I have been a member for a few years and absolutely love this gym. It’s not very large but has every machine you need and plenty of space to do whatever level of fitness you require. It is never crowded which is why I love it so much. It’s always clean and if a machine breaks it is fixed immediately. My only complaint in the past was the water fountain but they have recently added a new one and so now this gym is a 10/10 for me!!

I live 2 minutes from this gym. I looked it up online and happily called them. After 5 attempts I gave up and decided to email them. Katherine emails me back asking me to come in for a tour. I asked her what the cost was per month and no reply. I emailed back asking again and she simply ignored it and asked me to come in for a tour. I tried calling again since she mention that I never called. Upon calling again I got voicemail. I attempted email again and she sends me a lengthy email explaining nonsense when all I was interested in was the price of membership. I went on their website and THIS WHOLE TIME IT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE. why did she have to give me a hard time about fees? Does not make any sense. And the fact that they never answer their phone and then tells me that I never called is so unprofessional.

Ive attended Anytime Fitness for years. The facility is always clean. I started going here because the amount of people was way less than a normal gym. On a busy day and rush hour maybe 8 people would be considered a crowd and this was great. I hate a crowd. People actually come to work out and take pics. All the machines work, multiple machines, different free hand equipments and a separate room if you want to separate and maybe do a group workout. I love this gym!
they at times have a table that provides drink samples of the supplements they sell and some fruit fruit which I think is pretty kool. Kat at Sunrise location is very friendly.

Overall this is one of the better gyms I've been a member of.

There have been two managers here since I've been a member. Both have been fantastic.

The gym is always clean and the equipment is kept in good working order. No machines down for repair for weeks at a time like in a lot of other gyms.

Definitely a gym worth checking out, especially if you're not into large, overcrowded fitness clubs.

Well , I've been a member here since August 2021 and it was a struggle for me at first to get into a rhythm of going, and then the Manager "Kat" started holding me accountable with her little random text she would send me to bring my tail in there. I don't know if that's her job (I doubt it) , but she made me think about how I was allowing distraction in my life to take away from what I knew in my heart I wanted. She kept texting me ...because of her I woke the heck up and came to the realization that NOTHING will change for me physically if I don't commit! For that I owe her big time..she doesn't know it yet but she will soon. After having casual run ins with her at the gym I also noticed how incredibly sweet she is and very helpful. She answers all my stupid questions about my fitness journey and never makes me feel like I'm bothering her . She's knowledgeable and fit herself so she is a good person to ask. Her body is the epitome of hard work. The gym is clean and well kept and any repairs needed get done in timely manner. I've grown to love my little gym. It's cozy but you can churn out a great physique there if you so please. It's never too busy and the gym-goers are nice a friendly as well. It's open 24hrs a day and feels like a home. Give it a try! I 💯 percent recommend it. I'm glad I came here.

As a middle-aged man who tries to stay in shape, work out, and not eat a pound of pasta in one sitting, I like to frequent gyms as a means to motivate myself out of sedentary atrophy and into active physicality.
I was traveling from New Jersey to Sunrise, FL at the end of December and figured I'd get my motivation by joining a gym for a week.
I Googled gyms in the Sunrise area and the highest-rated one is Anytime Fitness. I read the reviews and most sounded positive so I decided to look into joining for a week. The club's website let me email the manager, and I explained my situation and asked about a week pass.
The manager, Katherine was expedient in responding back to me and even called me on Thursday, Dec 23 in response to my phone call to the gym. She told me a week pass is $25, with $49 refundable deposit for the key fob.
This price seemed very reasonable to me and I took the short drive to the West Oakland Park Blvd. location to check it out.
There is an entrance door on the left for members who use their membership fob for entrance and a door on the right for guests. I chose the door on the right and was greeted by Katherine, the manager.
This seemed to me to be be one of those sight unseen situations where I was joining regardless, but in between my giving my ID and credit card info and a quick signing ceremony, I gave the place a quick look-see.
The gym is not huge, but has plenty of space for cardio, free weights including dumbells, barbells, e-z curl barbells, Precor machines, functional training, group training area, kettlebells, etc... There are Smith machines, racks and several benches for lifting. Did I mention cardio?
I knew I could get a more-than-decent workout here, and I did. Anytime Fitness provides good, clean efficient equipment in a clean, organized environment.
I worked out there at 10:00 AM on a Thursday and it wasn't crowded at all, and with your membership fob, you have the opportunity work out 24/7, anytime, it's even in the name.
Members do not have to wear masks, but are required to wipe down machines after each use, using the provided wipes.
All in all, my Anytime Fitness experience was great, from the manager to the equipment to the fact that it wasn't crowded and I got a good workout. I will be using this facility for the rest of my stay in Sunrise, now and in the future.

Frequently coming to this location over the years never gets old. I’ve enjoyed lifting while witnessing funny behavior ranging from salsa dancing between sets to gym douches slamming weights then posing and taking selfies. Fantastic location and equipment!!! Heads up, showers are closed and kids over 12 must pay to enter. My favorite part of this place is that when the restrooms are being cleaned, all of them get blocked off from customers while the lady is socializing instead of cleaning

I was currently a member of LA Fitness when I decided to check out this Anytime Fitness... I was completely sold during my first day of my free 7-day pass!! Such a clean gym, brand new equipment and that “at home” feeling I never got anywhere else. The manager, Katherine, is also so welcoming and friendly!! She’s very knowledgeable in the fitness world, which was awesome as most people that work at gyms aren’t. She always knows the answer to any fitness-related question I’ve asked and motivates you to keep on going!! I am so glad I joined... I highly recommend it to everyone!! I decided to sign up to a temporary membership with Anytime Fitness during my stay in Florida whilst on holiday from the UK.

Katherine the gym manager was warm and welcoming and furnished my membership request smoothly and professionally. She also provided me with articulate prodessional responses to my many fitness oriented questions in addition to making time to demonstrate how to correctly undertake the exercises safely.

Great, spacious new location. Awesome management - found my Beats headphones in the restroom and returned them to me a few days later when I was in to workout, can't beat that. This club is always spotless, never crowded, has a nice rack setup and deadlift/powerlifting platform, and also a pretty nice turf/conditioning space.

There are a few pieces of equipment I would normally like to see, but that's to be expected with a new location. They have the space and will surely add pieces as they go.

I've definitely enjoyed using this club and it's absolutely worth the 20-25 minute drive from my hotel. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area. 👌🏼
