I highly recommend this gym i have went here for about two years starting my fitness journey to getting in better shape and lucas the manager there was always there to help answer questions make sure machines were working properly and keeping the place in good condition. As a frequent gym user now, i appreciate someone who can keep a good maintained environment for all people to use. So props out to him for always keeping this location spotless and a healthy gym environment!

This gym changed my perspective on all gyms. The manager there was great and he showed me some secret techniques in the bathroom stall (Which was very nice and clean may I add). I would never choose any gym besides this one.

There’s no ac working and the bathrooms are outdated, I saw customers trying to cool themselves off with the fan on the floor. Another client I talked to said it’s dreadful working out with no ac. I also think that they need to make a policy where people can’t use more than one machine when working out , I had a man scream at me that he hates this gym whenever I toke his attachment off and placed mine. Men can’t use multiple machines. The gym needs to use their budget to improve the appearance

Don't return my phone calls and no one is in the office for Numerous days. Tried to sign myself and my wife up. Apparently they don't need the business 🤷. No worries I am going to sign up with a better facility! Terrible communication and Customer Service.Then don't have the courtesy to return my messages but Rather want Me to reach out Again. Fantastic! Tony is a master of his craft. I've been training with him for over a month and I'm already feeling and seeing a difference. Friendly staff, clean facility, and pleasant members.

Update: Still going strong with my fitness goals. Working with Tony is exactly what I needed. I even recently experienced a minor injury (unrelated to the gym) Tony has been great accommodating my needs as I heal. Great staff, members and overall wonderful facility!

This gym is okay, my husband and I signed up for the first time at Anytime fitness because it's free through my husband's job but overall it's not crowded at all so you get to go on machines that you want without waiting a long period of time. Wish this gym was bigger and had more glute/leg/back machines. There is a small area to do your own workout but it's out in the open (not like a back room with a door). Alot of people do not wipe down equipment especially this place being so small you can easily get sick 🤢. I always wipe my machine before and after I use. If it wasn't for Epic raising their prices I would of stayed there.

This is one of the worst anytime fitness I've been too. The staff is rude and smell like weed. Not that im against it but its unprofessional. Alot of hidden fees getting charged extra for shirts you still have to buy. Definitely don't recommend this location. Way over priced

It's such a friendly and nice gym, all people come up to you and are so friendly. The manager Lucus is nice and is always very helpful. He will stop what he's doing to make sure you are satisfied and happy. He keeps the gym spotless and does everything possible to make sure it is a happy and safe environment for everyone.

Great location in Springhill. Next side by side is Brooksville. Can't go wrong with either. Springhill edge Over Brooksville. Would be it's Superior internet connection. Brooksville internet is all but worthless. Brooksville DO BETTER. Internet can be easily aleaveated.

Highlight: Minimum equipment at a minimum price.
I was recently transferred automatically to this location and my monthly bill went up twice. Automatically also. No notification whatsoever. So I have cancelled my membership of 6 years at a price of two months.
Safety: the roof is leaking.
Equipment: the broken station remains wrapped up for a month.

place is a complete scam, had to move away for military service and staff didn’t answer the phone or respond to voicemails or email for months, had the billing company send them an email and they still wouldn’t cancel my membership. After months of them ducking contact I had to have a family member go in and cancel it and they refused to refund me for the months where I was unable to contact them to cancel my membership and they still charged me for another month afterwards. Considered taking them to small claims court for this as I have proof of them refusing to cancel but decided it’s not worth it

Thr facility has been undergoing major renovations during March 2022. The changes will provide more space for new equipment and improved layout. My wife and I exercise here at least 3-4 times a week. Always clean and never overcrowded. Great selection of workout machines and devices. 24 hours availability. Restrooms and changing rooms with showers are well maintained and always have adequate supplies.

We have visited other Anytime Fitness locations and find this location to be the best of the best.

Key didnt work for 6 weeks or so. Tried calling daily. Never got an answer. Emailed. Left voice.ails. no response. Finally was able to get ahold of manager. Fixed key right away, but didnt care whay so ever I had been paying for 2 months and couldnt get in. No remedy. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Once my.memeberships up I will not. Be coming back. Sad to say that if your key fails its takes months to fix it and they dont even care you paid multiple times and wasnt able to get in. My account was never delequent or behind. I was actually credited by the processing comoany for running multiple payments on my account.

So I waited at your facility from 10:30 until 11:13 noone came up to me I sat in your waiting area I went to your office noone was in there I looked in your trainers office there was two kids but no adult I sat back down for ten more minutes then left I rode a mountain bike 2.5 miles there so I could get my cardio out of the way but I will not be coming back to your gym I rang the bell to enter thank God some people were walking in and let me in I feel as though you guys don't care about your jobs or customers funny thing is I asked for a membership over a month ago also and this is the first time you guys got back to me because you didn't answer I got a membership at planet fitness and I was going to give them up for you even though you are more expensive and have less equipment and no tanning because you are way closer to me and I had an appointment with the trainer at 11 am so it's not like I just popped up

Not happy with this gym. This gym use to be great when Jesus and Enzo was there. Jesus was a great trainer. I loved working with him. Enzo was an excellent GM. He was always involved and energetic. The owners do not know how to talk to people. I joined this gym because of Jesus and Enzo. Now since they are gone I go to the one in Hudson. There is only one person there that is still good and that's Crystal. This gym use to be a 5 but now is a 1
