It’s nice that it’s private love that it’s renovated. Everything has a lot better space however, the mirrors are always dirty. The trash cans are always overflowing and the floors definitely could use some cleaning if they would touch up the maintenance with hygiene. I would’ve given a five stars.

Amazing experience ! I called about how much their day pass was and Mr. Kelvin was extremely excited to speak with me. He invited me to visit their gym for free.
Furthermore he was extremely helpful when I had questions about machines and where things were in the gym. Would highly recommend this gym if you are in the Saint Cloud area. Friendly staff and plenty of great workout equipment!

The facility is spotless and has everything I need for a solid workout, from free weights to cardio machines. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through the membership options and how to structure my workouts to reach my goals safely and effectively.

I had previously rated this gym and gave it a one star because it's impossible to use this place if you want anything other than very loud dance club music. if you're trying to do cardio and watch a movie or watch the game or listen to your own tunes your headphones are drowned out by The very loud music. I have asked for the music to be turned down and I am told that only the owner can control the volume from his phone, With staff commenting on the crazy high volume, but apologizing that they can't do anything about it. Strange that somehow my review was taken down even though I also pointed out the positive aspects of the gym. kinda shady.

What a terrible group of people to do business with! I am in the hospital from a recent heart transplant. I called to cancel my membership since the doctors told me I could die from infection of a gym and was told all I had to do is send in a letter from the hospital and they would cancel it. Then I was sent back an email a couple of days later that simply told me to sign the release form and it would be cancelled. When I looked though the form had me agreeing to a $99 fee for cancellation and they demanded I sign it within 3 days. What kind of company charges $99 to someone who is only cancelling to avoid death? Know the kind of people you are doing business with if you choose to join this club. I am still baffled at the unethical business practice they carry.

I have been a member of Anytime fitness since the year 2016 in the state of Delaware. Close to 3 years ago I moved to St. Cloud FL and transfer my membership to this location in St. Cloud. It was very convenient since it’s close to my home, I like the fact that it’s open 24/7 and we have privet restrooms.
Since I transferred to the St. Cloud location I right away noticed a difference in quality of the centers equipment, cleanliness, and unhelpful staff members.
I had reported a few equipments issues that are broken and till this day 3 years later the equipment has not been fixed. I am so disappointed that all this time this has not been repaired or upgraded.
As a member I feel ripped off and devalued as I have spent thousand of dollars in Anytime fitness as a member throughout the years. I am still a member only because of the convenience however I am deeply considering closing my membership and taking all of my friends that had joined Anytime fitness because of me with me to a Different fitness center. I typically do not send negative reviews however it’s been Years since all of these issues have been a problem.
