Just started my membership and best money I spent! Clean, friendly and staff want to help, want to see you attain your goals. I have not been pursued for personal training like at other gyms (thank you) but I know when I'm ready they are there for me. Im newly retired and I feel welcomed by all.

The new facilities are nice. But, as with all commercial gyms, the terms of cancelling your membership border on fraudulent. Their website states that cancellation policies are club-to-club and to check your membership agreement...which was not provided to me. Not having a digital agreement in 2025 is comical.

I, also, should not be bound by the working schedule of the club's manager to cancel my membership. A 24h gym where you only have a 30h window each week to cancel...okay.

If you're wanting a commercial gym membership, look elsewhere. It's just not worth it. Don't let them spout their weekly rates at you, you are paying no less than $500 if you sign an agreement.

Great place to watch people on their phone, sitting on gym equipment scrolling while you wait for a machine. Cant believe how long I wait to use any leg work out. Cost my family a lot every month for a gym. We just want one we can use

This is insane. Something is wrong on their end and they are unable to charge my credit card. They suspended my membership (I wasn't told or anything), so when I woke up at 5 am for my morning workout before work I was locked out.... now I asked for a half day off so I can come in in person to talk to them (according to the hours they are open until 5pm on saturdays) and the place is dead empty, no staff, no phones nothing

Even google says they are supposed to.be open. Place is a joke.

Edit: I can't reply to the owner any other way but just to clarify things. I do appreciate that now I am unlocked, but I just double checked and there isn't a single unread message or missed call kn my phone. I did get the email, but that doesnt say anything about my membership being blocked, just asking me to come see someone.

How do I not get a headsup before my account is blocked? Why didnt the email say anything specific? If there is no one in the office why isn't anything posted anywhere?

I do understand things happen, but waking up at 5 am and not being able to use the services due to an issue on your part (my card is working just fine), then missing half a day of work to clarify things and have the building closed is simply unprofessional.

For a company that claims to care about wellness and accessibility, they’re completely out of touch with real people’s needs. If you’re looking to use your insurance or employer wellness program, look elsewhere — Anytime Fitness is a waste of money and honesty.

The staff is rude! They don’t tell you they don’t accept insurance but will still bill you for the month and deactivate your key fob! So they charged me for a service I can’t even use without refund! They try to recharge you for old bills even if you paid them and showed them the Receipt as HORRIBLE GYM!

The staff wasn’t upfront about this at all. I only found out after I signed the contract and asked to submit for reimbursement through my provider. Their answer? “We’re a franchise and we don’t do that here.” No attempt to work with me, no options, no apology — just a shrug.

If you’re thinking about joining, make sure you read the fine print. And good luck ever getting them to stop charging you — it’s like escaping a bad relationship.

Upon my arrival at Anytime Fitness, the manager offered to show me the gym and the workout machines, and I was delighted to learn about it from her. After a few steps into the facility, a young woman sidled up to her and, pointedly ignoring me, she demanded the attention of my guide to discourse upon an urgent topic, that being her long painted fingernails. I learned that there is a great deal of information to be reviewed on this topic! I also learned that my guide was much more interested in this topic than my potential membership and that it was expected that I would wait for an extended duration while they discussed this weighty matter. After numerous polite attempts to continue the tour, the manager made it clear to the woman that I was such a burden that it was necessary for her to continue the walk-through.
Eventually the tour continued, and I posed several questions, upon which the manager declared that I would find out all these things after I joined. So, no problem for her that after I sign the contract, I would be able to find out that this gym doesn't have the machines that I like to use.
The manager’s explanations of the membership options was also very confusing and possibly misleading. She avoided using the word "contract" but all membership options involved committing for a number of years. (Would that require a contract?) She also explained that if a customer is smart enough to ask directly, there is a monthly rate, but the gym’s policy is that this information is not volunteered. IMHO the monthly rate is rather high compared to similar near-by gyms.
You be the judge, is this the way you would want to be treated?

Visiting my aunt in Sebastian this weekend and this spot was pretty close. Was greeted by Jeanine who was very nice. She processed my daypass and made me feel at home. Definitely the gym Ill come next time Im in the area!

On 7/10 at 3:10 pm I called to get help. The woman was very rude, and she actually directed me to call a scam phone number. This is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with dealing with a bad employee. I hope she is fired ASAP.

Excellent new location with all the same great people that have me look forward to going to the gym for the last few years! Spacious beautiful layout with tons of cardio machines, machines, free weights, benches and squat racks. The trainers are all very kind and do great work with their clients of all ages and sizes. The staff are all very welcoming.
