have worked out consistently.
