I'm on the road full time, and because of this I value the bathroom/shower experience over everything when it comes to a gym. This Anytime fitness location, while "okay", certainly could use some improvements in that area.

First off, the showers are gendered. Why are they gendered in 2023? Who knows! All I know is that it means that if one of them is in use, you cannot use the other one. If you just have to go to the bathroom, the gender-neutral, bathroom only (no shower) has been temporarily out of order for months. At this point, they might as well just call it permanent because it sure isn't temporary anymore.

The water, simply put, is never warm. To the point where I'm not even sure if they have a water heater AT ALL.

Not only is it not warm, but water pressure is horrible, so you have to spend extra time under the cold water. Seriously, it's bad. A dying hamster's final breath has more pressure behind it than the water at this Anytime Fitness location.

The fitness area is cluttered but fine. Just shower elsewhere.

The perfect location! When I first came down to FL from MI this was the first gym I signed up at, then soon became the gym I now manage! I love the atmosphere, I love the members here and I love that it is 24 hours 7 days a week! Of course things happen all the time that is out of our control..weather damage, power outages etc. but Ron and I do everything we can to make sure the gym is safe for our members! I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. Plus there is a variety of equipment to choose from. Why go elsewhere? (:

I wouldn’t recommend this gym whatsoever. The owner of this anytime fitness club closed the gym for 5 days without notifying or updating anything or anyone. There was a small hand written note taped to the door stating that the gym is closed. No explanation or estimated reopen date. NOTHING. They didn’t update google and it still showed they were open. They did not have a recorded message on their phone line stating that the gym was temporarily closed. They did not have anything about them being closed on their website. I literally had to drive there 3 consecutive days to find out if they were open and every time they were still closed.. I had given up after that. It’s bad business and unacceptable. I emailed them about the situation and they didn’t acknowledge me or cared to address the issue. They just wanted to argue and come up with excuses. They are beyond unprofessional. On top of that, the accessories are so worn out that I had to buy some of my own and bring them in with me to workout with. There’s always many things broken in the gym. Currently there’s 4 treadmills that are broken and turned around. Keep in mind they barely have more than 4. The place is dirty if you actually look around. The owner is too cheap to hire a cleaner so he does a half way job himself. Don’t waste your time, there’s better options in the area.

I have been to several several commercial fitness centers and my experience at the Anytime Fitness Pinellas Park location has been by far the best experience I've had. The owner Ron and location manager Brionna provide the highest quality of attention to us as gym members and ensure that the facility is flawless at all times. I just started at this location and like it a lot there. They follow the covid guidelines and there hasn't been more than 7 people in the facility when I've visited. Sanitizer are everywhere so no excuses not to wipe down equipment.

I love my gym. It's not fancy. There is no pool or sauna BUT compared to low budget gyms the equipment is better. And I don't have to wear make up and do my hair. In other words, it's not a pick up joint. Back in the day I enjoyed the social gym. Now I just want to lift and go.

New owner Darren and his wife have made some nice changes and are always open to improvements. Gym itself has everything one would need for any style of training. I love this location specifically because it’s never crowded nd I enjoy circuit training so my workouts never get interfered with by someone jumping on a machine that you were using. It’s very clean as well and I love the amount of space they have for stretching! Plenty of cardio machines and free weights and staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Anytime Fitness Pinellas Park is definitely not your average gym. It's not as heavily crowded as most other local gyms even during peak hours, which is a huge plus for everyone (especially new members learning the ropes). The bathrooms are clean, easy access tanning, and great equipment options. If you have any issues or concerns, Jessica the Club Manager is very kind and quick to assist you in resolving the matter. As far as training, I recommend working with Trevor. I was lucky to have trained with him for about seven months, where he shared his knowledge of a variety of things including nutrition, weight goals, and building muscle. Overall, definitely recommend this location.

LOVE this place! Very happy that I joined. Staff is great, and the ability to come and go at times that are convenient for me is PRICELESS!
Seriously confused by the bad reviews, but from what I hear there are new owners and even though I have not been to another location, I have found this gym to be spotless, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The ladies room was well lit, and extremely clean. I have also noticed that if the staff is not wiping down equipment, just about everyone there wipes down the equipment when they finish using it. I could not ask for a better experience, and look forward to going.
